As of late, I am enjoying finding Chatime locations that I've never been to. Roughly two years ago, I had a day off during the weekday and came here. Sadly, the store was closed for an emergency. I have flagged coming here, but am in this area once every couple of weeks. While heading home from doing my usual grocery run last Wednesday in Whitchurch-Stouffville, I saw this Chatime and made a hard right turn to drop by. I needed bubble tea! Last Wednesday, I was here at around 6:45 pm. It was super quiet. I backed into a parking spot and walked into the store. Like with most Chatime stores, indoor seating and the washrooms are unavailable during this pandemic. There were two staff members behind the counter. Both were so helpful and nice. I got two drinks, which is my usual quantity these days from any bubble tea store: - Peachy hallow (it was the last day to order from the Halloween menu) - Thai milk tea (tea of the month for November) I got both with less sugar. I got my usual less ice with peachy hallow, but went regular ice with the Thai milk tea. Debit and credit card options are accepted here. I paid using my debit card and all was well. I waited patiently for my drinks. An Uber Eats delivery man dropped by to pick up an order. The woman asked me if I needed a bag. I said yes. She put my drinks in one and wished me a great evening. I thanked her and left. When I got home, I had the peachy hallow tea first. It's essentially peach and blood orange green tea. It contains peach Red Bull (my first experience with Red Bull because I seem to be fine energy-wise, but wanted to try this drink out) and activated charcoal. I loved it. I loved how the peachy and blood orange flavours complimented each other. I didn't bounce off the wall full of energy after drinking it, but I felt fine afterwards. I seriously didn't notice a different, despite having a rather busy workday in which an energy boost would have been good. I had the Thai milk tea the following day. I have always loved the strength of black tea that this tea has. It's fragrant, creamy, and perfect. I first had it when it was the TOTM perhaps a year ago. I'm glad that it has returned. My experience was wonderful. I'm so glad that I finally got to visit it. I'll be back when I'm in the area again. (415)

I came to this location because it was in the area of my weekend errands. There appeared to be quite a line but it was because you go in to order, grab you're receipt with a number, and wait outside where there's a light board displaying the numbers that are ready. Really liked this as it allowed social distancing and prevented crowding! Service was friendly and efficient for ordering, and drink prep was also quite speedy. End result: my drink was made as requested (i.e. the chocolate malt milk tea (TOTM) with 30% sugar, less ice, add tapioca). Still quite sweet but I think it was just the nature of the flavor of th drink. They were generous with the topping and was QQ and fresh as you'd hope.

Great little Chatime in this plaza. There's lots of parking available since it's part of a bigger complex. We didn't really want to stand in line so we ordered online from our car. We were quoted a wait time of 15 minutes per the website. I went in when it was ready. They have the store set up so that you can line up socially distanced to order. Since I was just grabbing pickup, I didn't have to line up. The cashier was really good about noticing walk-ins and was able to juggle helping people picking up online orders and serving those that were in the store. I did really like that they kept the ready to-go orders behind the counter with them so other customers weren't rifling through orders to find theirs. They confirmed my order name with me and I was good to go. I had the seasonal special Guava Lava drink at 80% sugar. I added passionfruit jelly to this. It was insanely refreshing and super pretty to look at. The passionfruit is very unlike the coconut jelly. It reminds me more of a very soft Jello type texture. The flavour on this is a little more subtle but was a really good pairing with the guava.

I really wish there was one of these in Florida. Friendly staff, great service, great tea, tasted so good. I'd 100% recommend and return

This is one of the most friendliness Chatime I have been too! Coming on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line. The staff at cash was super friendly and helpful! Even reminded me that I have a free drink on my reward account I can use! Drink quality is standard for Chatime. I have yet to have a bad drink from any location so no surprise or disappointment. I did not see any sign for TOTM (tea of the month) which is a special for reward members. Maybe this location did not participate in that offer? It is always nice to go to stores that offers the monthly special.

New is always better! Finally a good bbt place in this neck of the woods Cleanliness: 5 * probably cuz it's still very new Friendliness: 5* again probably cuz it's still new, staff was quick and friendly and not jaded yet Seating area: sufficient tables and chairs for small to large groups but second row was too tight near the cash line that it would be very unpleasant to be having people bump into your jacket or back of your head. Music: today Sunday late afternoon- gansta beats, felt like I was in a club, very different vibe than other locations. Tapioca: 4* it wasn't as fresh and chewy to their standards, but at least they had it as another location I go to never seems to make enough Parking: lots, in a big plaza not hard to get a spot close by, it faces hwy48 and plaza sign not up yet

Long line up on a Sunday evening and slow service. Drinks are good though Special drinks seasonally We ordered milk tea and iced lavender tea. We love the lavender tea taste so good with quite unique flavor. Tea are black tea based, you can tell they use great tea base.

Orderes the Pistachio Mustachio with 50% off coupon, not a bad deal! Can't tell if I love the taste or not, the tapioca was a little too hard, but it was less sweet than Holiday Rocher.

Hana's Roulettea recently opened in Markham. It's located in a plaza that I frequent here and there. I like the Shoppers Drug Mart. Occasionally, I'll hit the No Frills, which this bubble tea store is closer to. A Yelp experience drew my attention to this business. The owner there recognized me from her first location, Hana's Tea, in Richmond Hill. It didn't cross my mind that Hana's Tea and Hana's Roulettea are owned by this woman until she explicitly made the connection for me. Well, I know now! It was nice that she recognized me. I was a regular customer getting macarons and a tea on Tuesdays in Richmond Hill for weeks last year. I brought the former into the office the following day. The latter was for my immediately consumption and happiness. There's lot of parking in this plaza. I have never had any issues finding a parking spot. I got these items at the Yelp experience: - Peachy peach tea - Yuzu macaron I like fizzy ade drinks. This place has them. I also like the fruit teas. I settled for the peachy peach tea. I got it with 30% sugar and regular ice. I didn't want yakult on top, but you can add it if that's your thing. I loved my peachy peach tea. It was cold and yummy with the popping peach boba. I loved the ripe peach taste. It hit the spot on a 34-degree Celsius day. I have been a fan of Hana's macarons since the beginning. The yuzu had a nice citrusy flavour. The macaron shells were crispy and chewy where they should be. It was nice to enjoy one again. The menus are similar at both locations. The chicken gyoza are on the menu. They are awesome! There were tables to sit down, and enjoy your food and drink, similar to the other location. This place feels more spacious and relaxed. I am thrilled that this location exists. As much as I love Hana's Tea in Richmond Hill, this location is so much closer to me. Last Tuesday, I returned to get six macarons: - Salted caramel - Royal milk tea - Mango I brought them to work to share. They were a hit. Staff were friendly the two times that I have dropped by. I'll be back for more. (280)

This place accepts debit and credit cards. I'm not sure about cash. My bubble tea tasted great. I liked the blueberry flavour. It was cold and yummy. The downside to making a blended bubble tea with ice is that the tapioca balls stuck to one another. They were chewy, but it was like fishing out a different molecular structure of tapioca balls with my straw. Roughly a third of my cup had tapioca balls in it. It was generous. I'll be back to get some biriyani. Prices are decent here. I hope the food is as yummy as it looks! (344)

The Maki rolls with the salmon on top, they give you a nice fat piece. The box is pretty full, lots of tasty sushi and the consistency of the rice was good. Only thing I would probably change is that the wasabi comes predone in packets (prefer the more in house made ones) and the shrimp tempura in some of the rolls might have been a bit over done and salty, this l could just be growing pains. Would try more things there down the road. Still more things to try. Looks like they have drinks or bbt as well so will probably have to try that too. Place was very clean and brightly lit.
