Located at Kennedy and 7 which is very convenient but the plaza can get pretty busy. Been here many times. They were doing a promo for the month 2 for $10 Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie. It was delicious, perfect for my kids too.

I say this is not the best location in Markham. You might as well head up to Buroak. They often get drunk orders wrong. Rushing because they're busy or behind in orders, and give you messy drinks. The mobile order at this location is like nothing. They don't even punch it in until you're there so what's the point? I often get my drink made last as they finish up all other orders. Look at my last experience here, loose seal and the staff just gave me a lid. Not even napkin or offer to remake as a good amount spilled. Then their customer service through IG dms did absolutely nothing. "I'll note this feedback" and pretty much that's it. I rather go to another location.

Dragon fruit drink (limited time special)
    Linda L.

** Review of the limited time dragon fruit drinks ** I saw the dragon fruit drinks on social media and the drinks are so pretty and Insta-worthy that I just had to get them! I learned from the store that the vibrant pink colour is all-natural and it comes from the red dragon fruits (Pitaya) that Coco imported straight from Taiwan. They currently have 2 flavours available so I decided to try them both. I personally prefer the Passion Dragon Fruit Smoothie more because of the extra fruityness of the passionfruit, but I was not a big fan of the seeds inside. The Dragon Fruit Yogurt with Fresh Orange is also a great drink to try if you enjoy more yogurty drinks as I think this one is mixed with kefir. Overall, I would recommend trying these dragon fruit drinks if you're looking for something fruity and refreshing. And they're on sale right now for $5.30 for Large size!

it is a small booth area located inside foody mart. Is pretty easy to spot once you're inside but parking can be a bit of a hassle. Not much to say about the place. For my drink, I got the two ladies special for $4 which was a pretty good deal! Came with pudding and tapioca. Thought it was decent but nothing super standout. Good place to get a cheap bubble tea fix.

OMG, this Coco Tea location at Peachtree Plaza is much more spacious than the other ones I've been to in North York, Finch/Midland and Richmond Hill. I think I'm gonna make this my go-to from now on lol. It was not busy on this early Tuesday afternoon; just a few people here studying and chillaxing. The service is fast, and the lady at the cashier is friendly and courteous. It is Coco's 22nd anniversary this year on April 26, 2019, and they have been promoting amazing deals throughout this month leading up to the special day. There is an anniversary contest going on, check out IG for more details :) I really like the 3 Guys Milk Tea with the tapioca, grass jelly and egg pudding! I'm so glad now they have the 3 Guys with Milk (no caffeine, yay!) but for limited time tho. I hope this one stays, and I hope they will have more creations with just fresh milk without the tea!

Storefront - world's largest bubble tea chain. Who knew?!
    Mary T.

I am not the most trendy person out there. Decent bubble tea with real tea has been out there for a while. I recently got on the bandwagon. CoCo is one of my favourite bubble tea places to get my fix. This CoCo location has been around for at least a couple of years. I tend to avoid hitting New Kennedy Square, which isn't exactly new. It tends to be ridiculously busy with many indecisive drivers who cannot park for beans. I have probably been here once after Hy & Zel's went away. Yes, it has been that long ago when this entire area once had at least one non-Asian store. Since I was still on vacation, I thought that I'd drop by. Yes, the plaza was still busy, but parking wasn't too bad. I backed into a spot and walked over. CoCo's sign indicates that it's the largest bubble tea chain in the world. I learned something new today! I walked in and was promptly greeted. I decided to use my free drink voucher that I got on Boxing Day. I immediately noticed that the music was extremely loud. My hearing tends to be pretty good. However, I had this fine exchange with the woman at the counter. "I would like a strawberry black tea," I said. "Blah, blah, blah?" she asked me. "I'm sorry?" I asked. "Blah, blah, blah?" she asked again. "What?" I asked again, over the horribly loud music. "What ice level?" she asked. "Ah! A little bit of ice and no sugar," I replied. "Blah, blah, blah?" she asked. Oh, no. "Pardon me?" I asked. "Want any extras?" she asked me. "Coconut jelly," I said. What an ordeal! How about tone down the music so that an order can be audibly placed? Moments later, the helpful staff member had a question for me. "Did you want a macchiato?" she asked me. "A strawberry black tea," I replied. Strawberry black tea under loud music becomes a macchiato. Interesting! Considering that she got most of my order correct, I am pleased that I could still be heard. There was no one sitting at this place at 12:30 pm on a Wednesday. I wouldn't want to casually sip my drink here and not hear anything but loud, pounding music. Don't get me wrong. I love music and concerts. I don't expect such loud music at a bubble tea place in the middle of the day, though. My order was ready quickly. I was pleased. I took my drink and left. It was yummy and consistent with what I had expected. My favourite CoCo location is still further north on Kennedy by Bur Oak. I am okay driving a bit further to get there. This Unionville location is the closest one to my home. However, I want to be able to place an order without feeling that I need my hearing checked. My hearing is fine! (2)

I've always seen CoCo as a fallback but now it's my to to. There's a lot of them throughout the GTA and even in the US. You always kind of know what you're getting. What I've found lately is that CoCo is pretty darn consistent in offering boba with great texture and and flavour. Coupled with the fact that you can order in advance online so you can quickly grab and go...they're just the best. This plaza is a little messy in terms of parking but luckily the CoCo is one of the exterior shops so you can just pull over and pick up pretty fast. When I went, the interior was still closed off for seating. There are tables set up so you don't even have to walk up to the counter to get your drink.

Brown sugar pearl milk tear and mango yukult with pearl
    Joyce C.

Bubble tea on point service on point they only had enough brown sugar pearl to make 1 cup when I wanted 2 but it was okay, got a chance to try the Pearl roasted milk tea and it was just as delicious. The kids loved the mango yukult. Sometimes when we order bbt, the pearls are either over/under cooked but this time they were made to perfection.

    "2 ladies" LOL
    Amy Z.

Not bad at all. I remember walking past this all the time in north york, never realizing it was one of the biggest bubbletea chains ever. Now that it's come to markham, and the january promo is $3.50 drinks, how can I say no? The two drinks on promo right now are not disgusting ones that nobody wants, like how most bubble tea places put on their promo. *Achem* chatime and their tea of the months... Matcha milk tea with red bean and 2 ladies (how laughable was it that we asked for "two 2 ladies please") Upon walking in, it was delightfully empty but a pretty large seating area for a bubble tea shop, which was great. The order process was quick and the drinks did not take too long although it's weird how they don't really call out #'s consistently. I was so confused because there were 3-4 drinks there, but they were unclaimed because no # was called. It's okay, they have time to get it together. *new store forgiveness* Milk tea was a lot more creamy than any other place and quality was pretty good, even though it didn't blow me out of the water. The thing is, I hate this plaza and all the ratchets that can't drive or park here.. that is probably going to be the biggest thing stopping me from coming here.

    Janey T.

3rd time coming here! The quality has been consistent so far! Even with a sweet tooth I find that 50% less sugar is sufficient enough. 3 Guys $5.50 L Regular Milk tea with mango pudding, grass jelly, tapioca. My favourite! Taro Sago $3.50 L until Feb 29 Creamy with perfectly prepped sago. Bubble Gaga $3.50 until Feb 29 Passionfruit Green Tea with tapioca and jelly. Its alright but very sweet even for half sugar The milk tea is creamier in comparison to Chatime's stronger tea taste. Both are equally good to satisfy bubble tea cravings. Edit: Found a new favourite!!!! Love the Black Tea Macchiato. Hate coffee but this tastes sooo amazing!

    Waaaay overpriced drinks!
    Jess W.

Disappointed. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered a strawberry latte for my sister and a taro milk tea for myself so this review is solely on my own drink experience. I watched the worker make my taro milk tea, where I saw her press a button for the sugar, then scooped taro powder, added water, ice, shook the shaker a few times, and then poured the contents into my cup. I was a bit weirded out as I didn't see any tea being poured in as I order this drink often and there's always tea in it. Either way, I gave my drink a try and it was disgusting... the drink tasted only of taro powder with milk. WHERE'S MY TEA?! I did order a taro milk TEA, right?! For the price I paid for the drinks, I could've taken that same amount and bought the ingredients (taro powder, sugar, milk, and TEA) at a supermarket and make myself a month's worth of taro milk TEA. Will definitely NOT return to Coco!

    Jennifer K.

Usually CoCo is not the first choice if I want to pay $5 for a BBT. But with all these locations opening up all around me, I think I am breaking down slowly... Various promotional texts had been popping up in my IN box and who can resist a deal? This location is quite convenient and this place is huge with plenty of seating. 2 Ladies is usually my 2 go drink. If getting 3 Guys then I need to opt for no sugar as all the toppings seem to have some sugar content built in. I like how creamy and not as water down their drinks compares to Chatime as I can drink this like a dessert! Service a little slow, but I usually drop by in the early afternoon so the place is almost empty.

Came here on a weekday around 6pm and it wasn't too busy. Pros: - Seating area - Good service - Tasty Drinks Cons: - Pricey for bubble tea

Tip: The sparkling fruit drinks are amazing…read more Last month, after work, I drove directly from my workplace to CF Markville for dinner. I was craving my usual from Bourbon St. Grill and hit the food court. While heading downstairs after walking through mall entrance 3, I saw this Chicha San Chen store. I flagged it for a visit. After having a satisfying, casual meal at the food court, I returned to the second floor and walked over here to check out the drinks. It was almost as if this store knew that I like fruit and sparkling drinks. I saw a sign that said I could get two sparkling fruit drinks for $10. Three words: Sign me up! I got Kinson at the ordering area. He was great stepping me through everything. I let him know that this promotion interested me. He asked if I wanted one of each fruit flavour. Yes! My order consisted of the following: - Sparkling orange - Sparkling peach Each drink contains fruit, sparkling water, and konjac. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and I was done. He let me know that it wouldn't take long for my drinks to be made. The wait time wasn't much. The seating area had just cleared, so I could take photos of the branded throw pillows, various decorated bear figures holding tea cups in slings, and a wall celebrating a hundred years of tea love. It's my kind of tea joint. I stood next to looseleaf teas in mini containers. I smelled a number of them as I waited. They were so fragrant that I didn't want to leave! I love smelling these teas: - Cassia black - Dong ding oolong - Green - Black - Osmanthus oolong - High mountain pouchong My drinks came in one size. It seemed to be the case for all drinks on the menu. I like that you can customize your drink. There's a menu that steps you through it, from the type of tea that you want brewed, to the flavours and toppings that you want in it. If you find this method to be too complicated, it does have popular teas that are already configured, so you don't have to. I liked that I didn't have to fuss with my order. It was exactly what I wanted. My receipt had a number on it. Their system has an automated voice that calls out your order number. it was a nice change of pace. I could clearly hear my order number called out. I'm sure staff were happy to save their vocal cords, too. My drinks were on the counter. You can help yourself to a tray, which I did. My drinks looked good. What I should have done was sipped both before walking to my car. This place was so generous with the pour that my drinks were topped to the brim. One of my drinks did spill out a bit as I was about to go through the doors. Oops. I stopped to sip both of them. I was good! I got to my car and safely put my drinks down in my caddy. Just from sipping them, I loved the flavours so much. The orange one had slices of orange and chewy konjac. It was slightly sweet and fizzy. It was cheerful to drink. I had the orange slices, minus the peel, of course. Yum! The peach drink was equally as awesome. It was bubbly, with generous chunks of peach and konjac. It was fruity and chewy. So good! Both were so refreshing on a hot July evening. I'm glad that I got two drinks. I enjoyed my first two drinks from this tea place. I'll be back for more! (301)

I loved the chia seeds topping, and hopefully it will help with my bowel movements after all the heavy foods I've been eating this past week. My cousin ordered the limited tiramisu milk tea, which HEYTEA is currently offering in collaboration with Pop Mart. We expected it to be fun, but it ended up being fun AND genuinely good. Steps away from Roji was Sun Tea. I looked at the daily special for Thursday. It was a peach oolong tea. Yes, please! I walked into the store. There were three teenagers having a fun time hanging out. It was nice. The woman behind the counter was extremely nice and cheerful. I ordered the peach oolong tea (no sugar and less ice) with jelly. I also went with a large. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and my transaction was done. I then waited patiently for my drink. She was super efficient making my drink. She asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes. I got a cute one that fit my drink and my straw. I thanked her and left with my drink. I had it with dinner once I got home. I loved this drink. The oolong tea had the perfect strength. The peach flavour was excellent. It complimented the tea nicely. I loved the blob of jelly. It was enjoyable. This drink was refreshing and delicious. I loved visiting this place and having excellent tea. The downside is Langham Square's parking situation. I was fortunate to have nabbed a parking spot just after 5 pm steps away from Sun Tea. When I left this place at maybe 6:30 pm, parking was atrocious. It's best dropping by when it's not the lunch or dinner hour. (381)

Hana's Roulettea recently opened in Markham. It's located in a plaza that I frequent here and there. I like the Shoppers Drug Mart. Occasionally, I'll hit the No Frills, which this bubble tea store is closer to. A Yelp experience drew my attention to this business. The owner there recognized me from her first location, Hana's Tea, in Richmond Hill. It didn't cross my mind that Hana's Tea and Hana's Roulettea are owned by this woman until she explicitly made the connection for me. Well, I know now! It was nice that she recognized me. I was a regular customer getting macarons and a tea on Tuesdays in Richmond Hill for weeks last year. I brought the former into the office the following day. The latter was for my immediately consumption and happiness. There's lot of parking in this plaza. I have never had any issues finding a parking spot. I got these items at the Yelp experience: - Peachy peach tea - Yuzu macaron I like fizzy ade drinks. This place has them. I also like the fruit teas. I settled for the peachy peach tea. I got it with 30% sugar and regular ice. I didn't want yakult on top, but you can add it if that's your thing. I loved my peachy peach tea. It was cold and yummy with the popping peach boba. I loved the ripe peach taste. It hit the spot on a 34-degree Celsius day. I have been a fan of Hana's macarons since the beginning. The yuzu had a nice citrusy flavour. The macaron shells were crispy and chewy where they should be. It was nice to enjoy one again. The menus are similar at both locations. The chicken gyoza are on the menu. They are awesome! There were tables to sit down, and enjoy your food and drink, similar to the other location. This place feels more spacious and relaxed. I am thrilled that this location exists. As much as I love Hana's Tea in Richmond Hill, this location is so much closer to me. Last Tuesday, I returned to get six macarons: - Salted caramel - Royal milk tea - Mango I brought them to work to share. They were a hit. Staff were friendly the two times that I have dropped by. I'll be back for more. (280)

I appreciate their wintermelon options as not many bubble tea shops offer them. This is a cute shop. They have sections similar to a consignment or pop shops. You can buy jewellery, accessories, tea related items, handmade cookies, etc. While sipping on your bubble tea. Very creative and great way to support local. However, this space does take away some seating options. If you're looking to sip and tap, if the weather is nice out, I'd recommend taking your bubble tea to one of the 3 nearby parks within walking distance.

I tried their Osmanthus Honey Americano and it was terrible. Knowing that there was honey in the drink, I asked for 0% sugar. The drink was incredibly sweet and I feel like I would get diabetes if I left the drink at 100% sugar. The osmanthus flavour and americano did not pair well together. I love flavoured americanos, but this has got to be the worst flavour combination that I've ever experienced. There were osmanthus flowers at the bottom of the drink - I was not a fan of the texture. I couldn't bring myself to finish the drink. There was only one staff working in the afternoon and they weren't busy, so they're a one-woman show (taking the drink order and then going to the back to make it). The wait wasn't long as the woman was efficient. I see other people giving good ratings and maybe it's because we're getting different drinks, but my experiences are vastly different than theirs. I generally don't go for fruit teas and my preference is milk teas and coffee-based drinks. This is not the place for those drinks and I'm sad that I wasted two drinks worth of money to experience less than mediocrity.
