$7~ red bean tiger sugar - A person holds a bubble tea with caramel syrup and tapioca pearls in front of a storefront with an open sign.

Quick and friendly service. Ordered the tiger sugar with red bean and it was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Tiger sugar always tastes amazing! Sugar levels aren't changeable so the drinks are on the sweet side, but tiger sugar has one of the best brown sugar bubble tea drinks! A must try and fan favourite!

I finally got the chance to visit this new location at Langham plaza outside of T&T! I ordered the Brown Sugar boba milk, which tasted alright to me. There's no option to customize the sugar level, which I found to be too sweet. The tea did not taste like anything special. I prefer Chatime or Coco more, and like others have said, don't get the hype.

I love their Black Sugar Boba Milk With Cream Mousse! The mousse is so rich, something that makes it unique from other shops who serve brown sugar. The boba at this shop is always so soft and the sweetness is not overwhelming. Definitely my go to!

The drink was okay - I didn't understand the hype about it. Definitely not worth over $7 in my opinion. I think I would've preferred coco instead.

Finally Tiger Sugar has opened in Markham. I've been waiting for so long to try their drinks again partly because I didn't want to travel so far for them lol. Anyways...Tiger Sugar specializes in brown sugar milk teas and they have a small menu of different variations of them. They are as follows: brown sugar boba, pearl, tea latte, and tea series. I got their classic "Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse" which comes with bigger bubbles and of course has that beautiful striped aesthetic from the brown sugar...just like a tiger (so brave :D)! If you get the pearl one, they are smaller sized. There's no tea in these just an fyi by the way unless you get the tea series. I have to say that their brown sugar milk teas are more flavourful than other places. It's hard to describe...it's like the flavour has a more "burnt/smokier" taste than other places which make them more unique and isn't just straight up sweet. The boba at this place was just the right amount of chewiness as well. All the drinks are one size only (about a large in other places) and you have a choice of hot or cold. I know you can't adjust the sugar level with these drinks, but I wish you could adjust the ice level because sometimes they give a lot of ice. It will also cost you 6.50 which is kinda pricey for a drink, but you just love bbt, you know that feeling...ifykyk. Their website tells you to shake it 15 times to have the best flavour. All in all, I recommend checking this place out if you want some good drinks and aesthetically pleasing photos. I can't wait to try their other variations as well.

Comebuy - Neptune Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls

For me, the drink itself is about 4/5 (barley milk tea), but my overall experience is what brings this up to a 5. When I walked in, I was greeted with the staff there who were very friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I had stepped aside to look at the menu. They noticed and didn't pressure me in taking my order, but instead asked if I had any questions and had let me smell the tea leaves. For a more upscale bubble tea store, I appreciated that very much. I ended up getting the barley milk tea, and the flavour did not disappoint. The barley taste definitely came through, and it wasn't too sweet. Note: for sweetness level, get one lower than what you normally get. Trust me :) Overall I would come back when I'm in the area and craving for bubble tea to try other drinks. The only negative is that I wished they had barley as a topping, but overall the topping upcharge is pretty expensive than average. But recommend to give this place a try!

I think it's a great place to have a bubble tea shop here because I saw crowds of business people coming here during lunch time and high school students afterschool getting drinks. There is plenty of parking out front and a small lot just east of the shop. The lobby is quite large and will be interesting to see how the seating situation will be once the province is fully reopened. The menu wall is quite extensive and will take a little while to get a good understanding of what you truly want. The ordering experience needs a little work as the partition barrier blocks 90% of everything being communicated. Good barrier for the transmission of the virus and so too your voice. The echo of the music does not help matters much also. The order took 20 minutes beginning to end with one order ahead of me. Will be interesting to see how they will be once they get in gear and working as a well oiled machine

This review marks my 1,400th one. Crazy!…read more It's fitting that I would do a bubble tea place, as it describes how I tick. Kung Fu Tea has been around for months. Across from it is my local Scotiabank branch. I visit the drive-thru often to withdraw money, and go into the branch now and again. Every time I visit the bank, I flag getting bubble tea someday, but never go in. Why? Parking is limited, this parking lot isn't exactly crafted for safety, and there has been construction happening here for at least a year. The other night, I visited the drive-thru ABM, saw plenty of parking spots on a rainy Monday night, and decided to drop by Kung Fu Tea for the first time. I used to come here when there was a ramen restaurant a couple of doors down. It has since been replaced several times. I couldn't tell you what it is now! I walked into Kung Fu Tea and was greeted by an illuminated logo of a kung fu master and words of wisdom that looked like a kid had put each letter on a fridge door, except that it was a wall and it's permanent. I saw that there was a back-to-school deal on passion fruit green tea. Get a large for $3.99. Sold! There was one couple ahead of me. This place is bright, quaint, cozy, and clean. When it was my time to order, I entered my phone number on the touch pad for Vicinity points. Yay! The woman helping me with my order was cheerful and happy. I placed my order, and got my passion fruit green tea with no honey (it's honey and not sugar) and a bit of ice. I also got coconut jelly. It came to being over $5. I paid using my debit card and patiently waited for my beverage. This place has bubble waffles. I need to get one next time I'm here. I had just had dinner, so I wasn't down for a snack. The couple ahead of me ordered a number of drinks to go. A few minutes after they had left, my order was ready. I loved my drink. The passion fruit is blended finely. You don't drink pulp, but you know that it's real fruit when you see the residue. Its taste was fresh and bright. The coconut jelly had the perfect sweetness and chewiness. There is free wifi at this tea place. I can see myself hanging out here. It's probably the closest bubble tea place by my home, which is both good and scary. I am a fan. I'll be back. (386)

Since I was at a plaza with so many bubble tea joints that I can't keep track of them, I decided to select one that I haven't been to. It would be an easy feat. Moge Tee was a few doors down. Perfect! I walked in. I got the nicest welcome from a man behind the counter. I looked at the menu and the fresh peach oolong tea sounded great. He let me know that there are three types of peach oolong tea: - One has milk - One has cheese foam on top - One is the tea itself I wanted the last one. I went with 30% sugar because I wanted a change. I also went large. I didn't look at the menu long enough to choose toppings. I just wanted a drink. That's okay. Next time! I paid with a credit card. I also gave a tip because he was so great explaining the variants of this tea. With tax and without my tip, this drink came out to $8.42. It better be good! I looked at all the sticky notes on the wall. It reminded me of Cha Miao in Richmond Hill that has a similar setup. I will say that parking is more relaxed here. My drink was ready in no time. I was so happy. He gave me my drink and a straw. I thanked him and happily walked out of the store with my drink and dinner. I carefully placed everything in my car. I then drove home. The peach oolong tea was excellent. 30% sugar was barely noticeable. It was chilled. I loved the peach flavour that tasted like enjoying a ripe peach. I could taste the oolong tea. It was so good. Moge Tee has a membership program. I'll need to look into it. I'm a fan. I will be back. (61)
