Love coco honestly. This place is nice especially when they opened long ago so it's closer to my house. The staff is always so nice, patient and gives you suggestions as needed. The place has some high tables by the window and some round tables with friends. It's a pretty big spacious place. Price for the drinks are the usual, less expensive in my opinion compared to chatime. I like how they use plastic straw so you're not eating paper/cardboard. Coco is usually one of the bbt places I opt for besides Chatime. Sometimes they have great promotions. It was my first time coming to this location as I was in the area. Store is big with plenty of seating available. They were doing a special for the month of November buy 2 large drinks from their top 10, get a large brown sugar pearls jasmine milk tea for $1. Returned to Coco Tea to try their newly released taro series! To celebrate their 23rd anniversary, they're offering a large QQ Milk Tea with the new taro tapioca balls for $4.80 plus tax during the month of September. I always love Coco because their milk tea is less sweet compared to other competitors like Chatime. I typically order it at 50% sugar (whereas I have to get 30% sugar at Chatime and it'll still be sweeter than Coco) which allows you to taste more of the milk tea flavor and not just be overwhelmed by sweetness. This was a good call for this drink too, as the taro boba is sweet in itself. I'm not a taro-lover but loved these tapiocas! The taro flavor is definitely there, strong enough to taste but not overwhelming. Also, the texture isn't paste-y (something I'm afraid of)! The tapioca was QQ and chewy as you'd hope, delicious. The location was super busy. Lined went out the door, about 5-6 parties waiting outside, and about 4-5 parties inside (either ordering or waiting for their drink). With three staff members working, I'd say they were quite efficient. I got my drink in about 5-7 mins. read more

This is one of 5 new locations through out the GTA. The grand opening weekend was from Oct 26 to Oct 28. This location is located right off of Yonge street. While driving along Yonge, you will see a plaza with Pizza Pizza, Cash Money, National bank and a large Shishlix. While the plaza is on Yonge street, Coco is actually facing Weldrick road. This is a welcome addition to the Yonge street corridor, as the only other bubble tea place is cha time across the street, but in hillsides mall. Finally something a little closer to home! I have been to a few CoCo locations but I am much prefer this location for a few reasons- nicer staff, HUGE space, and duhh closer to home. This time I got the grapefruit Yakult drink (50%- recommended by staffs, and 0 ice). I never would have thought Yakult and grapefruit can be a good pair. The sweet, sour, milky probiotic drink made the bitterness from the grapefruit more mellow, and easier to adapt to it for those who aren't used to the bitterness (me). The grapefruit juice they used are totally squeezed from the fruit itself, you still get some pulps in your drinks which is nice. read more

CoCo Fresh Tea is one of my favorite bubble tea chains and I'm happy that there's finally one closer to home. It's located near Hillcrest Mall and just across the street from the T&T supermarket. I came here for their grand opening back in October. There was a long line-up and it seemed like the staff were just getting used to making drink orders. I'm sure that things are running more smooth now. I didn't notice any difference in the flavor of the drinks compared to the ones that I've ordered from the Commerce Gate location. My favorite drinks so far are 3 Guys and Lemon King. The interior is clean. There are plenty of tables for you to relax and enjoy your drink. read more

I find this CoCo location extremely generous with the toppings. Quick service (in and out within 3 minutes), and they follow your ice and sugar levels accordingly. With current situations, they are only accepting card and contactless payments (no cash). This location has a shield up to protect their customers and employees. read more

I'm always on the lookout for new bubble tea joints and this Coco has a lot of hype built around it! I'm such a big fan of Coco and they're only receiving 4 stars because of their location. It's located on the corner of Yonge and Weldrick but there is absolutely nothing in that area so you'll be more or less dropping in for 5 minutes and leaving immediately thereafter. The parking is super crammed and parking near the entrance is very difficult to get out due to the little space to the sidewalk. Nevertheless, the bubble tea recipe remains the same throughout the franchise. Coco's does have some pretty great grand opening deals at the moment --- this includes 2 weekly drink specials prices at $4.20 for the large size. As well, if you buy a drink from November 16 - December 31, they have a coupon sheet that includes a free drink and things such as 50% off a drink. If you are around the corner, these are my favourite options... 1) Sago Milk Tea 2) Taro Milk tea (not powdery and perfect consistency) 3) Matcha Milk Tea 4) Mango Sago Green Tea You really can't go wrong here! Now that there's more and more coco locations opening up, it's more convenient to find one nearby. This location opened recently and it's close by to home which is great so I don't have to travel far when I have my cravings. So far, Coco has been my preferred place to grab bubble tea because they never disappoint. I cannot say they are the best I've had, but for the price I am paying and quality, nothing more I can expect! On a Thursday afternoon, I visited this location. Easy to find parking as it is located inside a plaza but not so easy to spot especially where there's construction happening on the roads. The place was fairly quiet with 4-5 guests inside, very spacious inside with multiple of tables spread around the space. There were 4 staff behind the counter, standing around chit-chatting as there's no orders. So, I order a red bean matcha milk tea with less sugar and ice. When I got it, the taste was as per usual. HOWEVER, there was barely any red bean in there ( SEE ATTACHED PIC)! I ordered a large drink and the amount of red bean was less than 10% of the drink! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! Red bean was nearly gone when I had 1/4 of the drink and half was thru, there wasn't red bean anymore. The proportions were just not right! For sure not coming back to this location! read more

Location is brightly lit which is perfect for a chat with friends, and has a huge CoCo sign for those aesthetics. 3 Guys is my go to usually, though I usually rotate between that, yakult drinks, and the sago. This plaza with the glow up as there is also a Sansotei a few stores down. Only bummer is the construction in the Yonge Street area but you can also get in the plaza through Weldrick as well, and there is plenty of parking. read more

They have a lot of seating unlike our usual Coco, and their aesthetic is pretty cute! Seems like a nice place to chat with friends or do some work. Absolute Garbage Trash. This location just opened and it is failing already. The reason is they water down all their drinks. The place is open concept so you can see everything. I ordered the fresh taro with fresh milk with less ice. This is what she made for me: First she put the taro in the cup, then she filled it with 75% water, then she topped it with 25% milk. And with no ice. I saw the whole thing right in front of me. When I drank it, it tasted like diluted milk. No kidding. Of course it would. Who does that??? I confronted her about it and she said "That is our recipe, sorry". Well that is not the recipe of other Coco stores! I have been to other Coco stores and they don't do that! They give 100% milk. I also ordered the strawberry latte and another female staff did the same thing. First she put the strawberry puree, then filled the cup with 75% water, then stirred it around, then topped it with a bit of milk as there's not much space left after the ice got in there. As you can imagine, the drink taste watery, not milky like a latte should be. Again, The other locations don't do that. They give 100% milk. Commerce Gate location does it proper. Trust me. Just go there. Do not come here. I also ordered a mixed fruit macchiato with no sugar. This is the last drink. Once again, she did it again. She put so little fruit syrup and mixed it with water. As you can imagine , the drink was bland and tasteless. She figured since I said no sugar, she would put less fruit syrup. First of all, when does no equal less? And second of all, I never said less sweet. Get it? Anyway, the other locations never got confused. They give me the normal amount of fruit syrup without adding extra sugar. And the drink tasted absolutely flavorful. Not rocket science, is it? See the consistent pattern here? Everything they do is benefiting themself and disadvantage you. They are being cheap and scammy and fraudulent by not giving you what you are paying for and what you are supposed to get. I never returned. I hope you don't go there. And I hope they go out of business real soon. read more

Came here during their soft opening on a weekday afternoon and it was dead.. the staff were a little clueless and had to discuss a few times throughout my experience.. but that is understandable as they are in soft opening. The store is located in a quiet plaza that also has Sansotei too - perfect combination.. ramen and dessert bbt! I am so glad that they finally decided to open up a Coco slightly more north! This will definitely be my go-to store as it is so close to home. The store is very spacious with a few tables to hang out. My fav drinks atm are sago milk tea and pearl roasted milk tea! read more

When I tried it was so terrible. but they explained that they changed the recipe two weeks ago with cream cheese on it.
