They have a promo right now this month (January) for soft opening 15% off all the top 10 drinks! Overall great service - friendly staff and quick to get my order in and out.

I went for the soft opening promo, which was 15% off their top 10 drinks. Let me first tell you how ecstatic I am that a coco opened up walking distance from me! So convenient! The store is on the west side of the plaza and located next to the Thai place Jatujak. The inside was quite empty allowing for ample social distancing. They also had the social distancing stickers placed on the floor. It was very clean and there was plexiglass protecting the staff on the other side of the counter from customers. Staff and baristas were quick and friendly. The drinks are standard across all the franchises. I order a mango slush at 30% sugar and added pearl and it was delicious! Can't wait for the summer time to cool down with a drink!

This new location offers a promotion of 15% off their top 10 drinks, so i decided to try the bubble gaga, which consists of passion fruit, tapioca pearls and coconut jelly toppings inside. It came up to $5 with taxes for a large size. Overall the taste was sour, as I got no sugar. Coconut jelly chunks balanced out the sourness, and passion fruit seeds were something new. Overall I would classify this drink as a juice rather than milk tea. Service was fast, especially with the take out orders they were working on. Glad another location of coco opened up. Now I can have my bubble tea fix all the time.

Went there for their anniversary special and ordered the Pearl Milk Tea. It tastes very good and the amount of sugar, milk is perfect. It has a great tea taste; that's why it's called milk tea.

When they had the BOGO deal on acai bowls, I tried all the flavors with the exception of the peanut butter. Looks small at first but trust me, it is plenty! Almost difficult to finish near the end. Tasty especially the bites with the honey. Small place, meant mainly for take out but has about 4 stool/ counter top seating.

I take it without yogurt, so it ends up being lactose-free and I still get the oat beverage to get the cream part. I remembered this store on Markham Road, just south of 14th Avenue. It's next to Kung Fu Tea, near the Shoppers Drug Mart that serves as one of the anchors of this plaza. I decided to check it out. I came here after work last Wednesday. I had no problem finding a parking spot at around 8 pm. I backed into a spot and walked over. There was a male customer talking with the lone female staffer. He was having problem scanning his receipt with the Booster Juice app. I'm assuming that he was trying to get points credited to his account. It seemed like quite a straightforward task, but it was challenging for him. I probably waited a good five minutes before this woman came over to me. I'm patient. No biggie. I ordered the orange 'n' cream without yogurt. She said, almost out of protest and disgust, that my drink would be thinner. Um, I know. I said that I always order it this way. I got my rewards QR code scanned from the Booster Juice app to get points. I then paid with a debit card. Done! Well, my drink took a good ten minutes to prepare. It seemed extensive. I saw her trying to squeeze oranges with more force than necessary. Were they frozen?! It seemed too labour-intensive. I almost wanted to try making this drink at home in my blender that pulverizes everything effortlessly and try to forget this image of her painfully making my drink. I finally got my drink. I thanked her. I got a paper straw and left the store. I then sipped my drink as I drove home after a long day. I loved this drink. It tasted so good. It was like a creamsicle, but in a drinkable format. I still crave it so much. It's awesome. I hope it never comes off the menu. This drink comes in a single size. It's easy to order. However, part of me wants an entire vat of this stuff. I like the Warden-Highway 7 location better. This one requires a longer wait for my lone drink. A bit of judgment on making a drink lactose-free was odd. (465)

KALE BOOST TEA - 9.99 + normal ice + light sugar + jasmine green tea + with chia seed I was hesitant to order this drink because paying for a vegetable-based tea sounded questionable, but my cousin insisted it was refreshing. Surprisingly, there was none of the bitterness I expected from kale, and it paired really well with the jasmine green tea. I loved the chia seeds topping, and hopefully it will help with my bowel movements after all the heavy foods I've been eating this past week. My cousin ordered the limited tiramisu milk tea, which HEYTEA is currently offering in collaboration with Pop Mart. We expected it to be fun, but it ended up being fun AND genuinely good. The coffee notes blended nicely with the milk tea, and it wasn't overly sweet or heavy. Overall, this was a solid stop, and I'm glad I got to enjoy something light and refreshing after stuffing myself with dim sum nearby.

Recently, I was driving home and spotted this Chatime. What? Another bubble tea place? Yes, please! After work today, I decided to head over here to get my bubble tea fix. It's next to M&M Food Market, in a row of stores that's separate from Walmart, which is across from them. I had no problem finding parking. There were lots of spots. I parked my car and walked in. I was the only customer in the store. Nice! Staff were super friendly. I used a digital voucher on my Chatime app. You don't need to show the voucher barcode. Instead, you show your Societea barcode to collect points and all vouchers are linked to your account. The woman said that I also had a free macaron voucher. I didn't remember having one. She looked some more and realized that I had two free drink vouchers. So, no free macaron today. I will take a free drink, though! I got a large lychee tea (no sugar and less ice) with coconut jelly. I upgraded size-wise and added a topping, so my grand total for my tea was $1.39. Cool! I paid with my debit card. I tapped and was good. There are plenty of seats and tables to enjoy your tea. I have never sat down at any Chatime to sip my bubble tea. I should at this location. It felt roomy and inviting. My drink was ready with little wait time. It was impressive. There were three staff members. They were all female. I thanked them all and walked out with my drink. Chatime has paper straws. It takes a bit of effort stabbing it into your drink. You need to pretend that you're Buffy and you're driving a stake into some evil being. Do it at a 45-degree angle rather than straight down. You'll have far more success. My drink was icy cold and yummy. It was perfect. The coconut jelly added a bit of sweetness to my lychee tea. The tea was refreshing and just the way I like it. This store may be my go-to. I like the free parking, friendly staff, and yummy quality of tea. I'll be back. (183)

The drink like just Jasmine Tea taste, the sweetness was fine, because I like non sweet tea, however, the pink paradise should have some sort of sweet taste of dragon fruit and mango was no taste. We went back in and asked, the mango taste was just mango syrup, not some real mango fruit. I would like to wait for another special next time.

They use the highest quality organic fruits and vegetables and are most famous for their cold-pressed juices. Instead of getting a cold-pressed juice, I decided to get one of their açai bowls. Here's my rundown: Food There were three açai bowls to choose from - classic, beauty, and soul. I got the beauty açai bowl which had the açai, avocado, coconut oil, and almond milk blend topped with bananas, granola, coconut flakes and fresh strawberries. The açai blend was smooth and rich in flavour while the fresh fruit and oats made for great flavours and textures. It was a very refreshing treat to get and had the perfect balance between all ingredients. Atmosphere Can't really comment on the atmosphere here because the store is quite small and has minimal seating. There were about 4 high chairs to sit but it's more meant to be used while you're waiting for your drinks or bowls. It's small like most downtown cafés and this place is more so for those grab and go type of people. Service Service was really friendly and the employee was helpful in helping me make a decision about the type of bowl to get. No complaints here; they were really inviting and patient with my indecisiveness. Price I paid $10 for the açai bowl! A little pricy but you're paying for quality organic food here so it's worth every dollar. Verdict Refresh is indeed a refreshing experience has they use only the finest organic fruits to make their products. I'm excited to return here to try their juices and other açai bowls. Definitely worth a try if you're roaming around downtown Guelph. A well-deserved 5/5 experience!
