terrible experience, I ask for matcha latte and they just give me normal matcha. I ask the employe why my matcha dont have the white cream on it (latte) and they said that they already put and mix it? It not suppose to be mix, lmao. I been to other store and this never happens. The employ was also very rude attitude, like he don't want to serve, that one male work there talk like he yelling at us, very unprofessional. I dont often write review but the experience is the worst. My first and last time walk into this place. Today is Tuesday 26, time 7:00PM, to the manager who read, please fix your employe. read more

Please note they give priority to Uber/Skip orders. Orders may take longer to get. But they have a very spacious seating area with in house WiFi that does not bother me at all. If I'm in a rush then i would not get my drink here. With that said their service team is fast and welcoming. Has nice selection and suggestions. This location is always busy and in prime location. It's worth the wait as drinks are delicious. A+++ read more

This CoCo's has been consistently good every time I drop by for my usual "3 Guys". This drink includes a nice blend of tapioca, grass jelly, pudding and milk tea. The flavour of the milk tea isn't watered down like some of the other bubble tea places and you can actually taste the tea! The service is friendly, fast and efficient here and I never had any issues with my drink. Minus one star though for the washroom cleanliness. read more

Came here after dinner in Chinatown since I haven't had coco in awhile. Coco has always been one of my favourite bubble tea places but this experience at this location wasn't the best. Usually I always get my bubble tea with regular sugar and it's fine, but for some reason it taste overly unsweetened. But it wasn't a big deal, the reason why I gave it a 3 star is because the service was definitely not the friendliest. My friend and I had our orders taken by a guy with glasses and he seemed very rushed with our order. Like I get that you have a line but that's no excuse to be rude and unfriendly. I don't know if I'd visit this specific location again, unless I'm in the area I guess. read more

I am concerned. I am thinking about the well being of both the employees and customers in the sweltering heat inside Coco. May i say it has literally been a sweat shop in there.... or a hot sauna whenever i visited. My friend kept wanting to leave because it was so hot. Furthermore, the washroom was out of commission for a month. And finally when it was usable again, there was no toilet paper. On the plus side, the drinks were very good, especially the Gaga passionfruit juice. I really hope they regulate the temperature of the cafe into a bearable condition so that the staff can work with comfort and customers won't faint from the heat. read more

I'm a big fan of CoCo and if it's nearby, I'll probably get a drink over other bubble tea stores. It has my favourite drinks and toppings which are always consistently good. I like this store because it's pretty big and has a lot of seating. I hate when a store doesn't have enough space inside to take pics of my drinks/food. The service here is also good. The workers are really nice and they make drinks quick. I waited only a few minutes after ordering to get my drink. My go to drinks: - Milk Tea with grass jelly and/or pudding. I really like their milk tea and it pairs well with these toppings. If you like tapioca too, you could get the 3 Guys, Milk Tea with a combo tapioca, grass jelly and pudding. - Yakult drinks. I love the yakult drinks especially the mango and lemon ones, grapefruit is pretty good too. I love the yogurt flavour that's reminiscent of my childhood. *the washroom here is gross. The women's was out of service so I had to use the men's room and it was one of my worst public washroom experience. It was so dirty, poorly lit and smelled so bad. If I didn't have to go do bad, I wouldn't have even used the washroom after opening the door. read more

This was probably the first coco location I've been to that was decently fast service wise. Everywhere else was pretty slow. I usually get their lemon king but this time I opted for their matcha latte and I actually liked it more than Chatime's. Unlike Chatime's, Coco's matcha wasn't powdery and it didn't collect at the bottom which means I didn't get a mouthful of pure, chunky, matcha powder. It was pretty smooth and I got a decent amount of tapioca. Will definitely go back to this location when I'm around the area. I finally found a decent Coco - hopefully it'll be that way when I come back ~fingers crossed~ read more

I visited on a Sunday night around 10 PM. The shop was still very busy and all the tables were full. The shop is quite small and very narrow so there's not too much room to maneuver around everyone. I joined the line to order and there were about 4 more people in front of me. I came because I was really craving bubble tea and they had the new promo going on for the Large Brown Sugar Pearl Latte for $4.25. I'm a little disappointed that I couldn't customize (I usually order it with 0% sugar and 0% ice) but the waiter said the settings were pre-set for the drink and they couldn't change it. That just means they're making it in bulk and letting it sit the whole day. I ordered it anyways because it's cheap and the taste was alright, nothing spectacular. It was a lot more milkier than I had imagined and more sweet than I would have liked. I don't enjoy drinking super sweet stuff so I will say it was less sweet than I would've guessed, since they had it pre-set at 100% sugar. I'll most likely buy it again though since it's such a good deal for a large. Promo is going to continue until the end of the month! read more

I would go out of my way to avoid this place at all costs. 30 minute line up out the door, when I arrived closer to the menu I was struggling to find just a simple lychee bubble tea, they had every single flavor and option you could think of, but sadly no lychee. I was pretty upset with this, as all over the juice bar was bragging about how worldwide and famous this place is, I opted out for a king lemon tea drink thinking it would make me feel better in the heat. it didn't it was very tart and bitter, I should have ordered a higher sugar level. between the long line up's and no seats free, this location is a hard no for me. and I've seen the line ups on days riding the 510 spadina, so its not just my experience with this one visit. parking is available on the street, in some above and underground lots. and transit options are thje 510 spadina directly, and the 505 Dundas and 506 college with a bit of walking. would go out of my way not to recommend this juice bar at all. read more

This was my very first time ordering a slush at CoCo. I usually go for their milk teas. I was very intrigued by their strawberry promotion ! I felt a little adventurous.... why not try something new ?!!! Well.... everything just when downhill when I order the drink.... I usually order my drinks a little less sweet. I'm not a huge fan of very sugary drinks. When I asked the waitress to lower my sweetness level for the strawberry slush...she hesitated a bit. She said she can only do 70% sweetness which is fine to me. Strawberry slush with tapoica (70% sweetness ) - the drink was very bland. There was only a little hint of strawberry taste :( if I ever order this drink again DON'T play with the sweetness level... keep it at 100% sugar level. Unless you enjoy very bland drink. The tapoica was okay. It was a little too mushy for my liking. Overall , not a happy camper but I'll give this location another chance. I'm probably going to avoid any slushie drinks here. Staying on the safe side when I order from CoCo. read more

For a franchising restaurant there isn't much you can expect from it except for the consistent quality which they are suppose to provide all across it's stores. Been here a few times to grab their summer drinks which are on special and the environment of the store always looks fairly clean and tidy. There was never a long line up or wait time, however I do find it inconvenient as where the cash register is and how the line up goes. If you are trying to walk closer to take a look at the menu and there's a line up going on, you do need to squeeze by customers in line to get through. The wait for drinks are usually no longer than 10mins wait depending on how busy they are. I've had an experience where they made me the wrong drink which I've ordered, which they quickly made me a new one to replace the mistaken one. There are a few drinks which are my favourite on the menu and the couple times I've been there, the flavours are fairly consistent, I would definitely go back if I'm in the area. read more

I love coming to this CoCo location, because I received some coupons during their Grand Opening promo period. These coupons include free drink, % discounts, free up-size, and free toppings. Unfortunately, you cannot receive more coupons now, but the coupons are available to be used until June 30th if you can get your hands on some from friends. The quality of the drinks are within the standard of other Coco locations, and it takes around 5 minutes for your drink to arrive, so no complaints here. However, the place is pretty busy due to its Chinatown location, and they are lacking air conditioning, making it especially excruciating during the summer season for customers who want to sit for a little while and chat. Recently, they've finally installed the on-site bathroom after a month of its Grand Opening, but it's poorly maintained and usually lacked toilet paper. I would recommend people to just get the bubble tea for to-go and don't hang around the store for too long until they finally get the premise to be more comfortable to stay. read more

I like how late this place opens! I've been here before but recently came Friday around 11PM, and there were actually 10 people here. I ordered a regular size plain green tea with pearls, which came out to be $4.20 plus tax. I wish this place also had lactose free milk options! read more

A month after their grand opening, their washroom finally no longer has a "Out of Service" sign. However, they require you to pick up a key (which may be hidden away so you have to ask for it). I like that the key is attached to a rice scooper though, +1 very unique. There are two washrooms downstairs, but only one key. They should have two keys. AC is still hit-or-miss. With the summer heat coming in, it gets pretty hot in the store even at night. You can see that they know there is a problem with it and leave the doors wide open. It seems like the AC had come on for a few minutes at some point, but then quickly disappeared. Napkins do not get refilled very frequently. Pearl milk tea is alright, though the tapiocas aren't as chewy as before. Good to see that they still offer the roasted milk tea even if the sign says limited time offer for May. read more

Clean and simple, plus a vicinity card (buy 10 get one free). Efficient, had all the flavors and the toppings (unlike some places that run out too easily of the sago). And they take credit cards. You can definitely get the 1/2 sugar - will help moderate the taste a bit. read more

Worst location, they do not listen to orders or read the labels apparently. Always forget to pack a straw when you order It via Apps. Tried this location out of convenience on several occasions both with UberEats and physically in-store Every request which is offered aka. Ice levels and sugar is not ever followed from all my experiences! It is quite disappointing when you've got a sweet tooth only to find out your drink is 25% sugar, watered down and has 75% ice. Not sure why this has happened so much, but I have given them chances and nothing ! I would recommend if you decide to do UberEats or go for coco please go to the 352 Queen St location ! They make it perfect Everytime ! read more

Generic bubble tea place. Nothing special but I do come by when I'm in the area. They open up until midnight which is a plus. The staff are friendly, albeit a bit robotic in their voice after working for presumably long hours. The place could be cleaner though. For example, the tables aren't always cleaned or have garbage on them (sticky even at times...). Shame that not all the customers throw their trash away. Though, it is usually filled with people and quite busy when I go so it is understandable how that could be difficult to manage for the staff. They also seem to have some sort of promotion going on. I got a stamp card last time I went -- apparently in support of SickKids; I'll try to finish it for good cause. read more

Two ladies/three guys are a classic, tho they're a little bit too sweet. This location is pretty spacious compared to their sister locations. This coco has female staffs with the worst attitudes. I ordered two drinks and left specific instructions for both. She made both drinks wrong - gave me ice in one when I asked for no ice and made the other drink way too sweet. When I ask to remake both, she told me I can buy the drinks again then she'll remake it. What kind of attitude is that? Worst coco I've ever been to in the GTA. read more

The drinks are fine but the staffs are very rude. They glared at me when I asked for the receipt and the key to the washroom. This is my second time to this location and I met the same cashier and she was even ruder than the previous time. The store was not even busy. There was no line and plenty of seats available. I am very understanding when it comes to service workers because I know how it is like but they were not nice at all at this specific Coco location. read more

Service here is usually quick but there's always a line of some sort. The bubbles here are good because of the high turnover. The good thing is there's always a promotion of some sort. However, those of you that are watching your sugar intake, sometimes the drinks are still sweetened to some degree. One time I noticed when I ordered a milk bubble tea and requested it 30% sweet, they used a sweetner instead. When I asked them about it there was some confusion which may be a result of a communication error. I got the strawberry bubble tea, cant' remember the name. It was very good, but the option was either 100% sugar or 0. Which is sort of weird. I got it with 0 sugar but it was still very sweet. Since strawberries aren't in season in January or February, I'm going to guess that it's already sweetened. read more

The bubble tea here isn't so bad. The tapioca is pretty good and soft. But man, it's hot inside. My friend thinks they do it purposefully so that people don't stay inside. The staff seem nice but it's bubble tea, how badly can they mess up. Good place since the other big names are a ways away. --- Edit July 5th 2017 --- Looks like management has acknowledged the A/C issue! Glad to see them on top of it. I was so angry with the RAW sago that they are serving. They did not seem to care that they served me raw sago. I was so angry for the rest of the customers that are waiting for a drink that would be tainted with raw sago; sad but true. Would give less stars if i could, they served me raw sago and the girl at the counter told me it was normal. I was so angry with their attitude; they act like it was nothing, ITS RAW !! I will never recommend this place. P.S. they water down every drink; pretty sure it was like a 60%tea :40%water. read more

Nah. Given the density of bubble tea shops per sq meters in Toronto, go try others please. First of all they got my order wrong (ordered the milk series and got black milk tea so I'm awake at 4 am writing this review). The flavor was so water down that I couldn't even tell if it was milk or tea and that's why I didn't even realize they got my order wrong before I got home. Fail. On a side note, the bathroom in the basement was so sketchy (smelled terrible, wet floor, black trash bag on the floor). Bathroom is a good indicator of how hygienic or unhygenic a place is. And I was traumized...will never come back. read more
