Went to Kung Fu tea with a few friends and got a mango slush (5.50). Was pretty fairly priced and I enjoyed it. Actual store seemed like a nice place although didn't get much opportunity to explore. There was seating upstairs and wifi if you showed your vac pass and was planning to stay. Service was quick and there was a wide variety of things to choose from. If I wasn't so full, I would've be interested in trying their chocolate waffles! Overall, enjoyed my drink.

I've been to so many Kung Fu Tea locations that I'm losing track. This is the new set location, with a soft opening on 2021-01-17. There is a soft opening promotion lasting until 2021-02-07. You can get their "38 Milk King", large for $3.88. All other drinks are 20% off. We bought the "38 Milk King" ($6.00, sale $3.88) and a "Mango Yogurt Slush" ($6.00, sale $4.80). After paying for It, it turns out they didn't have the vanilla yogurt (well they are at the beginning of their soft opening!). They offered a "Pearl Latte with Brown Sugar" in large ($6.00) and small ($5.20) as an apology. Both staff members were courteous. Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty points. They have the newest touch payment machine with includes support for Samsung Pay. Typical of many downtown stores/restaurants, it is long and narrow, but not too narrow. It is tastefully decorated inside. There are a few tables along one wall. There is additional seating upstairs. It isn't ready for use yet but there is no rush because indoor dining is not allowed. There is free WiFi. It is wheelchair accessible. The front door has a touchless door opener at the height of a wheelchair. 2021-008

This was awesome! My first time there. I got a Lite Fruit tea - grapefruit. There was so much going on inside the tea! A huge piece of grapefruit, slices of orange, basil and what looked like passionfruit seeds. White with the black, not sure what they were. It's was so tasty, yummy, refreshing and different compared to other bubble tea places I've been to. My friend got a strawberry yoghurt slushee and he really liked it. I'll definitely be going back. Cost is a bit more but worth it when you see everything inside the cup!

Great service, great tea and tapioca. Preferred bbt spot in the area. App is also good for ordering ahead, rewards and other deals.

Small bubbletea shop that also serves pastries and Filipino meals…read more Their standout offering, of course, is the bubbletea. The tea is loose-leaf, so is elevated from the typical bubbletea. But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Walking in, there's a great amount of cakes, cookies, and drinks. Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
