However, if you're bringing kids who prefer simpler drinks, this might not be the best spot. My kids were hoping for a basic mango drink, which wasn't available, but they still enjoyed what they got. My matcha red bean drink also came with **three rice mochi on a stick**, which was a nice touch! The location itself is inside a **shared space with other restaurants**, so it's not a standalone shop. It's **not stroller-friendly** as there are steps inside, and I didn't see any **high chairs**, so it might not be the most convenient option for families with younger kids. While the drinks were tasty and unique, **it was almost $20 for just two drinks**, so it's definitely on the pricier side. This machi machi is located inside a small food court, so it might get busy during the day. We were there on a Saturday evening and there was plenty of seating because the other shops were closed. Staff were pretty nice and explained what choices I had for caffeine free drinks. I got the brown sugar milk with a mix of tapioca and taro balls, delicious! I've tried their panna cotta, creme brulee, and chocolate creme brulee and I absolutely loved both of their creme brulee. It is more on the expensive side, but I would definitely order the creme brulee again, especially since their chocolate creme brulee is part of their daily special and it was like having a drink and a dessert in the end as I liked to have them separately. When I received the order, the mochi was warm and chewy. It paired very well with the red beans, brulee cream and matcha. Don't let the size fool you, even though the drink is smaller than other places - it will fill you up. Note: I wouldn't add anymore toppings to this drink since it was pretty heavy already. Overall, their drinks are pretty unique and fun. Never knew mochi can be paired with bubble tea. The only thing is their drinks are more in the pricer side. It has been in my list for the longest and we finally we passsed by their newest place located inside a cute aesthetic food court. We got the Mochi Red Bean Matcha Smoothie and the Fresh Strawberry Latte Panna Cotta. We recommended to get the Regular sugar, the sweetness is similar to half or less sugar level in other boba place. Love both drinks - however, the mochi on top was not chewy at all. I got the Mochi Cream Foam Black Tea ($6.20) at 50% sweet with their standard Gold Pearl topping ($0.70) which I believe is their normal in house tapioca. Overall, I thought the drink had a deep and quality black milk tea flavour which I liked. This drink is kind of pricey, but I think it was worth it since it came with three fresh mochi balls (didn't taste like much but had a great chewy texture) that could be dipped in the cream foam.
