I wish there's a zero star option Terrible service.... TERRIBLE! As a result I never went back again read more

Going loco for CoCo! I had a terrible first impression with this place. That night, I wasn't feeling too great. After dinner, my date suggested to have a bubble tea. I drank some but I was not feeling too well and I set it aside. My date saw that I wasn't looking so great so he threw it away for me. I yelled at him and he thought I was done with it but I just set it aside so that I can drink it later. That was the last time I saw that bubble tea again! (I just blamed everything that horrific night). The experience didn't stop me from coming back! This place serves the BEST jasmine milk tea EVER! PRESENTATION - Seated area, bar stools and table up by the front and tables and chairs to the back, the mascot of store to the right of the entrance when entering. PROS - drinks are always made to order, ice and sugar levels are customizable and the tapioca is always fresh! CONS - The service is terrible unless you speak their language (A LOT of hip and young Asian places have BAD SERVICE [it's all about the money, money, money] unless you speak their language; I have seen and experienced this countless of times). FAVE EATS - Jasmine Milk Tea, Sago Taro Milk Tea and Three Guys Milk Tea (tapioca, pudding and grass jelly toppings) in ONE drink combined! NOTE TO ORDERING: 1 - If still hungry, add toppings and 2 - if borderline gonna explode from being too full, order a black tea and omit toppings (black tea is bubble tea without the milk aka thinner drink, any black tea will do) 3 - and if you want a bubble tea as a meal (not recommended), order a milk tea with lots of toppings already in the drink like THREE GUYS or 2 LADIES! PRICE - AVG. SECONDS - YES please =D read more

I have been to many tea shops and cafe's however I kind of fell in love with the drinks here! Normally I order a specific type of drink at specific tea shops but I feel that their milktea, yogurt drink and slush are all great! They have a few seating spaces which are kept decently clean and tidy. As for the noise level, it is the average tea shop. If I have to list my tea shops (that are franchise) in order, I'd probably say that Coco's has been bumped to first place, then chatime, Ten Ren, share tea, and so forth. I have already recommended this location to many of my friend and will continue to do so. I still have yet to try out a couple more flavours and am definitely looking forward to it! read more

Coco - Slush, yogurt and milk tea! All great :) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - North York, Ontario

Best bbt chain out of gong cha, sharetea, chatime, tenrens.. the flavours are so strong and tasty and their tapioca are always on point. Perfect chewiness and sweet. My favourite drink is the pearl milk as it reminds me of the OG bbt in taiwan and only coco offers it. read more

Coco - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - North York, Ontario

Unfriendly staffs and horrible environment. I have tried many boba tea places in Toronto. This one was the only one I won't recommend to anyone. When I entered the door, I saw a trash can full of trash and a lot tissue around it. There were 4 staffs but no one would clean it. I ordered 3 drinks, I assume they will taste like what I had in other Coco. Why I assume? Because when I looked at how they made the drinks, I felt discussing. The staff washed rags on the same sink they used to wash shakers. I saw she washed a rag and some shakers were just under faucet. However, she only rinsed the shaker by water and used it to make next tea....when my girlfriend was trying to take a picture of this, we heard the staff asked the other staff in Chinese "Are customers allowed to take pictures in store?" Excuse me? If they got time to ask this, why don't they use this time to improve their environment? read more

This specific Cocotea location is just amazing. The service is quick, the drinks are tasty and cheap, and theres always a place to sit. You could inside of the store, or outside if you want to smell some roses. I normally get the 2 Ladies drink, which is milk tea with pudding and tapicoa. Trust me, if you're stumped and not sure what to get, get the 2 Ladies! The only downside would be that the wifi doesn't work. If you want a place to hang out with your friends or to quickly grab a drink and go, this is the place for you. read more

I personally love the black tea latte with grass jelly as well as the lemon king. Those would be my top recommendation would be the black tea latte has a very creamy taste and goes well with the grass jelly. The grass jelly at CoCo is very sweet compared to other bubble tea shops. My second recommendation would be the lemon king. Sometime after a big meal, getting a milk tea might make you too bloat. Say no more, lemon king would be a great substitute. The drink is very light while having a lot of flavor. Price: CoCo is known for being one of the cheaper bubble tea spots in Toronto. Generally, normal bubble teas are $5-6 before tax for a regular size. However at CoCo they are $5-6 dollars after taxes, which is amazing considering their quality. Pros: - CoCo does have a large variety in products - Quality in grass jelly - unlike any other grass jelly I ever tasted. I find that most grass jelly has a herbal taste to it however at CoCo, their grass just taste like sweet jelly. Cons: - Service- every time I go this location, there is normally a line up. I used to think that the location was really population. However I came to realize the service is quite slow. The line would be out the door, however instead of having all the staff attending their customers and making drinks, they are either chatting or do other things on their phones. - Parking- this location is a hot spot for a lot of food options. So parking does fill up fast making, which means you might have to park a block away to get bubble tea. read more

If you are not Chinese, Do not go this place. If you are Chinese, then go. The staffs are so rude. I used to come to this place for more than 2 years and the currant staffs are just crazy. I do not their names but if I ask about the drinks due to obviously lack of toppings, they laugh and talk in Chinese so sarcastically. I asked them what you were talking about then they said " it's not your business". This is insane and the coco company should train their staffs. Otherwise the impression of this company would be really bad. Learn from Starbucks' staff training system. read more

First time at Coco and it definitely won't be my last. It has such a cute logo. I wanted a drink after having a churro from Mr. Chu and this was the closest bbt spot. There was quite some space inside with tables, as well as high chairs for sitting along the wall. I've had two drinks from here. The passion fruit green tea as well as the lemon king. First time I saw the lemon king on the menu, I hadn't realized there was a whole lemon in the picture. You could imagine my surprise when I saw the lemon inside the drink. It makes quite hard to drink especially near the end, but it still tastes good. Not too sure if they have a loyalty program of some sorts, but I will be sure to check that out the next time I come here.. which won't be too far in the future I hope haha. read more

Great drinks, poor service. The people working here are painfully slow and the store seems to always have their lights off in the back of the store. There are multiple times where I get my drink at 30% sweet and it ends up being regular sweet... or they don't give me my straw! Eating/drinking is always about the experience and not just the actual product. Always weary when I come to this location, or when I call ahead to make an order. They have charged me and given me my drinks over the cash register counter multiple times and not included the straw. Each time, I'll have to go back to my office and head back out to get the straws. read more

Had to visit this place after I saw such good reviews on Yelp. Came here on a weekday night with a friend and ordered the 3 Guys - milk tea with pudding, tapioca, and grass jelly. It was really good - I'd say a notch above Chatime. There's a couple tables in the back, and so my friend and I chilled there for a bit and used their free wifi. I'm thankful that a new one opened up closer to my house; I'll def. be visiting soon. read more

3.5 stars for CoCo! After returning from the gym, my boyfriend and I grabbed a couple of drinks to go. This place is very similar to Chat Time, where grass jelly is on the menu and you can customize your drinks by choosing the amount of sugar and ice. I like that. I ordered the passion fruit green tea with grass jelly and my boyfriend ordered the coconut milk tea with jelly. Both were very good! What this place lacks is variety. I would prefer to have more choices in green tea drinks, such as lychee or mango. They also have a loyalty card so that after every ten drinks you purchase, you get one free. read more

The B E S T Bubble Tea I have EVER tasted. I am a huge Coco Fresh tea & juice advocate and introduce it to all of my friends and family. It is the most tastiest Black Milk Tea and Matcha Milk Tea (highly recommend) i have ever tried. Their Tapioca Peals are also better tasting and chewy than any other. I've heard that their milk tea is made with non dairy creamer which is beneficial for lactose intolerant individuals or vegans, but also the health conscious as it is lower in calories. My go to is a Regular matcha milk tea with 50% ice, 0% sugar and easy on the Tapioca Peals - sooo delicious. My brother in law who is more of a fruit based bubble tea drinker loves their Gaga drink, and Lemonade. They are also with Vicinity Points card, every 10 points = 1 Free drink of your choice any size ;) read more

Watch out for their scam with using Vicinity points! For every 10 points, you get a free drink. I'm a frequent customer. This is something I've noticed! They purposely do not give you enough points when you buy drinks. Then they give you a hard time when you try to redeem your points. Guess that way you're more likely to pay for your drinks. Otherwise, their drinks are ok. Service is inconsistent. Some great staffs, occasional eye rolls. read more

I recommend lemon king half sweet. It is better than Starbucks green tea lemonade because there's real lemon and you can taste the green tea. It is somewhat more expensive though. read more

"I'm in love with the Coco" - O.T.Genasis Drinks: 4/5 Yummy and consistent. Service: 4/5 Efficient. Environment: 4/5 Tables a mess at times. Washrooms: 4/5 Okay. Worth it?: 4/5 Busy at times but a good stop. Taro sago milk tea is my go to. Always consistently good. Outdoor seating is nice in the summer. Service is slow a lot of the time. When the line starts to build, service gets flustered but things always get done. read more

"Welcome to Coco!" Worldwide Store #2293. This is my go to place if I am craving bubble tea in the Yonge and Finch area. When its busy, it can take a while to get my drink. Last time I went, it took roughly 20 minutes to enter and exit with my drink. You cannot go wrong with the grass jelly milk tea. Also, look for drink of the month! (you can't claim your vicinity points on these). Good amount of seats in the seating area so it is a good place to chill with friends. read more

today, oct 30th, 2021 at 5:30pm at yonge and finch location, we have tried to redeem vip reward, which we already have 35 free cups = 350 points on our account but they did not allow us to redeem them and they have told us that "the system has changed". so we tried to reorder again with another account but they told us to prove that is our number. if coco changes the system they should notice loyal long term customers that you have changed by emails or at least a text or phone call. so where are our rewards and points?! we deserve those points from 2017 till now we've been loyal customers!! we need the answers. read more

I have tried several coco location such as New York LA. I'm pretty sure I love this brand. However, this store I will not come back again 1. Bad customer service Owner needs to re-train your employees Employee did not know much of tea products and it takes so long to get a drinks 2. Poor atmosphere Dirty place ever. If employees have time to talking with each other, please maintain store environment. 3. Bad Drinks The boba is not chewy as other coco store. 4. Employees say "cannot taking pic in store" I never have this experience. read more

WORST CoCo LOCATION EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST unless you want to be waiting over 40 mins for your BBT. It should not be this long especially when the guy next to me also has been waiting for 50 mins as well AND THERE IS A HUGE GROUP (approx 16 ppl)/LINE UP WAITING OUTSIDE who are all SUPER PISSED & NOBODY KNOWS when their order would be ready. Additionally, when we asked the girl at the counter at 15mins in when our drink would be ready, she told us it was almost done but then we wait for another 25 mins and it's STILL NOT READY?!? Thanks for lying to us and everybody else... she literally just tells all of us to wait for the text. Complete waste of my time. Terrible service. Train your workers better, the four of them at the front clearly had no idea what was going on & insanely disorganized. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY DRINK BTW since I just left because I am not waiting over an hour for BBT so thanks for taking my money and the poor service. Wish I could give this location 0 stars. read more

This place is busy even with all the bbtea place in the area Coco is always busy with people. They always have some sort of promo here so it could be a reason why. 30% off all yakult drinks is pretty hot deal. Also unlike most of the bbtea south of Finch this place actually have a lot of space for seating. I like the 3 guys and also the red bean matcha drinks from Coco. Free wifi in this location as well. Will be back. read more

Great bubble tea. I find their tea to be more flavourful than Chatime and most other BBT chains. Tapioca is also done very well. I've had the 2 guys and passionfruit green tea, both were excellent. The only downside is that the menu is more limited than the competitors, so you don't have as many options in terms of flavour combinations. There's a bit of seating in the place but it will fill up very quickly during peak hours. There's a pay parking lot right next door (you'll need to download the parking app to pay for your parking though) or you can try street parking on the side streets just across the place. Service is ok but they tend to be understaffed here from what I've seen, meaning that the lineups can sometimes build during their busier hours. read more

With all the bubble tea chains popping up everywhere recently, Coco has quickly become my favourite. After lunch in the area, I had to open up my Yelp app to look up what after-meal bbt was in the area.. I was so happy to see Coco on the list! This location is quite convenient as there is a green P parking lot right beside it, as parking in the area can be a hassle. The store is a lot more spacious than the Commerce Gate one and the service was quick and efficient. (Apparently you can call-in and place an order so you don't have to wait!) I ordered my current fave, Sago Mango Green Tea and it was delicious as usual. read more

It was my first time visiting this establishment. I was at the Eglinton, MISSISSAUGA location. Great bubble tea! Servers are polite. Not a good idea to go if you don't have the app. You can be there and find no line up and think it's great as you'll be in and out... WRONG!!! Mobile orders are ahead of you. It's frustrating as you have already placed your order and paid! IF you were aware that there were 10 mobile orders ahead of you, there's a very good possibility that you would NOT have entered the establishment and placed an order.! One would think that they have workers who handle mobile orders and workers who assist customers that are physically there to order! In addition, the sign on the door reads "only 4 people allowed" but you had people coming in to pick up their order when the maximum number allowed was reached. Frustrating and disappointing! I would like to think that the other locations do a better job assisting their customers who are physically there to order along with their mobile customers and with handling crowd control during covid. read more

Great franchise to grab a refreshing drink. I usually frequent the Mississauga location and thought I'd drop in at this location since I was in the neighbourhood. Their product delivery is consistent and fast. Price is decent for quality bubble tea, they also have plenty of tables and chairs to sit inside. This location is slightly bigger than the Mississauga location. Try the Bubble Gaga, Pearl milk tea or Lemon king!! read more

Coco is one of my go-to places. I like any of their qq juices, very consistent. But their newly launched avocado drink series... not a fan. I don't know why they try to make smoothies but the drink is just milk and avocado. Pretty overpriced so next time I'll stick with the classic menu. read more

I honestly think Coco Tea's original milk tea is the best in Toronto. There's a lot of stiff competition within walking distance of here, and I've had drinks at all of them. However, Coco has this nice rich flavor in their milk tea that keeps me coming back. Their tapioca is a little hit-and-miss. I've had both fine tapioca and weird chewy tapioca that sticks together. Gross. Tapioca could be better and more consistent. WITH THAT SAID, THERE WAS ONE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER THAT WAS PRETTY RUDE. She served the Chinese-speaking customers nicely, but when it came to me, I spoke in English and she was yelling at me. Can't you just talk to me like a normal person? Why so impatient-- there was nobody else in line. So boo to you girl, you made me take a star off even though the drinks were good. That's what rude service does. Management, you really should talk to your staff about politeness~ read more

Just had a Lemon King at CoCo on Yonge&Finch. A great experience for the first time trying out the drink with whole lemon with green tea. fresh and tasty. It is good, but not best bubble tea in the community. I think it is a little bit pricy

Tried their Monthly Special: Fresh Taro with Milk Tea. I like that they have options to modify the amount of Ice and Sugar added to drinks. Unfortunately the cashier took my order wrong and made it "70% Sugar", instead of "Less Sugar"...didn't realize this until afterwards when we left. Overall the drink was good. They used real taro chunks which I prefer over powder (latter tastes faux...and this is the first place I have found to use real taro in taro BBT). The taro bits settled at the bottom of the drink, so you have to swirl it around to distribute the sweetness. Would recommend that they cut up the taro into smaller pieces so it would go up the straw easier - some chunks were the size of Chicklets gum! To avoid a choking hazard, you had to either: - mash up the taro with your straw, or - tear off the lid after you're done drinking to eat the taro I've also noticed that CoCo's cup is slimmer and taller in comparison to other BBT places...hopefully the vol amount is the same. The slim cup was easier to hold. Will be back to try their other drinks. read more

Have you ever wondered the difference between "less sugar" and "half sugar"? What a fine touch that CoCo has, to put up a sign to clarify: "half sugar" means 50% of regular sugar, and "less sugar" means 1/3 of regular sugar. The BB green tea tasted quite rich even without much sugar. I like Coco's drink better than Chattime's. Chattime's is syrup overload. The pricing was on par with other BB tea places, which in my opinion are all outrageous. The ambiance is eatery/cafeteria like. Green Grotto has better ambiance if decoration is your thing. read more

This place is really cool bubble tea place. Apparently it opened recently but already there is a steady stream of customers coming here. I had the toffee chocolate bubble tea and it was delicious. The service was quick and friendly and the place was clean and chic. One issue I had with the place was that their washrooms are not well lit. Although it was clean, it was quite dim inside that I was unable to fix my hair or makeup. Other than that I really liked this place. It's a really great place if you are meeting friends for afternoon tea or something like that. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. read more
