Papaya Milky Mist and Creamy Mango Juice. Both small size (~$6 after tax).
    Ivan H.

Location/Service This place faces along Yonge St, near the Yonge/Sheppard intersection. It's in the new commercial complex (Emerald Park) with direct subway access (near Tim Horton's). Public transit is a perfect spot. Street/paid parking is available - but the area itself is relatively busy. This is a more order-and-go place with no seating. Inside decor is simple, modern and bright - giving off a good positive vibe. Staff were friendly and nice enough to answer any questions on the menu. Drinks Similar to Boaster Juice, they specialize in fresh fruit juices with a twist of Asian flavors - different from your usual. I like they have a variety to choose from and pricing wise is relatively decent. Order the Creamy Mango Juice - real mango was used (chunks of it were placed in as part of the drink) and an add in of milk which gave off a sago tasting, similar to those mango pudding desserts. First taste was alright, but after a few more - it was a little too sweet for me. My friend ordered the Papaya Milky Mist. This was a lot better as it was less sweet, more refreshing and higher concentrated of papaya juice. Both drinks are filling as it is real fruit and not overly cold (i.e. no ice chunks). Would like to come back and try other flavors as I haven't seen it at other places. Not too certain - but I believe they also take phone/online order if you like to order in advance.

Got the white peach special. Prefect for hot summer day. Love it. Would come back try other things. My friend got the milky coconut, he liked it.

Grapefruit Slush & Mango Orange. So refreshing!

If you're bored of bubble tea in the area, then definitely drop by Whale Juice for a detox. They have an avocado shake that is quite filling, but not too sweet so give it a try! My fave drink is their dragonfruit kiwi, it's got a slight sweetness to it and of course made with real fruits!! Pressed and not concentrated. This is located on the ground floor facing Yonge Street inside the building on Bogart (the green building). Most vendors in the same building are catered to takeouts since the subway right below, however they have a decent underground parking lot as well so if you don't feel like walking, then that's also another option. Whale Juice is also on ubereats and other food delivery apps, but of course it's always better to have it fresh on the spot! I'm still discovering other drinks on their menu and I am very impressed with their quick service!

I was attracted by their cut Poster, so I walked into this place that I had never tried before. They were celebrating their anniversary. They got two awesome special drinks. One is called Fluffy Cloud Slush that made from fresh dragon fruit and lemon. Another one is Peach Blossom Drinks that made from peach and lemon. I swear they are the most beautiful drinks that I have ever had in my life. But the most important thing is their tastes are fabulous, it was soooooo good, especially the peach one, not like some other products in the market that only got eye-catching appearance. You must give it a try. Their price is fair enough I believe , comparing with the bubble tea, because they only use fresh fruit but not the syrup or powder! Definitely will come back!

When we walked in every single worker was cutting fruits which we was a great display as we know that everything is made fresh. We tried the Avocado Milky Mist which is essentially just a smoothie with cream poured on top.

    Large taro smoothie

I hate to be the one the ruin this 5-star rating, but I had higher expectations for the taro smoothie. I was scrolling through instagram on taro-related things and stumbled across Whale Juice & Blends and learned that they used fresh taro in their smoothie. Naturally, the day after I came back from the US I made a point to visit this place. I ordered the large taro smoothie which costs $5.99+taxes. While they do use taro chunks, they also use taro powder. The taro chunks and powder were blended with ice and cold water in a Vitamix. I'm not a fan of the taro powder flavor, which is much more sweet than what taro tastes naturally. Sadly, all I could taste was the taro powder. I was hoping that they might use something else to amp/complement the flavor, like maybe a splash of coconut milk? All in all, the drink was alright. The Vitamix made the ice very fine which is exactly how I like my smoothies. If I do come back again it won't be for seconds of the taro smoothie. There were a lot of fresh fruit behind the counter so I might try something from their Pure Juice menu if I'm in the area.

Watermelon juice :) it's super refreshing!

I was here for the free drink (Feb 20-26 from 12-1pm). The service was excellent - the staff was very polite! That day's free drink was mixed berry yogurt but they ran out so we got the watermelon juice as a replacement. They used fresh watermelon and it tasted absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend coming here if you wanted a refreshing drink. However, it is a little pricier in my opinion for some of their drinks - the prices range from around $3 to $7. As a side note- the logo is really cute!

Walked by on my way home from Yonge-Sheppard station and decided to go in and grab a smoothie. I had a really tiring day and needed a small mood boost, when I passed by the store and saw their cute logo. I have to say, it didn't disappoint. I grabbed a small taro smoothie. The texture and sweetness was spot on and it's very satisfying. The decor is clean and simple, with a few seating options tucked away in the back and near the entrances. I'll probably end up dropping by regularly to try all the other delicious sounding drinks.

Mango milky mist drink - tastes like a Taiwanese mango dessert in a cup
    Christina W.

Came for the cute logo, stayed for the drinks. They have a unique offering of fresh fruit drinks which you won't find anywhere else in the neighbourhood. We ordered the Mango Milky Mist which is one of their most recommended drinks. It was refreshingly different! Tastes very similar to a Taiwanese mango juice dessert with condensed milk and fresh mango chunks in a cup. Like the mango supreme dessert at sugar marmalade, in my opinion. Very tasty and evident that they use fresh fruit (you can even see cartons of fresh fruit hanging from the shelves). Highly recommend that you at least give this place a try. They had some other interesting menu items like corn tea and some unique flower tea drinks that I'm keen on trying in the future. Fast and friendly service to boot. I whale come again soon. :)

Very nice juice! Definitely worth the price!

This is my favourite juice place at Toronto. The fruits are fresh and the flavour is good!

Great spot for clean, natural juices. You can adjust sugar and ice levels and their cute cups are designed so that you can drink out of it without a straw. Only downside is their price, two large drinks came out to be around $20 which is ridiculous, especially considering the fact that their ingredients are actually dirt cheap. This place will make you feel like a bougie person in LA but defs not a place a regular person can visit regularly.

Left: Taro Milkshake. Right: Piña Colada Milkshake.

Right after walking into Whale Juice and Blends, I was hit with the scents of banana, oranges, pineapples, and other tropical fruits. Leading up to the store are boxes of fresh fruit and a cooler filled with fresh grapes. Behind the counter there are containers of freshly trimmed and cut oranges and countless other colourful fruit. On their menu, they offer milkshakes, teas, cold-pressed juices, among many others! There are also a few baked cookies and pastries. My friend and I ordered milkshakes: Taro and Piña Colada---both awesome! The Taro was a mix of fresh Taro and some concentrated Taro powder and it was a lovely, natural pale purple colour. It had a very good mouthfeel; I loved how it wasn't blended too finely, allowing some morsels of fresh taro to still be discernable. The Piña colada milkshake was blended very smooth and had just the right amount of sweetness (I asked for less sugar). I'll definitely be back!

Grape/tea slush blend with cheese foam and aloe.
    Kelly H.

Very cute place with creative drink. I had the new grape tea blended slush with cheese foam and aloe. The cheese foam was delicious with a great salty kick to it. The juice tea was nice and fruity and not too sweet. I loved it and I would definitely go back for other drinks.

A juice and smoothie bar that serves up frozen matcha!…read more I came here with one purpose only and it was to try their frozen matcha. The staff here were young but all very nice and welcoming. The frozen matcha itself was icy with really tiny ice pellets in it (wasn't as smooth as I'd like), but over I enjoyed the flavour. It was definitely extremely cold to drink since the ice pellets were larger than anticipated. The storefront is nice, selling lots of healthy snacks, whereas the back juice bar area had lots of seating. Overall, loved my very first frozen matcha here and could come back for more!

I stopped by The Hut Smoothie and Juice Bar on a Thurs mid morning. Upon entering the shop you walk past the many healthy grocery items on display where the cashier and coffee and smoothie bar is at the back. I decided to order a dragon fruit smoothie bowl (banana, dragon fruit, dates, and milk of choice topped with banana, strawberries, housemade granola, and natural peanut butter) as well as an Americano. My smoothie bowl and coffee were made at a reasonable time. The smoothie bowl was a good portion filled with the good stuff and I thoroughly enjoyed it (loved the housemade granola and the peanut butter!). My Americano was also made well. I sat inside enjoying my bowl. Overall, a nice addition to the midtown area for smoothies, coffee, and healthy snacks. Would return to try their smoothies!

Went here with a few friends. We ordered a couple of drinks (ube yakult, mango yakult - ube yakult…read moredidnt taste much like ube). We also ordered a snack box. The siomai and hotdog were good. The kikiam and fishball were kinda dry. Kwekkwek was good. Turon was delicious! Probably the best thing there. The donuts were also good but a little too sweet for us. Staff were very nice. One thing to note is if you need the washroom, you need to tell the staff as you will need to step out of the restaurant and walk around to the back where staff will let you in. Weird design. Speaking of design, I think the space is cute but could be optimized. Not a big deal if its not busy.

I drove by this place and it's super cute they had a little stand outside where they were selling…read moretheir seasonal drinks and then they had all the other stuff inside they actually sell food I saw crawfuls and some brunch items They had some really interesting flavored lattes as well as matcha options and ube. I was a little overwhelmed but I decided to try the berry biscoff latte and it was really a good I was surprised because I've never had fruit with coffee if that makes sense and you still can taste the bisc off but it has like this sweetness to it which is berries and it reminded me of cereal milk if that makes any sense. While I was there there was a lot of people coming in and out of the restaurant there was families who were sitting down and dining and then there was a lot of foot traffic who just walked by and see the restaurant who was ordering as well. I definitely would love to come back and try one of their matcha options but the drink that I did have the berry biscoff latte I would give it a 9 out of 10 The staff was also really nice and that they walked me through the drink menu they asked me what types of drinks I preferred and then they gave their recommendation as well.
