Hi Yogurt, located on Yonge St. near Kempford Blvd in Willowdale, is a drink chain in Toronto where they specialize in farm-style cold brew yogurt. Their locations handcraft each beverage with fresh and natural ingredients sourced from a local farm in Oxford, ON. They also use fresh fruit as well in their drinks. They offer a wide variety of yogurt beverage options ranging from mango, matcha, and purple rice and cold brew. I remember when they opened this location of Hi Yogurt they even brought in a small cow to attract the neighbourhood! Stepping into the store for the first time, there were some seating available for you to enjoy your drinks. Service was friendly as we took our time to decide which drinks to get. I was lucky enough to win 2 free drinks from Hi Yogurt from an Instagram giveaway they had online and the staff asked us what we wanted right away. Great thing about these drinks is that you can control the sugar and ice levels as well, making them customizable. I opted for the mango yogurt drink while my partner opted for the mango sago yogurt drink. Our drinks were made at a reasonable time and upon first sip, I could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The mango in the drink was also great as well. It is definitely a thicker beverage that is nutritious! Overall, pretty great tasting yogurt beverages! Definitely would return if I am craving for these kind of drinks!

I'm a bit late to the yogurt drink craze but can see why it started. Less sweet and more "chunky" than bubbletea, it's a good alternative if you want to get your probiotics with your boba. Was in the Yonge and Finch area and chanced upon Hi Yogurt for the first time. The place itself is very cheery with all its colourful and swirly designs. We got there at 9pm and yet the guys who were making the drinks were just as cheery. Hi Yogurt indeed! We got two items from their top 5 list: - Mango Yogurt: Got this at 30% sugar and added baked yogurt mochi toppings. The first sip was really sour, but after swirling it a bit and letting things mix and settle, it was a really good drink. The slighlty sweet mango went well with the slightly sour yogurt. And the baked yogurt mochi addition was a delight, adding a chewy sweetness to the drink. - Matcha Baked Cold Brew Yogurt: This was described to us as like cold brew coffee but yogurt. I don't know if that's what it was but I have no other way to describe it. It was sweeter than the mango yogurt, had a strong (but not bitter) matcha taste, and also had some mochi bits (though not as much as the additional toppings in the mango). Got this at 0% sugar which was good since it was sweet enough. A bit pricey at around $7 per drink. But I've got to say, think I now prefer this to bbt.

If you're a yogurt lover, this spot is a must visit! Hi Yogurt focuses on using milk exclusively from Ontario. Each cup is carefully handcrafted with fresh and natural ingredients sourced from the town of Oxford, which is also the dairy capital of Canada I loved the smooth and creamy, and if you didn't know, their drinks are made from Balkan Yogurt base with 6% protein content! Their smoothies has a more milky taste compared to some other spots, but I didn't mind it at all! Pictured here: Triple Berry Oat Yogurt Purple Rice Yogurt I'd definitely come back again, I need to try the whole menu!

January 2, 2022 - Recently I saw a fellow yelper writing a review on Yogurt Drinks but the location he went to is far far away. I won't be going on any trips for now. So, I decided I had to try and find some in Toronto. This is actually my second time trying Yogurt drinks. The first time was at Yogurt House. I bought two drinks: one for my Mom and one for me. Dragonfruit Yogurt 4.5/5 Purple Rice Yogurt 5/5 Both drinks were good, I liked that everything was made fresh per order. Also you can choose your sugar level. Both my mom and I liked the Purple Rice drink a lot. Highly recommend giving yogurt drinks a try, very nice alternative to BBT.

This is probably my favourite yogurt shop so far~ Their yogurt was creamy, and luckily not too sweet. Their brown sugar mochi are chewy. A lot of mangoes inside! The strawberry green tea mochi yogurt was another amazing combo! Not only the colour was satisfying, the taste was unexpectedly rich and natural!

Been here a couple of times and we are fans of their drinks. So far we've tried the following: - strawberry banana yogurt drink (reminiscent of the one from yogun fruz but way better quality) - pina colada yogurt drink - dragonfruit yogurt drink The yogurt itself tastes nice and tart, tastes like a good quality thick yogurt to us. We get the drinks with half sugar and it's perfect. Nice combination of tanginess and sweetness to the drinks. Not cheap as each drink is about $7.99 and it's on the smaller side but for the quality and taste, it's a nice treat whenever we are in the area. Both times, service has been great. They always greet us as soon as we walk in.

Yogurt seems to be the new trend in the neighbourhood and I think it could be a good alternative to bubble tea. Hi Yogurt is the third yogurt focused drink stop between Finch and Sheppard - Yogurt house and Yomie Rice being the other two and I think Hi Yogurt is probably my preferred option. I ordered the Triple Berry Oat Yogurt - 7.99 (yeah its pricy) and it came nicely blended with some sweet chewy oats at the bottom. I like to think having the oats is a healthy alternative to tapioca. The overall store is nicely renovated. Everything was clean. I would like to come again to try some of the other alternatives.

I preferred the carrot juice with saffron ice cream - it wasn't sour, but still felt refreshing. The pistachios were a very nice touch. Despite both drinks having ice cream, neither felt overly sweet or sugary. I would return for the carrot juice/saffront ice cream! We watched them make it with many fresh carrots in front of our eyes. Very friendly service and patient with our questions. We beat the rush - they only had 1 person working so was probably a longer wait for other people behind us. No seats inside - this is purely a grab and go spot.

This tiny Iranian juice cafe, almost hidden away in a little plaza in Thornhill, did not disappoint. Apparently all ingredients are imported from Iran. I went for #4 which is basically a cup of pomegranate juice with a scoop of pomegranate ice cream inside, as well as a couple pieces of pomegranate fruit leather and pomegranate jellies for good measure. Pomegranate overload? Nope. It was heavenly. I've had it twice now and I don't live anywhere near here lol. Or you can get the juice on its own ($14 for a large bottle or $8 for a large cup) which is honestly so mouth-puckeringly addictive....if you love sour fruit juice, that is. They also sell containers of pomegranate fruit leather and other sour dried fruits (cherries, apricots) which are delicious on their own but would probably also be great in yogurt or ice cream. Anyway, love sour stuff? Get your fix here.

As I was approaching the eatery, I noticed PappiRoti Cafe & Bakery next door on the left. It intrigued me. I love a good bakery. I had a good feeling about this one. After I was done eating dinner and checking out a store in the mall, I left Jollibee and headed over to this cafe. PappaRoti does not have direct access to the mall. You basically enter and exit the cafe. To get to the mall, you can either cut through Jollibee or use mall entrance 6. This cafe has a small patio. It would be nice sitting down to enjoy a drink and a baked good when it's summertime. I got the nicest man at this cafe. He said hi and was friendly. I looked at all the individual cakes in the display case. They looked amazing. He rattled off what each flavour was. I recognized the tiramisu and red velvet cakes right off the bat. I love tiramisu. I had my heart set on it already! I said yes to the cake. He let me know that it's a Malaysian cafe. They are known for their coffee buns. I'll need to have one next time. I wanted the tiramisu. I looked at the drinks on the menu. They looked great. I went into this store with a Jollibee drink. I'll need to return to try a beverage next time. He carefully put my tiramisu in a container. It wasn't the cheapest cake at $13 after taxes. It looked good that I didn't care. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. I thanked the man and happily left with my cake. I could tell that it was quality. It had a dark chocolate goodie on the top of it. I could see the lady fingers at the bottom. I brought it home and had it while watching a hockey game. It was delicious! It had a lot of espresso and cocoa flavours. The mascarpone was creamy. The lady fingers had the perfect amount of espresso without being mushy. It's likely one of the best tiramisu desserts that I've had in years. I was parked for Jollibee at around 3:30 pm on a Wednesday. I had no problem finding a spot. I had a wonderful experience at this cafe. There are places inside to sit down and indulge in a baked good and a drink. I look forward to returning for more yumminess. (159)

I loved his energy and service, which also played a factor when debating whether I should consume more caffeine in the evening. lol The OG bun was great as always and the only reason it was initially a 4 star was because of the Karak tea. It was much less intense and felt a bit diluted in my opinion. I reckon it was just today's batch so I'll definitely come back as Sina was great and I think it was just a one off! Arigato-gozaimasu!

I usually opt for 25% sugar, which hits that sweet spot perfectly without being overpowering. (At some places, even 25% is quite sweet.) My favorites? The osmanthus sweet rice green tea latte and the grapefruit yakult green tea, priced around $6 to $7. And I can't resist adding jelly boba - those konjac balls add just the right texture. Service can be a teansy bit slow, but it's clear they're not cutting corners and really care about what they're serving. The staff are friendly, always up for a quick chat, and the cat-themed decor? Absolutely adorable. What I especially appreciate is their 11 AM opening time. As someone sensitive to caffeine, the earlier I can get my tea, the better.
