Carolyn, the owner, is a qualified dietitian/nutritionist, who would be guiding people to pursue healthy vegan eating as per their dietary needs. During the event, Carolyn could find time to speak to every guests present at the event and explain the concept, gave us some really good tips, which we would not know otherwise.
