Staff is very friendly and I love seeing the staff working together as a team. There's lots of options to choose from in terms of the juices and I love the small details such as how information regarding the benefits of each is added next to the description of the ingredients. I really enjoyed the Japanese Fried Rice and my favorite drink was the Aloha Omega. It was refreshing and the taste of the mango & coconut cream was strong (which I loved!) Carolyn, the owner, is a qualified dietitian/nutritionist, who would be guiding people to pursue healthy vegan eating as per their dietary needs. It could be for detoxification, weight-loss, thyroid etc etc. She is an enthusiastic professional. During the event, Carolyn could find time to speak to every guests present at the event and explain the concept, gave us some really good tips, which we would not know otherwise. We also tried a lot of samples of fresh juices and smoothies. The price of each item as compared to any other gourmet juice bars is competitive. She has lunch programs with delivery options and a lot of unique offerings. We tried almond milk, detox smoothie and some other healthy smoothies, everything was delicious! The lunch was all vegan nachos topped with chilli, cheese, sour-cream, salsa and some salad. She surely proved that healthy eating does not have to be boring or tasteless! Many great flavours and combinations which can be customized to your taste. The Bad; As it's in a mall it can get quite busy, so pack your patience. The Ugly; I went there with my daughter to order a couple of drinks. The first came relatively soon, so I grabbed a seat for us. As my daughter waited for her drink, I was watching the scene. Three large group of people behind her, received their orders and left. The order taker was rather preoccupied with flirting with the female customers. And chatting with some friends who were hanging out at the mall... and not checking that orders were being completed. My daughter didn't yet want me to intervene yet. More people came, ordered, received their orders, and left. I guess no one wandered why a random customer was just waiting around. At 25 minutes, I stepped in. After trying to blow me off to continue chatting with his friends, and then trying to ignore me to speak to another customer, I showed him the receipt. It took 7 minutes for the order taker to read his own receipt and finally clue in that, yes, there were 2 drinks here. No, we did not receive 2 drinks. Once he finally accepted this her placed the order with the drink makers who brought it out promptly. The manager didn't seem to give a damn and the order taker was just... useless. This was an awful experience. In a place with tons of alternate competition and options, they should probably try a little harder. I hear Cha Time is far better...

Love my ginger spicy... but you can definitely ask for mild if you want less heat :) They always juice the real stuff and do not use concentrate. #hangoverremedy lol. And I must give credit to that Asian guy who works so hard... I see his frustration working alone but he is juicing hard... I mean working hard lol.
