Regular Lychee Green Tea (left) and Large Strawberry Slush (right)
    Helen H.

I've come here a couple of times but my visit a few days ago was incredibly disappointing. Maybe it was because they seemed to have a change in staff that day, but I was dissatisfied with my experience. First off, the lady who took my order seemed a bit rushed even though there were only 2 other people there who already ordered before me. She also forgot to give me my change, which was over $10. She seemed a bit annoyed that I asked for that change back as well. The tapioca for both drinks that I ordered (strawberry slush and lychee green tea) was flavourless and so was the strawberry slush, itself. The lychee green tea still tasted great, however. Parking is not a problem at all at this location since it is located within Bridlewood Mall which has plenty of parking lots. The store, itself, is small and can feel cramped but you can wait outside it as well, in the mall area. I've had better experiences at this location in the past, so hopefully they have a better handle on training their staff after the holiday season.

False advertising. Mango slush is $9 +tax instead of $8 +tax.

There's a huge sign at the front that clearly says "get any two for only $8 +tax" Then there's three pictures of the drinks. Fresh Mango Slush was one of them. So I went to order two of the mango slush with 30% sugar. I gave her a $10 thinking its more than enough for two drinks since its $8 +tax. Uh, no. She said that the mango slush is $9.00 + tax. Well, why didn't you say anything when I was ordering the drinks? Not only that, if you were going to charge more for the mango slush then clearly state it somewhere on the signs. Nope. nothing. Honestly, its just $1.00 but I'm not a huge fan of false advertising. As for the drink, its way too sweet even at 30% sugar. There's not a single piece of mango in my drink. Not only did they fail to mention the correct pricing on the signs, they failed to even put a few pieces of mango in my drink.

Good variety of bubble tea. Really quick service. Nice place to hang out, they have one big table and one long one. Prices are super high I thought, 6-7$.

I think if anything, presotea is known for their huge variety of different bubble teas. The staff are all very friendly and are not bothered when you take your time to decide what you want to purchase or when you ask several questions. This is the only location I know where they provide seats ( stc & pmall are the other locations I've been to ). They have around 10 seats against a wall and there's one small cushion at the back that can fit around 7 people. They deliver the drink to you if you're sitting down :)

The service is fast and nice and they serve okay bubble tea. The bubble tea isn't that great. Sometimes the tapioca has something off about it. Sometimes their prices are average and there was this one time I bought a mango slush for over $7. That is just way to much for what I got and considering this place isn't too high of quality. Also don't get the Oreo thing. It was bitter and didn't taste that great. I got sick of it pretty quickly. The store is pretty tiny, half of it is dedicated to Yogen Fruz. Although it is tiny, I find that the one table they have and the high chairs are usually empty. Not like you want to sit there and drink bubble tea anyways, you can just wander the mall. There's nothing special about it to make me want to sit there comparing it to Green Grotto. This is a decent place if you want to get a quick fix of bubble tea since this is one of the only good stores in the area.

I usually opt for their signature milk tea but it was nice to switch it up to something refreshing and fruity once in a while. Check this location out, as it has a more magical touch than the others.

We tried two of their best sellers: the Mango Sago with Tea Jelly and the Fresh Grapefruit Iced Tea with Aloe. Both were incredibly refreshing, but the Mango Sago was the standout for me: creamy, fruity, and perfectly balanced with the chewy tea jelly. The Grapefruit Iced Tea was also light and crisp, with aloe adding a nice texture, though I found myself leaning more toward the richness of the mango drink. It's clear that this shop puts effort into using fresh ingredients, and it pays off in flavour. Just a heads-up though, the space is very limited with only a few spots to sit, so it's best suited for grab-and-go. It's not the kind of place to lounge around, but perfect if you're in the area and looking for a quick, refreshing drink, especially if you're into fruit-forward teas. Service was quick and friendly. With so many options around, this one still manages to carve out a niche for itself. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Midland/Finch area!

My new favorite bubble tea chain in Toronto now…read more We went to the Midland location. I ordered the Strawberry milk tea and my wife got the 3Q TP Milk Tea. Living in small town USA, I am definitely not used to this fancy or "elevated" bubble tea. The Strawberry milk tea almost drank like a smoothie than a milk tea, but it was just what I was looking for. Rich, sweet and slightly sour...it was the perfect after dinner dessert drink. My wife's 3Q was more of a classic milk tea, with 3 different types of toppings (boba, coffee jelly and noodle jelly). The different textures made the drink quite enjoyable as well. I will definitely be back.
