This is the second time in five years that I've used Sun Pac. Both times I've used them while doing construction on my property and instead of renting storage space in town the container is delivered to my home and I can go in and out of storage right on my property whenever I want to. The containers come clean and they're airtight and best of all rodent proof! They absolutely have the most competitive pricing and really good customer service. The drivers are skilled and have been able to maneuver a 20-foot container in my rural property easily. The people in the office are friendly and professional and even have a good sense of humor! Some places will charge up to four times the amount per month and the drop off and pickup fee is also less with Sun Pac. Everything went just perfectly from my very first phone call! Marcus was great answering all my questions and was always so friendly. He got things ready for us so quickly and even got us the unit a day earlier than expected. He sent pictures of the units, helped me figure out where we could put the unit based on our property photo...even let us know what locks work best. I really have never had such great customer service. And then John who delivered the unit was just as nice and helpful. He wanted to make sure I had it placed exactly where we wanted it and helped me measure to make sure the doors would open in just the right spot. He was wonderful. This whole experience has been top notch! Now if they could come over and help us move our whole house into it, that would be even better. Kidding of course.
