We have had the pleasure of using SunPac Containers for years. Excellent service. Very professional. Good People

Sun Pac is outstanding! We needed a storage container to stay on our property during construction. After checking out a few of the larger companies, I came across Sun Pac and I'm so glad I did. Jay was fantastic to work with he answered all of my questions, helped set up the delivery, and made the process simple and stress free. Our 8' x 15' container was delivered yesterday and everything went smoothly. The staff is professional, customer service is excellent, and their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend Sun Pac to anyone looking for storage solutions! read more

Sun Pac Storage Containers - Self Storage Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I had a rental container on my property in Altadena from Feb. 2024 to Jan. 2025. I paid $95 a month rental around $1000 total. The container burned in the Eaton fire. My insurance did not cover the container. Sun pac made me pay the full retail value of the container ($2855) plus a 3% credit card fee; protecting their $1000 profit on the rental at the expense of my family that lost everything in the fire. read more

I spoke with Jay and he was very patient and accommodating us with our needs of getting a container for our move of home. Driver was absolutely perfect in placing it in the exact location needed within half an inch. Having the trucks to precisely maneuver the 40' container was impressive. The containers condition was acceptable but not new. read more

Amazing. Did everything to make it easy for us. Jay really took care of us. I pick Sun PAC because they gave us a great quote, they are family owned and their storage containers are painted beige. Neighbors were grateful too. read more

Our company was in need of expanding our warehouse storage and couldn't be happier that we decided to work with SunPac. Kylee and their team have given great support: Communicative, punctual, reliable, flexible and just an overall pleasure to work with. We started with only a couple of containers. Recently upped it to 8, and now are bringing in another 8 in the next couple of weeks. A HUGE plus is the security measures on the containers as well. The lock points are robustly covered to protect from break in - we've had two attempts now can see that the would be thieves were stopped at that lock protection level. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Being in an industry where we need to set up temporary storage needs quite often, I have lots of experience in good companies and bad...and Sun Pac Storage Containers is one of the GOOD ones! It is so nice to be able to just send Kylee a quick email with the basics of what we need and she makes it happen! Prices are GREAT, customer service is GREAT...what more do you need!? Thank you Sun Pac and Kylee for making my job easier! read more

I contacted Sun Pac to find out about renting a 10ft container. Everybody was prompt to respond, professional and kind. They also didn't harass me by phone everyday until I had made up my mind, like some other companies. The driver that delivered was really nice, on time and helped me figure out the best place to put it. I would absolutely recommend Sun Pac. read more

This company is Awesome in My book ! They are super friendly VERY accommodating and do what they say they will do to the T ! Also VERY reasonably priced ! I used them a few yrs. ago and they were just as great back then as thy are now. This time I needed to rent a 40 ft. high cube shipping container and just as last time they delivered a very nicely painted (white) shipping container in beautiful condition with nice smooth wood floors which made it super easy to slide and move things inside. I Highly recommend this company ! read more

This is the second time in five years that I've used Sun Pac. Both times I've used them while doing construction on my property and instead of renting storage space in town the container is delivered to my home and I can go in and out of storage right on my property whenever I want to. The containers come clean and they're airtight and best of all rodent proof! They absolutely have the most competitive pricing and really good customer service. The drivers are skilled and have been able to maneuver a 20-foot container in my rural property easily. The people in the office are friendly and professional and even have a good sense of humor! Some places will charge up to four times the amount per month and the drop off and pickup fee is also less with Sun Pac. This last container had a difficult door closure, so I reported it to them and they noted it for the return. That's it: I'm just super happy with Sun Pac! read more

The prices are the best I have seen for storage containers. Customer is the best. Kylee Brown is amazing and always goes above and beyond for her customers. read more

Great company! They had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us out. We needed a container into an area with low hanging power lines (another company had already come out and said they couldn't do it). Sun pac inspected via google maps and said "we'll make it happen". We were able to get a 20' container booked and delivered super fast. Great punctual delivery and easy billing. Shout out to Cole for being awesome and all his help!! They had great pricing and great service. If you need a container look no further than Sun Pac! read more

I've used this company twice for retail store remodels. Kylee on the sales team is professional and very quick to respond to all communication. Pricing is very affordable. Drop off and pick up is quick, easy and dispatch communicates very well. Highly recommend and will use for future projects! read more

My business needed a storage unit and so I worked with Kylee Brown and she was very responsive in our email exchanges, helping with quotes and questions. Sun Pac had the cheapest pricing of the 5 vendors I emailed and delivery was super easy. The driver was great and put the unit right where I wanted it. I had questions about the type of locks needed to secure it and he talked me through what was needed and how to operate the door latch. We have had no issues with our 22' container and love having doors on both ends for easy access. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Everything went just perfectly from my very first phone call! Marcus was great answering all my questions and was always so friendly. He got things ready for us so quickly and even got us the unit a day earlier than expected. He sent pictures of the units, helped me figure out where we could put the unit based on our property photo...even let us know what locks work best. I really have never had such great customer service. And then John who delivered the unit was just as nice and helpful. He wanted to make sure I had it placed exactly where we wanted it and helped me measure to make sure the doors would open in just the right spot. He was wonderful. This whole experience has been top notch! Now if they could come over and help us move our whole house into it, that would be even better. Kidding of course. This was a huge step in moving forward with our remodel, so I cannot thank them enough for all the time they took to make it all go so smoothly. Hoping we will never again need a storage unit, but if we do I know who to call (and who to refer people to). read more

Sun Pac Storage Containers - Self Storage Near Me - Lake Forest, California

After almost becoming a victim of another company I was a little worried about the delivery of a container. It's a lot of money for a 40'! So when I didn't get an expected confirmation call I became very concerned but the container was delivered which wasn't an easy task for the driver due to us living 30 minutes from the main highway in the Mojave. Overall a reliable company that delivered what was needed in a timely manner. read more

We needed a storage container to hold everything that was in our garage while we renovated, and we found the perfect solution with Sun Pac. We had the unit in our driveway for a few months, and it was only $70/month (and you don't pay for any time left on your monthly cycle after you've emptied the unit and called them to let them know). The dropoff and pickup went very well in spite of some challenges to getting the unit into our driveway without damaging our landscaping. The drivers did great! They must put them through some rigorous training exercises that involve wedging these big units into small spaces with overhead power lines, landscaping, and other stuff in the way! Customer service was great from start to finish and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Sun Pac to anyone needing a temporary storage solution! read more
