I had airtagged my car so I could see that it was still moving, but would have appreciated some more communication. In addition, when I talked to Henry when booking this transport, he called me once and was very quick and dismissive vs Shawn was extremely kind and very happy to talk to me back and forth over what would be ideal. I believe when I booked in 2023 the pricing that I was quoted online vs what I paid was accurate, but when I talked to Henry on the phone in 2025, he explained that it would be $200-300 more expensive than what was emailed because of demand, gas, etc which I think is fair...but honestly that feels like a bit of a bait and switch lol.
