Elisa's is a small bakery located on Anderson Mill Road in a strip mall. The bakery and a restaurant are connected by an open archway. Elisa Bakery has a variety of sweet treats from cupcakes and custom cakes to baklava and other eclectic sweets. My husband gave me a 1/3 of of is sweet roll and it was quite tasty. My bakery manager was friendly and explained in a good amount detail the contents of some of the desserts. She conveyed that the bakery had been open 7 years and the restaurant 20 years. I LOVE BISCOFF so much! The cookies are so beyond delicious. One bite and my head was spinning with delight, as were my mouth, lips, and tongue. The bakery is just a tiny little outpost that I've driven right by a million times, like so many it seems, without every knowing. There's no place to sit inside which makes it best for grab-and-go treats. Pie is right in the name so naturally, I had to grab a few of the minis sitting in the case. They do a proper flaky crust with truly fresh-tasting fruits, honoring their namesake with every bite. The blueberry ended up being my favorite of this batch, but I regret not trying the apple. There are also cookies, bars, and so many other sweets for every craving. I know people say this all the time, but you'd never know they're ALL gluten-free AND vegan. These bakers know what they're doing; there's a reason Pie Jacked is sold all over town.
