I was eating at Snarf's Sandwiches and decided to check out this cute little bakery next door. The colorful, whimsical drawings on the glass window lured me in. When you walk inside it is feels like an adult size doll house. The interior is pink and white with pops of color from the very original table pieces and picture wall. I was offered a sample of the ooey gooey bars. It was super sweet so i opted out of that treat. My hubby's birthday is coming up, so I decided to check out their cakes. I purchased the Italian cream cake. The icing was the standout and was quite addicting. I am very sad to say the cake was a bit disappointing as it was dry. Italian cream cake is normally super moist. The display of goodies were quite attractive from the Halloween themed treats to their Hook em Horns cookies. The entire store is visually appealing. They also sell toppers for your cake and a small selection of t-shirts. The owner rang me up rather quickly and I was on my way. Perhaps it was an off day on the Italian cream cake. Will give them another try in the future...

We've seen Pamcakes Bakery a handful of time, but every single time we saw them it was closed. So when we went to try Snarf's new location and saw they were open it felt like the universe finally said... Alright, go get your sugar fix! The inside is adorable! Spacious, bright, and set up with a cute photo wall plus tables and chairs if you want to sit and enjoy your goodies. We showed up during Happy Hour (Tues-Fri 3-5pm and Saturdays 2-3pm), which meant 2 for $6 cupcakes and 2 for $7 jumbo cookies. This was a pleasant surprise and a win in my book! It had been a minute since we had a jumbo cookie like theirs and honestly their prices across the board are super reasonable, especially for the size and variety. We grabbed two cookies (Cookies N Scream and Hocus Pocus), the Ooey Gooey Bar, and a brownie topped with Biscoff. The lady helping us was friendly, gave us the breakdown of the flavors of cookies and even offered a sample of the Ooey Gooey Bar... and that sample is exactly what convinced me I needed it! The texture and flavor were exactly like the name.... ooey, slightly gooey, sweet, soft, and reminiscent of a classic buttermilk pie for us! Cookie-wise, the Cookies N Scream was the winner for me. It was dense, slightly on the drier side, but didn't feel overcooked. It gave black cocoa vibes and the white chocolate really came through. The Hocus Pocus was meant to be blueberry, but I didn't quite get the blueberry notes I was hoping for, more like a tasty, thick vanilla cookie. The brownie? If you're all for nostalgia this is for you. Overall, glad we finally caught them open! The Ooey Gooey Bar is a MUST! Cute space, great prices, friendly service, and lots of treats to choose from! I like the fact that they also offer cake slices and even a cake slice sampler, which I'd love to try next!

This wasn't an intentional visit. I happened to park in front of the bakery and the decor and signage lured me in. Once inside it was clear that someone's favorite color is pink because it's everywhere. One lady started helping me and explaining some of the treats in the display case and someone else took over as she was talking to me. I was offered a sample of the ooey gooey bar and it was tasty. There were several items that caught me eye. Especially because they had several pastry options with nuts. Most places don't have any selections with nuts nowadays. I chose the carrot cake cupcake since their cupcakes were on special. It was cute and delicious. I'm not a big cupcake fan but this was almost like a miniature cake slice. I wish it were a tad bigger because it was gone in like 2-3 bites. I'll be back to try something else next time. And this time it will be on purpose.

One of the best cakes I've ever had! The owner went above and beyond by taking my short-notice request for a customized birthday cake, and it turned out absolutely perfect. Not only was the cake delicious, but the design and attention to detail were spot on. The service was incredible--so warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They are also very LGBT-friendly, which made the experience even more meaningful and welcoming. Whether you're local to Austin or just visiting, I highly recommend Pamcake Bakery for any special occasion. You won't be disappointed! Cake: 10/10 Decoration: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Ooey gooey bar, two jumbo cookies

Yummy ooey gooey bars and love their jumbo cookie happy hour. The treats are well made, not too sweet and reasonably priced. They also offer holiday cookie kits ($25) that are very good quality cookies and buttercream icing.

This bakery was a great experience start to finish. It's super cute inside and they have a great selection of treats. My fiancée and I both got the biscoff cinnamon roll and hollllllyyyyy cow. It was so good. We visit a new bakery every month and we are so glad we picked this place. It's dangerously close and dangerously good. Wonderful service, come visit them!!

First of all the decor is so cute and pink (cute for Instagram pics) ! The treats are amazing and they have a good selection from cheesecake cups, Dubai chocolate bars, all kind of flavored cupcakes and of course cookies. I had the privilege to meet the owner (Pam) and she's the sweetest! The rest of the summer she's running a promo $3 cupcakes! On top of that this place has a happy hour on cookies and cupcakes (certain ones) how cute is that? (Disclaimer not sure if it's $3 cupcakes and happy hour or like one or the other). My sister and I love this place!

Oh my goodness - I bought 6 things here and immediately wanted to go back for more! My absolute favorite were the gooey bars - no question. Followed by the Dubai chocolate bars - both the original flavor and the Nutella. The cookies were chefs kiss - I'll be buying these for events/birthdays/thank you gifts moving forward. I will say that the lady (I think she said her name was Cha cha?) was so incredibly helpful - getting to know our likes and dislikes, describes things really well and offered to heat up some of the items for us to enjoy. I'll be back. This is my new favorite bakery!

My wife and I have been customers well before the brick-and-mortar opened, and we couldn't be more excited to see Pamcakes set up shop so close to home! The cakes are not only impeccably decorated but always fresh and so delicious. Our favorite bake was, of course, our wedding cake...but a close 2nd would be the Ghostbusters 2 cake for a recent birthday. I had the pleasure of sampling scones, cookies, and cupcakes during the grand opening event, and what can I say... everything was incredible. If I had to pick, my personal favorite was the Jumbo Snickerdoodle. After my visit, I can tell she's assembled a team as friendly, detailed, and committed to the customer experience as Pam is. I'd highly recommend you stop in for a visit and please remember to support your local badass baker!

    Biscoff Cinnamon Roll.

I can't believe no one has reviewed Pamcakes yet! We tried the Biscoff cinnamon roll and it is so, so good! We also loved the cookies. The woman working was friendly too and answered all of our questions. Check out Pamcakes soon!

My husband ordered the Campfire with added ice cream, which was rich and very chocolaty. The charred marshmallow on top was a great touch and made it extra indulgent. Overall, a great late night dessert stop with solid flavors and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out when you're craving something sweet!

Even so, the ambience seems like the decorations were cute, but very cheap and damaged overtime with little to no repairs. But I didn't come here for aesthetics. I came here for great Boba tea and sweet treats. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.
