They do a proper flaky crust with truly fresh-tasting fruits, honoring their namesake with every bite. The blueberry ended up being my favorite of this batch, but I regret not trying the apple. There are also cookies, bars, and so many other sweets for every craving. I know people say this all the time, but you'd never know they're ALL gluten-free AND vegan.
