Their black tea is better than a lot of boba shops I've tried around Austin and although their regular sugar is too sweet for me, it's an easy fix on the kiosk or at the register. It's also very easy to earn rewards on their app as well as claim monthly/quarterly bonuses and treats that they give out to all rewards members! Their pastries are also divine. My fiancée and I usually buy a whole tray to cater to our friends in the morning. I'm still not sure what their secret is behind the banana flavor but, it is the best one: tastes authentic, they have creamy or peanut butter flavor. They've been in Austin about 6 years and am always grateful for their drinks. They are one of the few coffee places that still offer soy milk as an option, too!

They sometimes also have breakfast bisuits. Service is always family friendly and welcoming. Today, I ordered an iced matcha latte and apple turnover. The matcha latte was perfect - fragrant matcha flavor but not too sweet with a smooth texture. The apple turnover was flaky like most turnovers but not eye-squinting sweet. I loved every sip and every bite.

Recently we got their signature fatcarons - whipped vanilla and biscoff. The biscoff was good but the vanilla was like a DELICIOUS PILLOW! And yes, they are like pudgy macaroons! Also tried their cupcakes, with the standout (SO light but flavorful) being their taro milk tea one. The red velvet one was a bit more dense & the icing less light. The team at the counter is patient as you drool over their goodies in the cases, and ready to whip you up a beverage when you're ready. Also like their choux (bread filled with fluffy cream), but I think they have less of them daily so go early for those

We had placed an order 10 days before our event. Our order was Simple a cake in a simple color, blue, with happy birthday written on there. We went to pick it up and were told to wait 15 min. After 15 came back in and was told just another 5 min. 5 min goes by and someone else came out and said they never made our cake. They can make a smaller size instead and compensate 1/2 our money back or else refund us our money. Is this even a choice at that time when it was the day of the event?!? So we choice the smaller size of course. Come to find out later that day when we cut into the cake all the cream spilled out of the cake like melted ice cream and the only thing holding it together on the outside was the fondant. I emailed the owner and nothing no response not even an apology. Not a good way to do business. And a horrible way to celebrate our son's first bday!!! Never will i recommend them to anyone for a customer cake or order ever again.

My husband and I ordered two iced vanilla lattes with almond milk, and both drinks were difficult to drink. The espresso tasted very burnt and overly acidic, and one latte was especially watered down due to having very little ice. As people who genuinely love coffee and enjoy supporting local cafes, we don't expect perfection, but we do expect some consistency and care in preparation. Hoping this was just an off day, because the space and reviews made us really want to love it.

The cake looked alright, however, they did not fully follow the instructions provided when we ordered. Design details were missed, and it truly looks like they rushed on the cake. For $100, we expected more out of it. The cake itself did not taste great - it was very dense, and the filling they used was not what we ordered. He asked for a vanilla cake with a whipped cream and fresh strawberry filling. They had used a white buttercream instead, and also put an inedible fondant covering the entire cake. This turned what was supposed to be a light and airy strawberry shortcake into more of an overly sweet and dense cake, I do want to note that they did not ask any follow up questions about what to use for the cakes icing or anything of the sort (which I find strange especially at this price point for a small cake) when my husband sent in the request. They also told him they put candles in the box, but there were none. We tried to reach out to the business to resolve this offline, and they did not respond. We love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately this one did not hit the mark.
