Every bite was packed with perfectly cooked meat and melted goodness. You know it's good when you're already planning your next visit before you even finish eating. Honestly, this place should have a line outside its door!!! If you haven't tried the Prime Melt yet, you are seriously missing out. My sister had The Downtown which is a Pastrami sandwich. It was also a 20 out of 10 for taste! I'm from California and can't wait to go back when I come back!

Meat is fresh and Service is great. I wasn't sure what I wanted on one of the meats and sliced it for me and let me taste it just to see if it was something I wanted to invest in. I cannot imagine going to another meat market for my cold cuts now that I've experienced their customer service. Their hours are verified online, but it's easy to park and run into them at the corner. While I was there, I noticed several people came in to get sandwiches and their Service was friends and multiple people were saying how much they liked it. They have a few tables indoors as well as outdoors where you can sit different sandwich and have something to sip on as well. Nothing fancy here, but definitely delectable.

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

The quality of meat and cheese and subtle sweetness of the balsamic glaze mixed with the fresh arugula was out of this world. And the texture of the fresh bread was perfection. The super thin pepperoni on the flatbread were so delicious and the sauce had a subtle sweetness flavor. There were tons of options I can't wait to try again and a bakery case full of treats. They serve breakfast too which looked amazing. We especially enjoyed the vibes on the outdoor sidewalk seating with Italian music playing as we enjoyed our food. Because this spot is in the historic downtown area of Clermont, street parking is your best bet and there is a public parking lot a short walk away. Will be coming back again and again to this great business.

Having said that, the sandwich was still well-made and quite tasty where all the ingredients were fresh and the bread was still warm and appeared to be fresh baked in house. Nice! If I was eating this sandwich by myself, I would've asked for bacon on the sandwich, which definitely would have made it a top shelf turkey sandwich in my opinion. Being an Italian deli, the majority of the sandwiches do use pork of one kind or another where they looked and sounded quite tasty with a number of house specialties on the menu. The next time I am here, I will definitely make sure to order one of their specialty sandwiches to give this business a much fairer assessment and probably the fifth star that I so wanted to give.

Both sandwiches came with lettuce and fresh tomato on top and a side of mayo. We shared the generous portion of fries. Not just any fries, either. They were thick like steak fries but cut in small wedges and thick spirals. Hot and delicious and really good with a little ketchup. Hot day so we dined inside. Nice atmosphere. Bright and cheery. Young girl at the register was nice, tall cook with gotee and baseball cap, NOT so friendly. He didn't say my name correctly which is ok. No expression, no - your welcome, enjoy, etc. I was hesitant to even say this but this is what this platform is for.. borderline racist as he was nice to other people of lighter skin ); . Just made me feel not welcomed at all. I even said thank you twice. Sometimes kitchens can be a little loud and I can understand if he didn't hear me the first time,, but I know he saw my lips move as we were looking right at each other... Anyway. Overall food was good, a little pricey for a sandwich, fries and a can soda though. For nearly $22 you can eat at sit down restaurant, have quality food and be served with sit down experience. Overall I'd come back as I know what to expect from this location. I've visited another location on LEE RD for to-go but I was in and out... I had the Daily Cheesesteak special. $16.95. So much meat that it's falling out of the bun, yet it tastes like that low budget freezer burnt steakumms product that they sell at Walmart and Winn Dixie. Definitely not fit to eat and when I offered it to my dog, I couldn't even get him to taste it. He sniffed it and just turned his head away. Absolutely wouldn't touch it! This is, by far, the worst Cheesesteak that I've ever experienced. The flavor closely resembles the taste and texture of the tires that they sell next door at the Tuffy's Tire & Lube Center. They even overcooked the fries, I couldn't throw it away fast enough. Save your money and your digestive system... Eat Elsewhere
