I was craving a tuna salad sandwich with all the fixin's. The last time I ordered a footlong tuna from Subway was using their on-line app. I ordered it with special instructions to toast the bun first, then add tuna, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, pickles, and olives. I picked up the sub curbside. When I got home, the bread was soggy and missing half the ingredients. It looks like they toasted after they put everything on it. Today, I went inside and had them toast the bun before anything went on it. Then I had them layer the veggies in the correct order so they don't soak the sandwich with extra moisture. The shredded lettuce looked like it was days old since there were some brown pieces in it so no lettuce this time. Here's my sandwich today made while I was there. 3 stars instead of 4 because of the day old bread (you can taste the difference) and they would not honor the $5.99 footlong coupon that was in the weekly advertising mailer. My wife and I are regulars at your Healdsburg sandwiches. We said yes. She started making my wife's sandwich. She started to put items on the sandwich my wife didn't ask for. We asked her to take off at least the jalapeño. She did begrudgingly with mean look. By that time she forgot who's sandwich she was making. She started to put the fully made sandwich on the heating tray to be toasted. She then ask my wife what she wanted on her sandwich. I told therapy she already made .my wife's! Can you make mine, I said. After she argued with us about who is who she decided that she was not gonna finish our sandwiches. She handed ours to the guy working the register and started cussing in Spanish. I spoke up and said that we no longer wanted our sandwiches and walked out. We avoid going to your place early in the day because she is always rude to us. She has extremely poor customer service skills. She should be fired. She is driving your customers away and treats her coworkers horribly.! We also can't use the bathroom there. The still have it closed for covid. I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe the lady who was working here, 3 pm on july 26th. I actually almost turned around and walked out after asking her if that was seriously how she was making my sandwich, but since she took so long making the person's sandwich in front of me, I would've gone without anything to eat on my lunch. I was irate, and let every single one of my coworkers know and see this picture. No one from our work will ever go to this location again. The worker put absolutely no effort into customer service or into the food preparation. A spicy Italian is supposed to have much more meat. 11/28/2017 Completely scammed me out of using a prepaid Subway gift card with $34 balance on a $6 purchase. Forced to use credit card charging high interest. Ran gift card twice for a fake "DECLINE" each time. possible skimmer scam in effect to steal the card account number. Waked a mile home, forced to activate an account at subway.com just to verify my gift card was valid. Walked all the way back on hurt knee with proof of $34 card balance and WAS REFUSED RESOLUTION. 3 HOURS DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE PROOVED FUTILE AND I ONLY HURT MYSELF IN THE PROCESS. KNEE THROBBING. Never get subway gift cards, you are at their mercy and they don't care if it works or not. Oh, just try to order something "AS PICTURED" on their menu... nope not going to happen. Picture shows meat piled up 4 layers deep, in reality you get bread lightly sprinkled with meat shreads. Complain and they want a $1.50 upcharge to get it halfway to pictured advertizement. I went in to subway at around 8:45 in the morning to grab lunch for my kayaking trip on Lake Sonoma. The girl that was working did not smile once and was slower than molasses making our sandwiches. My dad asked for extra pepper on his sandwich and she gave him about half a shake total. As we were paying for our food, I noticed a small sign that said you get a free coffee if you order a sub before 9am. We had, so I asked about my coffee. Came in today to give you another shot - ordered a veggie foot long - The first guy, got the bread out, cut it and put it infront of the woman who was putting on the toppings - I said everything except onions. She started putting everything, including onions - I had to stop her. When I did, she sort of grunted at me, and began flicking them off the sandwhich - to which there were still several on there when she was done. Had this been a food allergy? I'd be livid. I just went into the Subway in Healdsburg and ordered their new foot long tuna melt on a sourdough roll. The girl put 3 scoops of tuna on and smeared them into a paper thin layer of tuna and then put bacon and some sauce on it. I said the sandwich doesn't come with bacon. She argued that it does. I showed her the sign listing the ingredients and bacon is not there. I don't want bacon. She ignored me and began heating it up. I told her I am allergic to bacon and it doesn't belong on the sandwich. Then asked why so little tuna on a foot long sandwich. She told me 2 scoops on a six inch and 3 on a foot long. The sandwiches are good I mean you can't really mess up on a sandwich it's pretty hard to do that. But the employees aren't very friendly they don't smile or talk much. When I go I never get enough lettuce on my sandwich I asked for extra every time. I have to ask for extra for almost everything. It starts to get frustrating but I keep my cool. I have always been weary because I never see anyone eating here. Decided to give it a shot today! Big mistake! One customer inline, so I walk in and wait a few mins for that customers order to be completed didn't take 5 mins or so no big deal. Then the customer wanted salad dressing and apparently the sandwich maker had no idea what he was saying. That went on for several mins and finally the customer mentioned a few types and the sandwich maker knew what he meant, then the customer was getting rung up, the customer got a sandwich and salad. There was a sign that said salad $1.49 as add on to sandwich but the sandwich maker was charging him $7 something. This conversation went on for several mins until finally the sandwich maker went to get someone else. The 3 of them discussed it for several mins before the sandwich maker started my sandwich and I got it heated. By now 3-4 more customers in line. Sandwich maker pulled my sandwich out of oven and sat it on counter and proceeded to make other sandwiches. One of the customers even commented hope you didn't want that warm! Finally the employee from the back finished my sandwich wrapped it and sat it on counter and started working on another sandwich at this point I had been there for probably 30mins so I walked out.
