The staff were lovely. They bring your food to your table when you dine in. The decor was modern and the place was very clean. They were scrubbing the chairs and floors with Brillo pads and wire brushes. I've never seen that before. Impressive! read more

My car was damaged in their parking lot last week. I went in to the restaurant and had them come out to see what happened. I was told the head manager would call me. Since last Thursday. I have not heard from anyone. I went back in person and have called at least five times, still no response. Customer service is last on their list. Manager is rude and disrespectful. They will ignore anyone standing in front of the register to force you to use kiosk, people who can't figure out the kiosk is just ignored. They do not accept meal deals from the McDonald's App and the restaurant bathroom is unclean. read more

I don't like to do this but this person deserves to be called out. But I live in Healdsburg and MCD needs to fixed. I come in the morning for breakfast all the time here and I am gettin old sausage patties and dried hard biscuits. So I started asking for fresh biscuits, in two different new instances I ordered new biscuits and they still served hard biscuits, I showed it to the manager and she send the cook to talk to me, I explained what I was asking for, she says ok and understands and then food came out and the sausages was cold and had a bad smell. I worked at MCD as a swift manager and I know old food that is suppose to be discarded after a certain time, so now this person managing the store is serving stale and incorrect food per the customer's request. Good thing I didn't sick but I am going to keep going and asking for fresh food. If MCD doesn't do something to improve the service, I will collect more data and send to MCD corporate until some action is taken or someone is disciplined. read more

I had several shopping errands to do at Vineyard Plaza shopping center in Healdsburg. It was 1 pm when I finished and I hadn't had breakfast or lunch yet. So I went to the McDonald's drive thru to order a Sausage McMuffin with egg. Egg McMuffins always use a freshly cracked egg. Their other egg breakfast items use a pre-made flat egg "omelette" that is reheated. They had to make it from scratch as I was told to park in the lot while they cooked it. Took it home and it was still hot. It was satisfying and one of the few things I will order from McDonald's. read more

Possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Yesterday I decided to go through the drive thru for an iced coffee. That's it. One thing. There was no one ahead of me in the lane, nobody behind me, I made the order and pulled up to window #1 and payed. So far so good. Then I pulled up to Window #2 and waited. And waited. And waited some more. I could see inside and saw several workers sitting down and chatting. One of them finally saw me and got up. She checked the order board and yelled at "Jenny" about something and then made my coffee. She handed it to me with a dismissive "Here" As she walked away I couldn't resist and yelled back sarcastically "GEE THANKS!!!" She rushed back to the window and said "EXCUSE ME?!?" I responded that it took a very long time for one drink and she waved her hand in dismissal and glared at me. Unbelievably rude. This is to update on the ice cream machine situation that I wrote about back in July, it's STILL BROKEN! At this point why don't they either get it fixed, replaced or take the milk shakes, sundaes and McFlurry's off their ordering board!!! Nothing like waiting in a long line only to finally reach the counter only to find out they still haven't repaired their equipment. Went through y drive though this morning and forgot my hash brown. I have ketchup but no hash browns. All this after noticing that my total was $9.57! Avoid this location at all cost. Staff is very rude , no name tags so they really don't care. Although very polite to Spanish speaking customers. I chose to speak English to the them and got ignored for about 5 mins. Then they just tryed to ignore me again when they forgot an item on my order. Nicest McDonald's ever! I'm not talking about the interior, which seems new and is very clean. We stopped there to get treats for our summer camp kids and the staff were so nice and friendly. It's a pretty standard McDonalds as far as service and such goes. Obviously I don't expect some gourmet meal from a place that sells fast food hamburgers, and it's fine for the price. I get coffee there a lot, because McDonalds ice coffee is like $2 for a huge cup, and it's better than Starbucks coffee. Also pretty healthy given that I specifically get it without sugar. The reason I don't give it higher is because they screw up my order occasionally and put the sugar syrup in my coffee sometimes, when I always ask for no sugar. I can't blame them fully, because I highly doubt most McDonalds customers ask for sugarless coffee (which is somewhat sad in its own right; white sugar is poison). The worst was probably when my coffee had no sugar, BUT had the weird hazelnut flavoring in it. So it wasn't sweet at all, and had a fake nut taste in it. VERY bad; had to throw that out. Other than that one time I've gotten more or less what I expect from a McDonalds though. read more

Several issues.... 1st I had the bad luck of getting behind a grub hub order with 4 orders ... 1 was wrong and was sent back to re make it. 2nd The employee did not ask them to pull forward i was stuck behind them for 20 min making me late for work. 3rd I did not check my order as I was already late even though I had an extra 15 min before work. And if you guessed my order was wrong you are correct. I will be denying the cc charge. I will also call and tell them what they did. Last but not least the woman taking cash and handing for to customers was Not wearing a mask or gloves. I am at work and can't drive back to correct my order. This was quite the experience. I don't even know where to start. Ariannas impeccable service and attention to detail was superfously profound. She is quite the amazing girl. Oh my gawd. so nice of your staff to lower themselves to wait on me today. im so sorry i inconvenienced them by ordering ONLY a hot fudge sunday. must be tough....... especially when the hot fudge dispenser doesn't work AT ALL and the chick carries the ice cream around the restaurant with her looking for a different hot fudge dispenser. next the on duty manager joins in the hunt (while the ice cream is still being carried around melting). Im watching this comedy thinking that these two (especially the girl) have zero common sense and zero training in food handling safety. the SRJC has a really great course on food handling safety. It should be MANDATORY for all your lame employees to take the course as they obviously need it. Sadly, this wasn't a one-time occurrence. This kind of thing happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I stop at this mcdonalds. Some type of obvious mistake and completely unmotivated, arrogant employees. No wonder mcdonalds is tanking hard.
