The indoor space greets you with ceilings so soaring you half expect a choir to descend and start harmonizing about espresso beans. The ambiance makes you want to stay well after you've actually finished your drink. My friend, a certified drink connoisseur, insisted I order the peanut butter mocha. I did. It ruined me. This drink walked in, introduced itself, and immediately filed for a permanent spot in my life. I'm not saying I've thought about it every day since -- I'm saying I've thought about it every hour since. Will I be back? Obviously. Am I already plotting my route there? Also obviously. Having read so many rave reviews, I was unfortunately underwhelmed, the bread was good (soft, moist, good flavor), but I didn't think the sandwich itself was anything that special. There are many other turkey sandwiches I have enjoyed more, no need for a special trip. But do buy some bread while you are there, or grab some when you're at Quail and Condor. I liked the Yecora Rojo Sourdough (moist, good flavor). They can even slice it for you with their machine, although I wish I hadn't because the slices were very thick and a bit uneven.

I've walked by many times and a friend finally took me in - she told me that many of the restaurants in Healdsburg use teas from Russian River Tea Company. My friend has tried many of the loose leaf teas offered. I really liked the one we tried - we had it iced - and now I'm forgetting the name...was it Tropical Breeze, or Island Breeze, or something to do with Hawaii? I'll have to return and report back. There's a lot packed into the small space. They offer tea towels, tea pots, insulated mugs, local chocolates, some clothing items, and more. Take a peak in the next time you walk by, and hopefully you'll find a tea and and other little treasures to brighten your day.

To begin with if this had a no rating I would not rate any stars! this place is horrendous went this morning with my mom to get some breakfast now she had ordered the #3 with sausage they gave her #1 instead and I the big "breakfast meal" you suppose the big breakfast meal should come with its own drink since it is a "MEAL" right? so I ordered that and then asked for a small soda on the side thinking the big breakfast would come with a drink. and I pulled up paid then went to the next window to get my order first mistake they gave me my moms orange juice and my big breakfast as well as my side soda I asked for. but no other orange juice or my moms number #3 order I proceeded to ask them where is my moms order all she got was a juice? the attitude was there majorly, when I asked her about the mistake so she looks at me says nothing turns her back then comes to the window with my moms Order! then I ask where is my other orange juice and she said oh they never charged you for the other orange juice you only asked for 1 I told her I thought the meal came with a drink!! she said no it doesn't and the person who took my order forgot to add my orange juice to my food and then I asked can I have my orange juice and she said i am going to have to charge you I said why would I have to be charged for your workers mistake (side note)?? know that this is the 3rd time this has happened to me which is why I hardly go there anymore! but every time I think maybe they have changed their ways of customer service so I give them another chance but it's always the same!!! and the manager FABIOLA!!! is very rude the last time I has ordered 20 chicken nuggets and she only wanted to give me 1 ranch for 20 nuggets you are supposed to get 2 dipping sauces per box of nuggets I got two boxes which makes it 20 and she wanted to charge me for the other ranch for my second order of nuggets I told her no that's not fair I already paid a lot of money for the entire meal which I am supposed to get two sauces per box and so she ended up giving me the other ranch "free" but she pretty much smacked them down on my hand that one had almost fallen on the ground! I know this review is long but if you've taken the time to read I appreciate it a lot and just want people to know this place and their service with high prices I believe great service and customer pleasing should be there but there isn't any great customer service or any pleasing of customers please don't go here and if you do be aware of the attitude miss "FABIOLA" the "MANAGER " is going to give you! read more

Why are there no grownups supervising this place?? stopped by yesterday morning about 10:40am for what should have been quick but not the case. The transvestite woman they had working the first window's behavior was like she was on something. We ended up sitting in drive through for about 10-15 minutes and not because they were busy but because they were giving eachother piggyback rides and dancing around, could clearly be seen through window, 1 girl was rolling around on the floor on this flat cart while another pushed. I tried to take a video to show the manager and the tranvestite started yelling at me it was illegal to photograph her and if i did i owe her $25 because she said "b**ches have to pay and slammed the window. After awhile longer a different employee came back with the food and she said "enjoy" your food maam with a devious smile but I ended up throwing my food in the trash because i felt like they did something to it. A Mixed Bag at Healdsburg McDonald's: Modern Design, Poor Service Given it's a McDonald's, expectations might already be tempered, but this Healdsburg location left us with a mixed impression. While our breakfast food was good, the service was unfortunately horrible. We waited a staggering 25 minutes for our food to be brought out, and it only appeared about five minutes after I finally flagged down a staff member to inquire about the delay. In my experience, this points directly to poor management. After checking other reviews, it seems that issues with management, employee service, and consistency are recurring problems here. On a positive note, this location has been upgraded with the more modern McDonald's design, including self-service kiosks. Thankfully, they still offer a few employee-run registers as well. read more
