a variety of teas
Shari B.

Holly was generous enough to do a Zoom tea tasting for our large group. I ordered a sampler of many of her teas, and let me tell you--what an incredible treat! I have only tried a few so far, but they are all delicious, high-quality, and unique. As a non-coffee drinking "tea toller," I have sipped lots of teas in my lifetime. Holly's teas rank up there as some of the best. I also appreciate the variety of choices and how easy it is to order online. Aside from world class tea, I like supporting a woman-owned business. I look forward to replenishing my supply and ordering lots of gifts from Russian River Tea Company. I may have to reference my naughty/nice list first.

Thank you Holly for hosting such a fabulous tasting of your fine teas by Zoom. I loved the opportunity to taste test some of the 40 teas in my sampler with you and friends over zoom. I will be trying some of the recipes you shared using tea in salad dressings and sauces! I learned so much about the different types of teas and methods of preparation! I can't wait to visit the store in person once it's safe, but in the meantime I'll be ordering a few more of the teas that you talked about today!

My favorite teas, plus a generous sampler set!

Stopped by this shop while I was in town visiting for a wedding and loved all of the tea options (and it's loose leaf, which is hands down the best since you see the quality of the leaves rather than powdered leaves in a pre-packed tea bag). The owner was super hospitable and very knowledgeable about the differences between each tea selection, so I was able to ask all the questions I needed. It's been nearly two years since I first visited and even though I live in Texas, I still order tea from here regularly. If you're unsure which teas to try, her sampler packs are the best, and that isn't even accounting for the reasonable pricing! I've recommended RRTCo. to many people since.

Tea to go!

Sweet tea shop with so many choices, fantastic travel mugs, tea kettles, and locally made CHOCOLATE!! It was a lovely visit and I definitely enjoyed the freshly made ice tea to go!

Look at all these delightful selections of black, green, white, roobois and fruit teas.

Lovely mix of unusual loose leaf and bag tea along with an assortment of chocolate and gifts. Cute.

There are so many blends that it's hard to chose so I appreciate that Holly (shopkeeper) knows her products so well and can help.

If this spot is good enough for the NY Times to name it one of the best bakeries in the nation,…read moreit's good enough for you. All the pastries we had were A+ and worth it. Everything we ordered was exceptional. The Veggie Quiche was thicker than a textbook, custardy and light. I ordered a Marzipan Berry Scone for a friend that I took home and they loved it. There's plenty of seating and four of us chatted forever. The acoustics are great, there are water pitchers to stay hydrated, and if I lived here this would be a favorite spot no contest. My only regret is that I didn't leave with a Challah. Tip these beautiful beloved bakers well. And stop complaining about excellence.

When you walk in, there is a lot of open space and the inside felt comfortable. There was an open and flowing environment. That was great! So, where did it go wrong? The prices were just sky rocketed into another dimension. $7 a muffin and $7 a scone. I seem to have much better luck at the Farmers Market for less. I get it, there is a fancy building that needs to be paid for. Don't come here for dairy free option if you're looking for something in the sweet and savory department. There are GF options but those are still rittled and laced with butter and dairy. Like, bread is your only choice if you're dairy free. The gentlemen that helped me told me to get a loaf of bread. So I did. $12. I went with the Rosemary, olive oil and sea salt focaccia bread. The good news is, it was nice and soft like an Air b n b pillow. The bad news is, it had more salt than the ocean. With copious amounts of olive oil saturated the bag before I left the parking lot (see attached pic). My husband was not a fan either and we left the loaf of bread out for the pigeons.
