The service has always been top notch and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Customer service was excellent with employees greeting us with a smile and displaying outstanding manners as they took our order. Price was very reasonable and portions were plentiful. Finally, the food was very good. My Cobb salad was loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato and some croutons. My wife's Greek salad had tremendous flavor and the small was more than enough for her. Despite what others had mentioned, I had good service at West Coast sourdough. I ordered 2 sandwiches on their website with an estimated pick up time of 20 mins. I drove from SR to Windsor to pick up which is not a far drive, about 15 mins with parking and walking. I arrived and stated my name and that I had an online order. She handed me the bag of sandwiches, all packed up and ready to go. It was around 11AM, there was no one at the restaurant at that time. I ordered the roast beef for me and my hubby a turkey sandwich. Instead of their sourdough (which can usually be rough and tough), I opted for honey slice wheat bread. I am not sure if they make the wheat bread in house but either way it was good. The sandwiches was surprisingly THICK. It was layered with meats, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce all neatly. They do not skimp here and give you a real juicy sandwich! After eating half, I was full and saved the second half for later. I have to leave a bad review, but my experiences have not been great. I popped in at lunch but the line was out the door, so I decided to order online another day. A week later, I order online but apparently so does everyone else! My conformation promised sandwich would be ready at 12:14, but it wasn't. I waited and waited and so did everyone else! I was reassured my sandwich would be ready in 5 over and over again. I initially waited 25 minutes before going per my verification, then waited another 35 minutes before I requested refund. I had to get back to work and simply couldn't wait any longer. It's disappointing that your required to pay ahead and the confirm is so inaccurate. I didn't have over an hour to give for lunch. Once I requested the refund the staff kicked it into great and made my sandwich, but it didn't feel fair to the crowd that was waiting. I don't mind that it took so long, I am happy to order ahead! The upsetting part is I waisted my lunch break because of the inaccuracies. It's not fair to the patrons and it's not fair to the staff. The sandwich was tasty, so I hope they can get it together! We went on a Thursday morning to grab a quick breakfast. We had the Avocado/Egg sandwich with bacon and the Breakfast Rueben. Both were very good, not too large but just what we wanted. They were freshly made and the sourdough rolls were flavorful and crispy. We ordered a regular coffee and a latte. The coffee was fine, but I don't recommend the latte, which we filled ourselves from a Peet's push button machine. It was ok and not expensive, but for a good latte, go to Peet's or another cafe that makes real lattes. The staff was quick and friendly and there was a manager or owner supervising that everything ran smoothly. It seemed like it might be a family business. There were a lot of customers coming and going, and everyone seemed satisfied. They have a pretty good selection of sandwiches and salads I would return if I am in Windsor and in need of lunch. read more

I enjoy the fresh sourdough bread, and if this company used better meat and cheese products it would be over the top and I would happily pay more for a great quality sandwich. It looks like they serve clam chowder and tomato bisque every day! The bread is fantastic! The sandwich had a nice crunch and a chewy inside, whereas the vegetables were still crunchy in the hot sandwich--a good amount of veggies to meat ratio. If you want an upgraded sandwich, I highly suggest getting any of the sandwiches toasted and adding cheese. It was a nice little hot meal--lots of beverages were available. Excited to have a new sandwich spot in Windsor. Business was clean and service was polite and fast. My son had the hot pastrami and wishes he would of ALSO gotten the French dip. I ordered the small Italian salad , minus artichoke and added red onions. The small salad is still a pretty good size but unfortunately it was store bought Italian dressing and although they added plenty of salami there were skimpy on the other stuff. I only found a few pieces of cheese and not much more of the Olives, peperoncinis and bell pepper. The business is new so I'm sure they are still figuring out thing so give them a try. I was looking for something quick, like a sandwich and found this close to where I was shopping in Windsor. The service is good and it wasn't busy. I had to wipe down my table, so cleanliness could be better. I had the Reuben, which was OK. I couldn't taste any thousand island dressing and the sauerkrat was almost non-existent and bland. I guess I'm spoiled by some of my previous favorites like The Black Forest in Arvada, CO (GONE), The 4th Street Deli (I think) in NYC and Franchetti's. Great for a fast food chain. I love a good sourdough roll and these are great. I accidentally went on a day at noon (big line) I had ordered online but was still 10 minutes late, no big deal, the manager or lead on duty was very pleasant. Despite the wait, it was great, well put together and didn't seem hastily made. I also enjoy the clam chowder which probably comes in large format from the franchise but I still liked it.
