Chick-fil-A's drive thru is a well oiled machine right from the start, with two dedicated drive-thru lanes. Each lane has a dedicated HUMAN order-taker. If that doesn't impress you, maybe you haven't been through a drive-thru with an AI order-taker in 2025. It can be...a bit weird. I like Chik-fil-A's waffle fries, a lot. We did our first order on the Chick-fil-A app and everything worked out perfectly. We customized our order and received exactly what we ordered. The app allows you to order and pay ahead but the restaurant doesn't start your order until you get there ensuring your food is hot and fresh. We did the drive thru pick up option which worked out great. The Chick-fil-A team members were all very pleasant and were on their game to efficiently serve their customers. We definitely will be using the app to order moving forward. read more

There service is bad. I spent almost 70 bucks on food for my family. I should have checked my bag because my food was missing. However, the one time I dont check the bag was because I had a small child with me. I get home and everyone has their food but me. I call and they tell me they can refund or pick up a sanwhich. So, I decided to waste gas in getting my sandwhich and when I got home everyone was done eating and my soda was watered down. I should have gone to in n out. At in n out they comp your entire order if they mess up. Most likely because the entire experience is ruined if one person doesnt have their food. Smh!! read more

My go to order is spicy deluxe sandwich with their waffle fries and a sunjoy (that's what they call their half lemonade, half iced tea deliciousness ) Is it crazy that I always crave Chick-fil-A on a Sunday? There's something about that Jesus chicken that makes me wanna go to Church. I personally think it's a pinch of crack, but it's probably just MSG. While there's no denying that CFA has a terrible history of making donations to certain organizations, I doubt other fast food chains would pass the purity test. Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich(spicy) [his] 2. Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich (mine) We waited a few minutes and our order was ready for pick up. They have outdoor tables so we went outside to eat. The sandwich is small, so to me, it was more of a snack than a meal. We could have got the combo for fries and a drink, but we don't drink soda at all. My boyfriend's sandwich wasn't too spicy; it had a nice kick to it. My plain sandwich was good overall. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I don't agree with the politics of the brand however they do a decent job at fast food service. Today is veterans day and Chick-fil-A advertises some free sandwiches for veterans. I went into the store and I was told they were not offering anything. I went to my car and called customer support, and was told it is up to the individual locations as to whether or not they honor the offer. I would love to mention the great costumer service that chickfilla has, I was dining in with my 2 kids and they were having a bad day my youngest one kept on crying. It was during the busy hours as well and I was served by a very kind lady I believe her name was sadee she served our food with a brighten smile on her face which made my day better and offered 2 ice cream cones for my kids because my youngest one was crying. Came here to pick up food through the drive-thru for my family and the employees were very nice. Service was very slow for a Saturday evening but I was in no rush. When I got home, all of my orders were incorrect and cold. If I'm going to be paying $50 for food, I would obviously want it to be warm and made correctly but it just seems like they did not pay attention at all. I would understand if the line was going fast but I sat in line for over 30 minutes with less than 10 cars in front of me so service was slow AND I got cold food without the customizations I wanted. This poor rating is the result of a grbhub order. I got really sick, my sister who lives in the East bay decided to grubhub dinner for us. The driver and my son pulled up to my house at the same time, so my son took the bag and the guy left. My daughter noticed the sticker on the bag looked like it had been torn from the back. She opened the bag anyway and noticed one of her chicken strips looked like a bite had been taken out. We called Chic-fil-a, texted the pictures over and they said it clearly looked like it had been tampered with and a bite was taken out, and they would block the driver. That was all they could do. I understand it wasn't chic fil a, but the lack of concern of what these drivers are capable of doing is bothersome. Ultimately it is grub hubs independent contractor, but these food places are associating their name and reputation with them. We tossed the food not knowing what else he could have done to it.
