I asked why a few fries which confused me due to sides ordered are mac&cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. The employee seems lazy and lack of customer service skills to solve the problem. Did get a biscuit in upon the complaint. But I felt very dissatisfied of the services and that Big Box meal was $19.99! What a waste! I've been here twice in the last couple weeks and each visit was just not pleasant. First of all I don't even eat this food, I was here buying something to eat for a local family I help out and they have been requesting this. 1st visit I drove up and they said the system is down and they can not sell me any food :| 2nd visit they only had original chicken available, which the family I help out requested crispy. They asked me to park and wait an additional 15min in the parking lot, when from the outside it appeared to be empty at 1pm. I still ordered the food so the family can get their KFC fix but I definitely will not be coming back here again. $42 for KFC is wild!! I could have eaten at a nice sit down restaurant for that price. They only thing I will give them and say is the cashier was a young man and he was very nice and pleasant, this was on my second visit and he was working both windows. I've been to this KFC location many times over the years and nearly always left unhappy. Poor service, poor food (and I love kfc chicken), not clean, and one time they were actually out of cooked chicken. But this time (new year's eve) it was different, some young men , who said they were new employees, had smiles on there faces, were happy to serve me, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. May 5, 2024 I had an absolutely great experience at this KFC. My husband and I went thru the drive thru this afternoon and the young man taking our order was kind and gave us multiple receipts (including the last person receipt so i could get the drippy dog shirt on fetch) . We ordered a double mash meal. He told us to pull further up in the drive thru. We did as asked. After 5 minutes he comes back and tells us that the extra crispy chicken we ordered in the meal wasn't ready and all they had was a wing and breast in extra crispy but that they had original ready to go. Or we could wait 16 minutes for the rest of the chicken to be made extra crispy. We responded that no we would just take the breast and wing in extra crispy and the rest in original. After waiting another 10 minutes our food finally arrives. By this point we were blocking like 2 cars because he had told us to pull up to the front of the drive thru instead of into the parking lot. Since he made the other customers wait, he became Mr. Beast and paid for their meal. When I went to say something about the wait he was smirking like it was funny I was so happy. To make matters better when we got home after a 5 minute drive the food was perfect temperature and the extra crispy breast was cooked to a perfect crisp. I wish I could say this was a one time experience but last time my husband went he was also given many receipts and the chicken was fried to par. This place is terrible. Humorously terrible. Ordered the new wraps and was told at the drive thru window id have to go around and park. After a while I just went inside only to be asked what order I had again. I kid you not, when I finally got my food the chicken inside the wraps wasn't even kfc chicken. I had an order to pick up, and when I got there they were just recovering from a power out. Dante was in charge, dealing with an upset custome. I watched as he did a great job of handling her difficulty caused by the outage. I had the same problem, again, caused by the outage, and Dante still had patience leftover for me. Straightforward facts on my experience last night. It was about 9:20pm when we decided to go and get some KFC. Drove thru and waited but no one answered so I pulled in closer to the window and saw a gentleman inside with his back turned. Saw the operating hours on the window stating they close at 10pm. So I backed up at the order station and a voice came up saying. "Sorry were already closed." We asked why they closed early and the guy inside never replied. Very disappointing. Two days ago I had got off work late and went through this drive through. My card was locked so I went to unlock it. This was not an option on the app like usual. It was also 5 minutes till closing. The inside was already closed...the kind younger man (25ish) working the window let me in to use the Wi-Fi where it finally loaded and let me unlock it. That's not to say this place is anything close to delicious... the extra crispy is super greesy and the original is just flat. I've been here several times, and have NEVER gotten my order correct. Very disappointed in the customer service. I went to order online and was prompted to download the KFC app. I did. I was recently injured and it's difficult to walk so I used the drive thru and said I was picking up a mobile order. I had no idea it was against the KFC rules to use the drive -thru when using the App. An employee opened the window and proceeded to scold me about using the drive thru to pick up my order. His tone was hostile. I was embarrassed in front of the other employees. I was made to feel like I was being punished. I couldn't explain myself before he shut the window and walked away. Another employee brought me my food a few moments later. There were no cars in front or in back of me when picking up my order. In the parking lot I checked my order and saw that I was missing two items. The service is extremely so. We used the drive thru tonight and we were told they had no chicken. We order pot pies and the wait for them was supposed to be 20 minutes...it took over an hour. They brought our food out and forgot the large order of corn on the cob. Guy said he'd be right out with it...20 more minutes and still no one came out. They turned out the lights. On Friday I gave my meal five stars. I got the meal at 4:30PM. On Saturday I went back at 7:30PM. The chicken was just barely warm this changed the quality of the meal. The cashier tonight was more concerned about closing up the cash register and inside eating area than seeing that my order was complete. He forgot my side of coke slaw which cost me $2.39 plus tax. My order of 3 tenders with mash/gravy, cookie, biscuit and small drink plus the coke slaw came to $8.03 and when I told him hold on I have the three penny's he looked like he didn't understand why I'd give him three penny's. Young kids who don't understand exact change. The place was dirty and the main drain in the kitchen was clogged up so everyone was wading through muddy water in the kitchen. Got home......no Cole Slaw. Damn I wanted to eat there it says it's open to 10am but he wanted to close the eating area at 6pm. If I would of eaten it there I would know they cheated me out of about $2.50 for the cole slaw. Corn corn chicken n corn I've bashed KFC for terrible chicken elsewhere, and it's still not that great here. But on Mondays they have the lowest price for the Chicken N Corn meal I've ever seen - just 3 bucks (plus tax). Even in way less expensive parts of the country it's usually 5 bucks. If you can overlook the meh chicken it's a pretty good value. The corn was actually delicious, mashed taters are edible, biscuit has no structural integrity but tastes OK. Good cheap fillup on Monday, probs wouldn't bother any other day though. 3 stars for 3 bucks. read more
