I was Rolling Thru Healdsburg on Business!!! Then I got Hangry and I used my Trusty Yelp Application to find Casa Del Mole !!!! I rolled there in my Truck and pulled in to their Private Parking Lot and Parked my Whip!!! And rolled in. Casa Del Mole is a Locals Spot !!! It is located in a Mexican Market!!! It would be hard to find if you didn't know it was there!!!!! I proceeded to the Rear of the Market. Where the Taqueria is located!!! I strolled up to the Counter and Perused the Menu!!!! The Cashier took my order!! I ordered a Al Pastor Super Burrito Loaded!! I paid by Credit Card!!! I grabbed a Table and Chilled out!! A Server Delivered Chips and Salsa and a Glass of Water to my table!!! While I was Waiting for my Burrito!!! My Burrito came In 15 minutes!!! It was Pretty Good Sized and had a good. Girth !! It was Piping Hot from the Kitchen!!! I unwrapped it and Started eating it . It was delicious and packed full of Flavor!!! I like the Decor it's Rustic Mexican!!! Prices are Reasonable Especially for Healdsburg!!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! I Keep My Pimp Hand Strong!!!!

Was recommended this place for a quick bite. The taqueria is in a cute Mexican grocery store with a few tables in the back. The service was good. We ordered tacos and an asada torta. The food was really tasty. Prices were not listed and our food was a bit pricier than expected, but I would go back again.

For being a grocery and eating place I thought the price were a little high I paid 3.75 per and 15.99 for posole the tacos ate a Little more the the restaurant but if you ate on a rush then this would be the place to go. You can do your shopping and grab a good authentic Mexican food plate. Must say this is not a romantic or classy place but a good hole place if you want to go in and out.

I was driving down Center Street and found this taqueria tucked in the back of a Mexican grocery store. It's a hole in the wall which sometimes has the best authentic Mexican food. I never judge a book by it's cover but I might be tempted to at this taqueria. I looked at the menu which is hand written on a chalk board in Spanish. Ok, I was able to figure it out except for the title on the right side of the board that says "Fines de Semana". I knew what the food was and figured it meant "Weekends" as birria, menudo, posole, etc. take hours to prepare and cook. There are no prices listed so I ordered anyway as "hole in the wall" taquerias generally are not expensive. I was disappointed to not see al pastor listed. I ordered a super carnitas burrito to go and asked them to cut it in half. The order came out to $10.50 plus tax. The carnitas were ok, but I've had better. There was lots of meat in the super burrito. It had refried beans, rice, some raw red onion, lots of sour cream (too much), no guacamole, and a little bit of cheese. Some pico de gallo with cilantro would have been nice to round out the flavors. Go to Big John's burrito bar. Their super burritos are fantastic.

I ordered a torta cubana. Amazingly fresh ingredients in a wonderful toasted bread roll. The cook and staff are lovely people who can cook delicious food. Tlayuda is not found just anywhere- but you can get them here!

We also had the ceviche that was also great, All together it was about 90 bucks all well worth it, This place has been around since the 70's changed name but same great food. The restaurant is located inside a hotel -- you walk through the front doors, past the lobby, and you're there -- but the signage isn't very obvious from the outside. Luckily, someone noticed us looking around and kindly came out to ask if we were looking for Arandas, which was super helpful and welcoming. We ordered a couple of drinks and two appetizers from the happy hour menu. The birria tacos came with consomé and were absolutely delicious -- tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chips and cheese, on the other hand, weren't my favorite. The flavor was fine, but the cheese hardened quickly after cooling, which made it less of a dip and more of a sheet of melted cheese. My husband enjoyed it more than I did, but I personally prefer a more sauce-like queso for dipping. The service was excellent -- attentive without being overbearing -- and the overall atmosphere felt like an upscale Mexican restaurant with a warm, polished vibe. The happy hour drink prices were also fantastic, especially for Healdsburg. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu next time -- great spot for drinks, small bites, and friendly service in a stylish setting.

Some nice outside seating out front, but not much and it was full, so we reluctantly went inside. At first I didn't see seating inside, but we were led through the first room and there's a dining room behind it. Kinda plain, but more of a rustic, being in Mexico vibe than the outside seating. They have a great menu, with several dishes I don't usually see on a menu in the states. We were immediately seated and a server brought water and chips and salsa. We also ordered hibiscus juice (such a treat!), avocado salad, and spouse got a taco salad. Everything was truly excellent! Every ingredient in the salads was fresh and crisp. My avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy. The chicken strips in the salads were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The lime cilantro vinaigrette was light but flavorful. Just perfect! The service was great with two people stopping by regularly to refill water and see if we needed anything. They were friendly but not intrusive. This place by far exceeded our expectations. Five stars for sure!

The food though was disappointing. The most interesting item was the clams that came in a cava broth with garlic and parsley. They brought some toasted hearty bread to soak up the sauce. The baby kale salad was also nice with shaved fennel and manchego. The other three dishes were both off and a bit weird. The cauliflower came with bacon, which was good, and sweet dates; the dates were an odd addition and they stuck to your teeth. The calamari, was prepared well - it wasn't chewy - but it just had an off flavor, or at least one I haven't experienced before. Same too for the octopus. This was a much larger portion than typical - two tentacles, plus potatoes and olives. The octopus though was rather mealy. Small Spanish red wine list; only four. Tried two and neither were our favorites. The 1970s-80s classic rock soundtrack was an odd choice for background music.
