I was in urgent need of using a restroom because the Yelp Event I attended didn't offer one. And then come to find out that this Subway's restroom either doesn't work or isn't open to the public. I still bought a bottled water to support them. I didn't need to because I was just trying to be a customer to use the restroom. Just my luck. Any ways, please post a sign out front or some thing so your future customers would know. I also don't live in the city of Burbank, CA., but I'm just a local tourist. First time coming to this subway. Wont be returning and will go back to my usual shop or Togos. The gentleman had toasted my cheese and I didn't want that. When i explained that he didn't want to fix it and I just said well can we add the shredded cheese now. For me to add shredded cheese he said I would need to pay extra which I told him I would gladly do as there was a miscommunication. He then proceeded to put very little cheese on for something I was now paying extra for, for this mistake. Took actual pinches of cheese. I was being nice by saying it was a miscommunication and even willing to pay to correct it but now to not even get what I lay for is not good customer service. I wont be returning and would advise togo somewhere will you will get your moneys worth with better customer service. read more

Placed an order recently during the evening and it estimated that the food was going to be ready to be picked up within 20 mins. Left my place after 10 mins once I saw online that they were starting to prep my two sandwiches, but to my surprise when I got there they hadn't even started working on them. This left the workers with about 5 mins to make my two sandwiches, which was reasonable since there were no other customers. Somehow it took them 10-15 mins to make... Though service itself was slow, the workers were courteous and acknowledged the fact that it was taking awhile. They even offered me a free cookie, chips, or beverage for having to wait. I also appreciated the fact that this particular location was clean. Some Subways that I have been to are dirty, but this one was exemplary clean. Would come back again in the future, but I hope the sandwiches get made quicker! read more

Never have I ever at any subway been told that adding extra vegetables costs money. (Besides avocado). I went down about a month ago and the older gentleman was working, I'm assuming one of the managers. They were working on a big order and I said it was fine I didn't mind waiting. When they got to me, I ordered a foot long veggie delite, no meat just veggies. When I started telling him what veggies I wanted on my sandwich I noticed he was putting like only 2 of each item. I would ask "I'm sorry can you add more?" and he'd look visibly annoyed. I asked for olives and he put 4 olives. I asked for more and he put 2 more olives. I replied, "Can I get a little more please?" And he scoffed and said no. He told me if I wanted more veggies I had to pay more money. At this point all that was on the sandwich was lettuce tomato onion and olives: all very minimal on a foot long. Mind also I wasn't getting any meat! I said that was ridiculous and that Ive never been told that at any subway, not even this one! And he just responded "Those are the rules." Which I know is a load. I have had a sandwich made by this guy before and it wasn't a problem, so why is it now? Are you fat shaming your customers? Shame on you. I promptly told him to forget it and left. I used to love this place, now they remodeled and apparently everything is crap, they "don't take coupons" anymore. The guy running the register said they "haven't done it since he's worked there", which must have only been for a few months because I've been shopping here for over 2 years. He was EXTREMELY rude in the way he said they don't take it anymore. I don't know what happened to the nice people you hired (that guy with the goggles), but this new guy was unacceptably rude. NEVER shopping at this location again, I don't care how far I have to walk. Waste of money if I can't use the coupons. What's the point. You've lost a customer who would have otherwise spent years coming here. I have visited this location for the past 10 years and have always been greeted by their employees as I walk in, even when they're busy! The parking is awful but it's the closest Subway to me. There is a guy that works there. I assume he runs or owns the business. As others have said here, he is rude and petty. After my sandwich was made I noticed he didn't put spinach on it. I asked if I could get spinach on the side. He said we don't do that here. I told him I had ordered it for my sandwich. So he reluctantly put some in a piece of paper and gave it to me. Then he started complaining about how everything cost him money. Paper for the spinach, a cup for water. Which he told me I could only have one cup of water. Because water cost money. He complained about the price of putting the sandwich in a bag. And oh Lord. Don't get me started on how he complained about the napkins. What an A hole. Half the time he can't even be bothered to cut the sandwich in half. The real kicker here is. HE CHARGES MORE FOR FOOD THANK OTHER SUBWAYS!!! if you don't believe me, put his location in on the app and you will see he charges more. Compare it with any other location.
