Terrible place ! Don't ever give them business ! when I called to complain they kept hanging up on me lied about their name and the name of the manager and stopped taking my calls. First they said no manager is around then the guy said I'm Luis and I'm the manager next thing they said Austin is the name of the manager and he is not in. At the end they told me they are not sending me a new order and/ or a refund. I called back to speak to someone else and they didn't take the call. They hung up on me at least 6 times. Terrible Customer Service and Overall Experience I honestly don't even know where to start because my experience with this location has been nothing short of horrible. First, I placed an order for to go, and Wait more then 40 minutes, when they made it , my order was completely wrong. I ordered boneless wings with a specific flavor, but they handed me regular wings in a different flavor. When I brought it up to the staff, they acted like I was bothering them and refused to fix the mistake right away. After finally getting home, I found that my wings were cold and greasy -- clearly sitting out for a while. I called the store to complain, and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes before someone finally answered. When I explained the issue, the employee was dismissive and rude, offering no apology or solution. I asked for a replacement or refund, but they just hanged up on me, I try to call them 2 times they never answer me , It feels like they don't care about their customers or their feedback. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. This was my first and last time ordering from this location . The poor quality food combined with terrible customer service made for an extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on how they treat their customers. ownership needs to pay attention to who they are hiring here. I walked in. I wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands, right before I ordered to go. this woman came knocking on the door, grabbing on the handle yelling. The restroom is closed. I said is there something wrong with it? She said the restroom is closed. mind you I was just washing my hands. there was two child sitting in the corner not blocking the door I just pushed it away a little bit. then I walked out and she said the restroom is closed. It's for customers only well I would be a customer if she didn't yell like that and then she said you need to go or else I'm gonna call the cops. I encourage her to call the cops. She just put the phone down and walked to the back, I didn't order and I walked out. this was on 10/24 at 11:25 pm. older latino lady was the employee. if the restroom is out of order, you would've had a sign and you wouldn't say it's for customers only without knowing if I'm a customer or not. there is a reason his place has such a low rating. I know the owner of the plaza who owns the 7-Eleven in the same plaza. this is not how you deal with people who are clearly not homeless. I'm not trying to take advantage. Just wanted to wash my hands before I touched food. this is my second bad interaction of this location and I will never be coming back even though I live one block away. read more

Be very careful eating at this place. First you will be charged everything including the cup of water. The wings were small and not freshly cooked. I usually order 10 wings and I eat only 7. Was planning on doing the first review but I was too slow! Alas, here are my thoughts on the newest wing spot in my area. Backstory: in my old neighborhood, the wingstop got new management and things went downhill. I was nervous to try this spot but the truth is, I've got a thing for wings so I was willing to risk it all! Since they've been open, which isn't that long, I've ordered three times and am excited to order again. Ordering and delivery are easy online. The chicken has been done (yes I've ordered some wings before from other places that weren't quite cooked so I appreciate done food!), hot and fresh upon arrival. Love the corn and every sauce flavor we have tried have been on! The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is on my second order, some wings were missing. Instead of a refund or sending the chicken that night, they made a note to my account and said they would take care of it next order. That was a bit off putting - why would I go back to a place that didn't take care of my order! I vowed I wouldn't go back but did I mention how much I like wings?!? I was pleasantly surprised that when I called to make my third order, the manager honored the note on my account and I got the extra wings I had been shorted. Wow! We''ve been going to the Burbank Wingstop for years, but today we finally tried this Wingstop and my God they got the fries right! Crispy well done fries! We didn't have to send them back. There were no wild unruly high school students like the Burbank location. It was a mellow vibe with the radio up loud which covered up my poop sounds while using the clean well stocked restroom! They were honestly so crispy, right the moment I ordered them, they were done. they were all very nice to me. my friends and I enjoyed our food.
