There were only two staff members on shift (of which I was aware), and there was a steady stream of customers this morning. I stopped in to pick up an online order - they were aware of it and doing everything they could to man the counter and drive through. They were kind, attentive and I appreciate the extra effort they had to make to get my order filled today. read more

I gave this Subway two chances, and both visits were disappointing. The exterior looked dirty, and the drive-through was not working on either visit. During my first visit, I asked an employee to mark the sandwich with a special request--no pickles--so we could tell the sandwiches apart. She responded rudely to a simple request. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I then asked for a manager. The gentleman I spoke with was nicer, but when I asked for the employee's name, he said he didn't know whether they were allowed to give it out. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed. On my second visit, I waited in the drive-through lane without being helped and eventually sent someone inside to get assistance. We still felt ignored. Between the appearance of the property, the nonworking drive-through, and the poor customer service, I will avoid this location in the future. read more

I just want to give a shout out to Camy at the Brookings Or. Subway. We ordered on the app Went in to pick up our sandwiches. I had to go back to the counter to tell her this was the best sandwich we had ever had at Subway and we have been going for many years. We have been to a lot of Subway's all over when we travel. She was so grateful she said I've only been working here four days! I couldn't believe it! What was so good about the sandwich was it was perfect. She put care into her job. And it showed! On top of that she was just a wonderful person. read more

Stopped by for a sandwich at 10;05 pm they advertise open till eleven and doors locked. So full of BS zero stars

Best veggie sandwich ever. The sandwich maker was excited to put lots of veggies on my sand and seemed to genuinely enjoy what she was doing. I realize these places are hit or miss, but this time my sandwich was fresh, tasty and generous. Thanks, Subway! read more

Terrible food. Sorry but the few times I have eaten there it was just awful. Service was slow and I was the only one there. Food was just gross read more

I go to the subway all the time but today I got treated like garbage. I ordered two sandwiches, a dipper and some nachos. The lady seemed very annoyed at my order. I asked for a rotisserie chicken she told me they were out of chicken. I asked for a Philly cheesesteak. She told me they were out of steak. I ended up getting a different sandwich. The people right behind me ordered a Philly cheesesteak from someone else and turns out they had plenty of steak, but the lady taking my order use the excuse that they were short staffed when I could clearly see four or five people working there. It was a horrible experience. read more

Apparently the management has a rule of no American dollar amount over $50.00 can be taken. After ordering 24 dollars worth of food I was denied by the less than pleasant staff that "it's not their problem" this review will probably make no difference. However, I hope it does. read more

Food ok. Service SUCKS!!!! I accept the fact that everyone is understaffed and drive thru takes a long time. But if the order taker would LISTEN for key phrases like "not toasted" or "extra onions" it could go faster Then, I get my two sandwiches and four bags of chips. The sandwiches are in one of those skinny bags. No problem here is BUT then I get handed 4 loose bags of chips!!! Why not use one of the bigger bags I know you carry??? The lack of using one lousy 5 cent bag is why I shall not eat there food in this town again ! read more

Was surprised to see a drive through so we decided to try it! NEVER again! I think what makes Subway good is you SEE what people are doing to your sandwich that is suppose to be made the way you want it! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Well my 1st clue was when l felt the sandwich it wasn't warm, and yes l said toasted because who wouldn't when ordering bacon right! After biting into it and tasting the raw bacon l knew it wasn't "toasted" let alone my bacon cooked! Never again, this subway is the worst ever $19.00 for 2 foot longs their crazy! Sorry but lm not eating raw bacon read more

I wanted to change my review because the prices have been very consistent ever since I said something about the price being all over each time I went there. Staff is always top notch, and fast read more

They didn't toast my sandwich and I said it 3 times I got coupons 5 days ago and they expired 10 days ago and forgot tomatoes

Friendly staff, fresh veggies, what's not to love? Thankful for Subway. And that sweet onion. Mmmmmm

My son offered to buy me a sandwich since he was getting one for himself. Having ordered the Sweet Onion Teriyaki 6" sub in the past I figured it was a safe choice. With this in mind I can offer a comparison from the Lemoore,CA,Lodi,CA and now the Brookings,OR review between these three. The Lemoore store was by far the best as it was loaded with meat and then overflowing with the veggies. The Lodi store which I sampled as early as a week ago while not loaded was still substantial enough to justify the price. That leaves the Brookings store which when I opened it up was basically a small salad. While the veggies were fresh, there were only 6 small pieces of the chicken teriyaki meat. So it was hardly worth the cost and the vinegarette dressing wasn't even enough to cover the vegetables much less soak into the roll. I can't comment on the service. I assume it's fine with a call in order as my son has eaten here a few times recently. read more

Disgusting store. There were a couple of flies flying around, and it was apparent that the workers didn't give a damn. The one woman with long black hair kept fooling around and touch her hair that I asked her to wash her hands before she made my sandwich. She did and then just took her time to serve me and when she felt like it she just turned it over to someone else. There were two couples in front of me and it took them forever to get to me, probably about 20 minutes or more. They were rude people and had the attitude that they just don't care about you. I walked out after I witnessed all that nastiness! read more

Horrible service , had to repeat my orders 6 times and they still could t get it went to the window and the girl attending treated me with disrespect , refused to take my order and told me to not be lazy next time and just walk in , I have a dog in my car and can't go in . read more

Food was good, store was not very clean and the assistant manager needs customer service training. She was extremely rude for no reason at all. If I had a business I would never have someone with a temperament like that dealing with customers. I understand that it's hard to find employees these days but honestly, she is losing business for the company. I definitely won't return. read more

I have eaten here twice. great friendly service and a healthier option over other fast food chain restaurants in the area. Try their flat bread sandwhich especially they are delicious. the line moves at a good pace and although it may be slower than McDonald's I think the quality of the food makes it worth the extra wait. Subway has gotten better in the past few years. The quality of meats and cheeses and breads have improved. read more

A visit to Brookings had us looking for a family lunch we needed to buy several hours before consuming it, and Subway seemed perfect. We had a little trepidation after reading reviews for this Subway restaurant as they were not too good. Jordan waited on us and handled our order quickly and professionally. She was friendly and was able to multi-task as drive-thru orders were coming in and the bread oven needed attention while she prepared our order. When we ate our lunch a few hours later, everyone was pleased with their sandwich. Well done Jordan and the Brookings, Oregon Subway - we'll be back next time we are in town!! read more

They don't care how long you've been waiting in line. As soon as someone comes through the drive through, the people in the store are told to wait. Since there wasn't a clean table to sit at anyway, they make it easy to find another place to eat. read more

My boyfriend and I were driving down from Seattle, WA all the way down to Palm Springs, CA. We took a quick stop to get something to eat after driving for what seemed like forever. The two people working that day were friendly and when we asked for directions they were more than helpful. They suggested we stayed the night and even gave us a few names of hotels and restaurants around the area. We absolute loved staying there, I just wanted to say how helpful they were. P.S. The sandwiches were good too :) read more

I wasn't going to waste my time to rate this place, but I drive by it just about every day and think about my experience every time. I just moved here and we wanted Subway sandwiches. We drove up and were one of maybe 3 cars in the area. From the confusing signage we couldn't tell where to order from. As I drove around there was a ordering speaker. We didn't hear anyone and being the only car with anyone in it we just drove up to the window. A young girl stared at us and then opened the window. I said hello and the first thing out of her mouth, "Do you want something?" I looked at my daughter and we weren't even sure how to respond. I said yeah we wanted to order. She said,"The place to order is back there." I drove off and we went to Fred Meyer and got all the Deli meat, Hoagie Rolls and went home and made sandwiches. I haven't been back to the Subway and likely won't ever go back. I used to eat subway several times a month. Not in this town read more

Generally good food. But walked in other day and Cheyenne(? Name tag half covered up)was very rude. There was no greeting whatsoever. Nothing until 5 min later. Never an apology for wait time, never a thank you, mush less a smile. If service businesses in Brookings what to stay in business, train your employees on customer service. read more

Honestly. Subway is a go-to place when I get those sandwich cravings. They're always nice, and friendly, even when my orders get complicated. During a busy rush hour order, they once forgot the second sandwich on my order. So, I called them up, like a responsible person, and told them the issue. They apologized and told me to come in whenever I wanted for a sandwich. Phone call took less than 5 minutes, so easy. My favorite sandwich is the Black Forest Ham, avocado, many veggies, with chipotle Sauce. I'm going to order one right now! read more

The sandwiches are decent, as you'd expect from a Subway but the service needs improvement. Some of the girls that I have encountered act as they're put out to make your sandwich. I'm not too picky either, but being friendly is a must when you're in customer service. Plus they seem to be out of many items on a regular basis and are not always stocked on popular items. read more

Subway is under new management. Tuna sandwich was kind of skimpy. Today had meat and cheese sandwich. Didn't have it toasted because sometimes the bread becomes too hard. The meat and cheese and vegetables were very cold as if recently frozen. I expected it to be room temperature. Disappointed. read more

Came here several times during our trip and food was always fresh and excellent with friendly and helpful employees. Great subway location!

Shit service. The guy taking orders rudely said "i'll get to you when i get to you" when i was about to order at the drive thru. I waiting for 25 mins and my order was never taken. Absolute garbage service. If i could give this subway zero starts i would. read more

Subway is my favorite place for a quick healthy kids meal for the toddler. Bread always fresh and fluffy, sandwiches made to order with fresh veggies, meat and cheeses. baked Lays potato chips and a juice box all in a small velcro reusable bag for under $4. They also have personal pizzas which I look forward to trying. read more

Every single time I've come here I've had great service, until my entire order was COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a 6 inch tuna toasted and it was completely cold, a pepperoni pizza which was cold as well and they put the toppings underneath the cheese. Plus I had a footlong teriyaki toasted and I clearly stated which sauces were on it, while none of them were. And guess what? This one was also cold. Would be nice if they double checked their orders. read more

I was here on national sandwich day and they had lots of employees working and sandwiches were great today I want after the lunch rush and went to drive up. I asked for tomatoes, got lettuce instead. I hate hot lettuce of a meatball sandwich. I asked for tomatoes on the side for another sandwich and they were green and yellow in the center. What happened to fresh ??? I called they offered to remake the sandwiches if I wanted to go back and pick them up. Forget it! read more

I will never tip at this establishment, the workers are not fair with the tips at all. They don't share them with all of the employees, only certain employees get tips even though everyone works equally as hard but some people get tips and others dont?? Got in line at the drive through to order, there was one car ahead of me, I waited over 10 minutes before the car ahead of me was helped, all while sitting there being gagged by smoke coming from an employee behind the fence where the dumpster is. Finally, they took my order and I pulled up to the window. I waited another 10 minutes before they took my money, then gave me my food. The employee said he was having a problem finding something to mark the salads because they were different. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Got home and opened the bad to eat our salads, and they forgot our dressing. All in all, VERY disappointed. read more
