When I moved here I heard terrible things about the Burger King and did not go for a long time. Fine decided to go and have been back several times since. The stars are in relation to other Burger Kings and on the scale of rating fast food. The customer service is always great, the food is always fresh and I have not had one messed up order. The dining area is always incredible clean. It's a lot calmer in BK then the fast food spots next door. I have had many problems with mcdonalds, taco bell/kfc. So Maybe the BK was not great a while back but I've been going for 4 months or so with no issues, other than sometimes they are out of a drink or something like chicken fries but that's pretty standard for any place in Brookings read more

Waited for over an hour in the drive thru because they refused to help more than one person order, pay, and get their food at a time: would not take each order as it arrived. Horrible experience read more

The service had to be the worst thing of this whole place the manager was terrible he was awful he did not even give us his name wouldn't give us a receipt. The food was completely inedible and we threw it all away. The bathrooms were gross the floors were sticky it was a terrible place to be I would never go there. read more

Every so often I come across a place I wish Yelp would let me give 0 stars to. This Burger King is one of those. Stopped her over the summer for lunch on a road trip with my family(July 20th). We ordered lunch for 4 people. Not a huge order and a couple of customizations, but not a lot(things like a plain whopper). The order took almost an hour to get us the food. In that time I saw them take the order for and serve about a dozen people. Once they got us the food they had messed up my daughters sandwich. Obviously by now I was a little upset. I came back in and mentioned they got it wrong. I didn't yell or raise my voice. The lady behind the counter got extremely defensive and rude. She was near hostile with me. I have never had staff in any restaurant be so hostile. Once they fixed the sandwich she practically threw it at me and asked if that was all and told me to leave. In a town full of fast food places I can honestly say if I ever pass through here again I will stay Far Far away from this Burger King and I hope that those reading this will save there family some grief and do the same. read more

$25 for a double whopper meal and a whopper. Lobby has no soda fountain, napkins, or dipping sauces. I was the only one in the store and it took 15 minutes to receive food. Might as well go to a casual restaurant and get good food and service. read more

Burger King - We have to stop letting fast food get away with this - Burgers Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

Three workers standing around. One was working on a piece of equipment. We waited 5 min. No one acknowledged us or said "we will be with you really quickly" or even a hand signal?!? They were standing 2 feet from us. Don't waste your time!! The help is not helpful. read more

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it is good with a long wait but other times you receive a mess. My last visit I asked for a classic chicken and received what you see in the picture. I will never return to eat here. read more

Burger King - "Classic chicken" yeeeeeeahthanks - Burgers Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the by far worst BK I have ever eaten at. I got the original chicken sandwich and the meat was frozen and watery. The fries was greasy and none salted. Chicken fries was soggy and greasy. The food gave my family saminella poisoning. Do Not Eat at BK in Brookings OR. Food is GROSS. read more

It's obvious that there is not good management or they are having trouble finding even a decent employee. It appears that most of the employees don't give a shit . read more

I know this is fast food. But for brookings and fast food its been decent. Whoppers are hot. Cooked. Fresh. The onion rings were a little stale could have been improved but again decent food and value for a cheap lunch. 2 for $10 comes in handy. You can upgrade to large fry and or drink for 30 or 40 cents read more

Burger King - Next door - Burgers Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

I don't know who the owner/owners are but they need to be schooled on how to organize their business! These two young gentleman that are working under poor conditions and just cannot keep up with all the customers demanding their orders when the two guys are swamped, they were going to lock up and call it quits. I wish they do because the owner is a joke ! Do you hear me owner? You are a joke! read more

I was going to give u a good review then I realized no condiments on my whopper. Dry ass whopper let's get it together

Horrible had to wait like 20 minutes to order and then like another 15 minutes to get our food and when they didn't give us our drinks, we asked them for our drinks and then they look at you like you're annoying them, and then have an asked for straws after that put the icing on the cake lol . pretty rude customer service, and very slow for fast food. Then they finally get to you in the order they say sorry for the wait you'll have a discount for the inconvenience and you get your bill and there's no discount. It's pretty hilarious would not recommend this place probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. read more

If I could give 0 I would. I waited in drive through for 12 minutes and was only behind two cars. Ok no big deal, I get my western cheeseburger and onion rings. Yeah huge order I know, I immediately opened up the burger and low and behold a nice hard stale bun and luke warm hockey puck pattie. Needless to say I went in and asked for my money back. She was rude and btw there was only one customer inside and he saw it all. Won't go back there. McDonald's is next store I will go there. read more

Food was cold and the place is disgustingly dirty! The manager was complaining to me that she has no help and the employees are all on drugs! She was the only one in the entire restaurant and told me it would be awhile because she had to cook and do drive through and wait on the dining room! Food was awful and the place was a wreck! read more

I ordered one thing, a wopper, no cheese, i know they are short handed, lobby closed, and it took 40 minutes for me to get my burger, o well, got my burger and it had cheese and about 30 Jalapeño chips and enough mustard for 20 burgers, i thought it was some kind of joke, lobby was closed and I was NOT going to sit in drive through again, burger went in trash and went next door to mcdonalds and got a burger in 5 minutes. read more

Outstanding tonight! Service was excellent, food hot fresh, flavored the way we each asked correctly & all done with a cheerful character at the window. The wait was no different than being in line at DQ so stop already. read more

I agree with some of the other reviews I've seen here... if I can give this 0 stars, I would. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Only 2 cars in front of us. Ended up driving off. read more

Hours posted say 6a, drive thru completely turned off. We park and go inside, doors are unlocked & we stand in the lobby for a good 2 minutes with workings not saying anything to us. Then calmly, a worker says they're still closed till 8a Need to update signs & post on google too We returned at 8 and their service was amazing, and the food was fresh :) read more

Went thru drive thru for 8 burgers. Burgers for all today Sunday. 2 for $6. 3 Impossibles-5 whoppers. 3 fries. They got our order perfect. Everyone was very satisfied. And thanx for working crew!!! read more

Do not go here unless you have too much time on your hands!!! I spent over 30 minutes in line, only to finally get to the window to be told that they had just started cooking the chicken for my sandwich!!! The drive thru person was courteous and pleasant. The (alleged) manager that brought me my order to my car, after a total wait of 45 minutes, mumbled what I think was an apology, with no eye contact. In 45 minutes, any restaurant could have served a pan fried chicken dinner, with all the trimmings! This was after they had been open over a month, the bugs should have been worked out!! At least the food was hot and fresh when I got it read more

Worst Burger King ever! How they stay in business is beyond me. Biz must be from tourists that are not familiar with this BK. There were at least 7 people working (not during rush hour) and we wanted two cheeseburgers and fries. Took over 40 minutes and food was cold and inedible. There was a line of cars too, and they seemed to have waited a very long time for their food also. What do they do--one order at a time? and start it 20 minutes after you order? Can't figure out how service could be so bad. If I could give no stars, would, but you have to give at least one. read more

Better service than before. Nicer people and food is a lot better than before . would go back again for sure.

Disorganized, Incompetence off the charts, had to wait 45 minutes got to the window. Nobody had my order accused me of not paying terrible terrible service. I will never return. I suggest go somewhere else. The only reason I'm putting one star is you have to at least put one. Or else I would put -1. read more

Traveling back to California and decided to just grab something quick. One person ahead of us in line, yet took forever. The employee was super RUDE! Apparently, the girl at the window hates her job! If we asked a basic question we just got attitude! She basically threw the food at us and closed the window. They didn't even get the food right, but we were too afraid of what they might do if we went back. read more

Extremely rude at the drive thru won't be going back they even made my kids cry . No need for all that

Worst chicken nuggets I've ever had. Change your deep fryer grease! Gross! DQ best fast burger in Brookings

The girl Donna that works there is rude. She never greeted us when we got to the window to pay and we were saying thank you and everything and she still wouldn't smile or even look at us. Not good customer service. read more

This has the worst customer service of any BK I have ever been to. They open in the morning when ever or if ever they feel like. Often past 8 am although the sign says 6. The afternoon take out window is often serviced by a young fellow who does not say a single word to you. He has often given me the wrong order and says nothing when you tell him, just finally gives you what you originally ordered. I do not think there is ever a manager present or how else can this continue as it has for more than a year now. read more

100% terrible just save your money and go to like Mac dons or dq even Taco Bell's better

Came through town looking for a quick bite and got it here. Saw two of the most helpful smiling counter employees I've ever seen in fast food. They were delivering food to the tables. Food is what you expect- Burger King food. With fast and positive service. read more

Swear to god I'm writing this review while still in the drive thru. There was 7 cars ahead of me and the window and now 30 min later there are still 5 cars ahead of me. I'm probably spending my whole hour lunch waiting for my food. Idk if it's a employee issue or a management issue but they need to do something about the long wait times. The last few times it's been a long wait time but this is getting ridiculous. read more

We stopped in here to grab a quick bit for lunch an took for ever to get out food they messed up several time an ended up still not getting our order right for fast food it was not vary fast an all the employees are kids an don't pay attention to the orders read more

This is the first time I've had a problem here but I ordered dinner here and asked for the bacon king no sauces and they still put ketchup and mayo on my burger everything else was fine but I'm just upset because it absolutely ruined the bacon no matter how much I wiped it would not come off the bacon so I had to throw it away. read more
