KFC - Thought this was cool :)) - Fast Food Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

We ordered the family 12 pc extra crispy chicken with mashed taters & gravy, coleslaw, and corn. What we got was soggy chicken, the most abominal "Mac & cheese", and biscuits that sounded like wood when we banged them against the table. Next time I will advise the Chevron gas station Krispy chicken to my out of town guest. read more

KFC - "Crispy chicken", "mac & cheese", and a biscuit. - Fast Food Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

Nelson was a very good host and employee. I would come back again just because of his service. I am from San Diego and was amazed with his customer service and interest in our trip read more

Slowest service I have ever seen! I should have gone to a restaurant based on how long this took for a simpleorder

Absolutely terrible. Double fried everything. Not even edible. The potato wedges could've broken a window. Check your food before leaving this dump. read more

every single time I go to kfc my food is always cold. they never listen to what you order. I find things floating in my drink. they have things listed on a website but don't have them in store. Every time I get food it's always greasy and has things on the packaging just over all gives gross vibes. As a person who gets Taco Bell/ kfc a lot I will no longer be getting it. read more

You won't deliver! My mother is an elderly woman and doesn't drive, I have no one that can pick it up for her and I don't live in the area. Every once in a while she craves Kentucky Fried Chicken and asks me to get her some, it's impossible cause you won't deliver and DoorDash doesn't pick up at this location! read more

Terrible service. Wait time was way too long for a fast food drive through and while there's multiple employees circling doing nothing. Literally over 30 minutes in the drive through line. Skimped on real size chicken pieces and tenders. Attitude when handing over the food. Not even 30 minutes after eating, had to run to the bathroom with stomach pains and the runs. Didn't seem like there was a manager on shift either. Never coming here again. read more

AVOID. Employees are super rude, and we got violent stomach cramps/poops after eating here today. We were totally fine before coming here. Employees had attitude and was a long wait in the drive thru. Probably got some contamination from their incompetence. Not coming back ever. read more

KFC - Been in line for 30 min - Fast Food Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

If I could give it a zero I would. The food was ok. But when we first went in it was a 17 minute wait minimum. So we when to the store and came back. We got our food and the butter I got for my biscuit was completely melted and the biscuit was super crumbly. For my chicken tenders I like using the KFC sauce and when we asked for it they didn't even know what that was. read more

Parked and headed inside to make an order, doors locked. I was in a truck and trailer and could not go through drive through. Talked to employee who was outside on smoke break to see if I could order at the door and then take it to go. No go. Employee expressed no interest in accommodating. Low energy and apathetic. I am not about to beg a business to take my order. This employee cost the business money. Went next door, they too were short staffed but they took my order and sent me on my way. Thumbs up for BK two thumbs down for KFC/ Tacobell read more

Placed order online ok. Followed signs to "Quick Pickup". Parked where it said. Walked to front door. It was locked. Walked to side door. It was also locked. Walked back to car and phoned the KFC. After approx 20 rings, a lady answered. I told her I was trying to do a "Quick Pickup". She explained that due to covid the building was closed and I had to use the drivethru. There were about 12 cars in the drive through lane. By the time I got to the window and got my order, It was 35 mins past my pickup time. My Bucket meal was cold, soggy and disgusting. I have eaten at this KFC before and it has been ok. It seems that the online ordering process is new to them and the bugs need to be worked out. I understand that staffing is difficult in these times, and I appreciate the efforts of those who are working. But if the building is closed due to Covid, then at the very least, take down all the signs that direct online customers to the "Quick Pickup" parking area. Better still, put up a sign that directs them to the Drivethru. read more

KFC - Drivethru line snakes around building - 35 minutes - Fast Food Near Me - Brookings, Oregon

I would give ZERO stars if possible! First off the cashier was extremely rude and her mask either didnt fit or she was wearing it wrong with her nose hanging out. Asked if they had boneless wings when we placed our order. Was irritated when we asked for honey for our biscuits. We got our order and left down the road back to Cali. On the way there tried the fries that were half empty, rock hard, and stale. Then went to bite a wing and noticed there was bones! Held out hope for the biscuit but was again disappointed as they were also stale and gross. Had to drive all the way back for a refund which they must be used to as they didnt give any issues with that. Thankfully I am not a local and will NEVER return to this location! read more

(Do they have a to raise the chickens first???) THEN they tell me they have NO CHICKEN AT ALL....... Not sure what part of "Kentucky Fried CHICKEN" they don't get....... I won't even get into all of the other horrifying details of the food and trash all over the kitchen floor or the broken front door...... Someone should shut this crap-hole down...... read more

This KFC is not worth the trip! My food was Luke warm. Mash potatoes thinned way out. Rolls not cooked all the way and tasted doughy! And what ever happen to asking me how l wanted my chicken? This KFC is absolutely the worse!! This place is horribly dirty all the time no matter what time of day u come in! The wait time for food is ridiculous! They run out of crispy chicken in the middle of the day and your food is never fresh! read more

10 minutes in line to get to place order, where I find out they are out of pot pie, which was the reason I came out in the rain to come here. Seems like a regular thing to be out of something after 7 pm. Not enough of one type chicken for an order or whatever Have now been in line for nearly 15 minutes, only 3 cars have been served! I certainly hope that when Burger King arrives, they can run a drive through line! Because I am through with this poor excuse for customer service! 20 minutes in line total And, a special thank you for putting the heavier chicken meal on top of the Mexican pizza And, to further descend into the abyss, the taco shells we're stale, the Cole slaw leaked all over, and no cutlery was provided read more

That sad moment when you drive 30 minutes to only return without the biscuits and sauce. Apart from that, did a mobile order, and had to wait additional time for the meal to be prepared, nice thing was that it was fresh, sad thing was that stuff was missing. read more

Every time I come here, I marvel At how, despite seemingly insurmountable odds, their drive thru service gets worse and worse and even worse! Speaker system sounds like the teacher from the Peanuts cartoons The bar is currently set low enough that an ant would have to go over it, not under! And, my order was 19.99 I was told $20 at the window read more

Well my experience was OK I mean the mashpotatos were no good and i mean the biscuits were ok and the chalupa and mac and cheese were no good. Now the good stuff about it was the free cookie and the chicken was good. Also the service was really fast because the food was cold. Also the service was bad. So im giving this a 3* review becuz of this. read more

Cathy and her crew were amazing. They went above and beyond for our five $20 dollar meal specials. They had everything separated and ready to go for when we arrived. We called our order in ahead of time which was so helpful with our big order. We drove 2hrs for kfc. Cathy and a crew member assisted my mom and I to the car. We will definitely make another road trip for KFC. The food smells and tastes delicious. Thank you so much again for the wonderful service. Thank you again Cathy and your crew read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Being here is like being kidnapped. I cannot fathom why it takes so long to get food here. My brain doesnt have the capacity to ponder such a quagmire as this. Make your own tacos and fried chicken at home before even considering coming here. That is all. read more

First off, i would like to say no one was wearing a mask. So, I ordered food online, then once I went there to pick up the food, they said the food was out of stock and they told me to get a refund. I then tried to get a refund, I texted them and got no answer. I called two different numbers and no one answered. So we tried to tell them that and they said it's not there problem and to get off their property. Lastly, we tried to get to understand how it wasn't their problem, but they ignored us and wouldn't open the door. read more

Been waiting half an hour still haven't gotten our food. Well what they have of our food. Seems like they're out of everything because people have no idea how to run a restaurant. You need to order food to have it in stock to sell. Not to mention how "understaffed" they are. Maybe if you paid employees better? Seriously get your shit together read more

THEY HAVE NO BISCUITS... Where are our extra potatoes? Why is Chris sitting while everyone else is not making our order? These are the questions we ask as they have no ranch. Although to be fair the food was digestible. Oh wait I found the ranch... It's smeared all over the table read more

This kfc/Taco Bell sucks . Everyone's attitude sucks. Didn't give me cream for my coffee or utensils. All my tacos were soggy & the shells were stale. Gave my boyfriend attitude about forgetting his fork. Water was good though. read more

sanitation was terrible. Has a mess everywhere u look. they don't empty their trash and theirs crumbs everywhere u look. tables were messy as well and had to whip them off. Although the sanitation isn't at its finest, the food was decent. the cinnamon twist and delights were pretty good! Chicken sandwiches were tough but good flavor and crunch and got the order right. fries also had good crunch. I'd recommend for takeout since it took us a very long time and its unsanitary. read more

We've given this place a few chances, only to be disappointed every time. The wait is never less than 15 minutes, inside or drive through, and not once has our order been correct. The last time we were there we went to the drive through, the window got closed on is after we paid, and we sat there and waited for our food for 20 minutes, while the employees inside visibly goofed off and played. Tried calling management and even tried contacting corporate to no avail. read more

Slowest "fast" food I've ever had. Not sure what the deal is here. I watched them make the food in the back at a snail's pace. It took exactly 23 minutes to get my food. Speed it up guys. read more

I would give this place a negative fucking one if I could. Fast food? I could have gone into the grocery store and bought myself a 3-course meal and been done with it by the time I was even able to place my order in the drive through. There were two cars ahead of me. That's it. But because they were all jacking each other off in the back, they wasted 30 minutes of my time over something which shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. Max. Fuck this place. read more

What a dump!!!! They were out of gravy, Mac and cheese, gravy and several other items. The was trash on the floor throughout the dining area.
