Since their reopening we have visited Little Caesar's twice. We had excellent service , the pizza was fab ( three meat treat add pineapple) and a ( three meat treat add pineapple and banana peppers ) . Good deal, hot , fast , drive through , and use the app for a coupon. What is not to like? ! read more

Very convenient, after the subway debacle the crew was hungry again, this time I phoned the order into Little Caesar's with no problem. The wife was able to go pick it up and one of the workers even helped her to the vehicle. Great customer service! Definitely will come here again. read more

So I would say that Little Caesars is very geographically convenient, a good price and it gets done relatively quickly after you order it. I would say that the pizza is adequate. It's not great pizza, but it will do the job if you have a hankering and don't want to spend $30. read more

Absolutely love the pizza! I used to get it from time to time before Little Caesar's closed down a few years ago and was so disappointed when it did. However, since the re-opening earlier this year, I've been super excited to try their pizza again after so long! The employees are super friendly and have given some great service, though I have noticed something I found concerning. When I went in to order a pizza a couple days ago, I noticed one of the male employees flirting with a female employee that looked way younger than him. If I remember correctly, the male has short black hair with a beard and I think a mustache? The female has a little past shoulder-length dirty blonde hair. She looks like a teenager!! I really hope I was just mistaken in what I saw but I'm really concerned about it and hope something can be done in the case that I did see correctly. read more

This place is awful, where do I ever begin. When it rains the roof leaks in several spots. The store constantly looks filthy. Half the time that I come here the food is inedible. The employees all have an attitude problem. Recently they've started closing off the perfectly fine public restroom so that they don't have to upkeep it. Ew read more

Worst pizza place in town. Hot N Ready is also not ready half the time so you end up waiting 30 minutes or so. If you want their pizza you're best off ordering online and going when you get the text that it's ready. read more

3 employees were not wearing masks and when I asked one kid to put his on he said with attitude "well I just got here". The manager was on duty and fully aware his employees were not wearing face masks. I called the store to speak to the manager and he said that some employees have breathing issues. So just so I understand, if you work in a food industry and you have direct contact with customers food and customers themselves you don't have to wear a state mandated required face mask if you don't want to? Stopped in because traveling, & LC's sounded tasty, and quick...sometimes I just get a hankering for it; you either relate to this, or you don't. Anyways, the woman at the counter was not only ver friendly, she actually looked at the pizza and said it was too low of quality to serve to me, and got me another. At most restaurants I would bother to review, this would hardly merit note, but for a Little Ceasars, it is exceptional service indeed. I have never had an issue with the pizza I have ordered. Rather it be Hot-N-Ready or one that I have custom requested. With that being said people need to realize they're not going to get a pizza that is going to rock their socks off for $5. So suck it up butter cup or go to Wild River for $40. This is AMAZING for the price. I however have some issues with the cleanliness of the staff and that has seemed to get better over time as I see a stronger management presence in the store. The store has also improved on overall cleanliness. If your food is wrong give them a chance to fix it, as a former food service employee, we are NOT mind readers and mistakes happen. read more

Due to a series of unfortunate events my mother was stranded in Crescent City without her car for a few days, she had her dog with her which made it impossible to go into any restaurant or stores to get food until she could access her car. She went to Little Caesar's to see if she could give someone cash to go in to buy her a pizza since she could not leave her dog alone in the hotel room. An employee walked by her and she explained the situation and asked if she could give him cash to buy a pizza for her, he denied her telling her he was 'too busy' and walked back into the store. My mom is an older, well dressed and well spoken woman who was in a situation where she needed help from strangers but she was told by an employee that he was 'too busy' to assist her when at a time that she really needed some compassion and generosity of a stranger. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service this employee showed at this location and hope other employees of this establishment are a little more kind than the one she experienced. read more

Fast, friendly and cheap. Drive-through microphone was broken so customers ordered from the pick up window and waited in the front parking lot. I had one ultimate supreme and chicken wings. The pizza was hot and delicious. Exactly what I needed for a late dinner after 4 hours drive from the Crater Lake. Open on Christmas! This was our Christmas meal while traveling. The employees were very busy, yet still very friendly and patient. Despite being busy, when an employee had down time they were cleaning, and it showed as the place was very clean. U want fast food. It's twice as fast as any place in town.. i just wish ..when they opened on sundays.. before the football partys ...there was actually something "hot and ready". . Always have to come back at halftime to get food. Food is always great and store is clean. THE WORST ... Slow, poor service and poor products. At 10 pm I ordered at the drive-threw and received a pizza that was cold and hard as a rock. Called them and asked them to make me a fresh one. Took it back and got a very skimpy pizza with little sauce, little cheese and a few little pieces of meat; as if they were upset with me and retaliated by making a sloppy skimpy pizza. By the way, I noticed a change in taste and quality of crust at this Little Caesar's also. No taste actually. Like eating cardboard. I got heartburn and stomach upset really bad. Makes me wonder why they retaliated for a mistake and my complaint of that mistake. read more
