I visited Subway and accidentally spilled my drink. I called for help but was ignored. When the employee came, she handed me a filthy rag with hair and told me to clean it myself. I was willing to clean it because I was just being nice, but when I asked for a cleaner rag because I felt uncomfortable, she refused and told me to use that rag. Very rude staff, dirty, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. My daughter went in to get a sandwich for both of us, and as she was about to leave, she accidentally dropped her drink. Being the respectful young lady I raised her to be, she offered to clean it up herself. Instead of handling it properly, the employee handed her a bowl and a dirty rag to clean the mess, absolutely disgusting. This was a young looking Indian woman who then told my daughter it was her fault, so she should clean it up. Excuse me? That's your job as an employee. My daughter doesn't deserve to be treated like that, and I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting her, especially not over something she was already being kind enough to take responsibility for. When my daughter politely said she had to go and that it was the employee's job, the woman got angry and told her to leave in a very rude manner. If this is how you treat customers, you need to reevaluate your staff immediately. She needs to start doing her job instead of trying to humiliate paying customers. read more

My friend went to this exact subway about an hour ago and she spilled her drink and the Indian lady in the front was all rude and unprofessional for no reason. In customer service, regardless of whether me or my friend spilled the drink the worker is supposed to clean it up. Not gonna lie, this place needs to fix their portion sizes and work on their customer service. It's disappointing when the employees look like they don't want to be there. I was helped by a Middle Eastern woman who seemed annoyed that I was there ordering food. Halfway through adding the toppings to my sub, I noticed the lettuce and tomatoes looked a bit old. The ingredients used to make a sandwich is going down hill. Not fresh at all. Wilted lettuce, rotting tomatoes, even the avocado was old and brown. If i could give 0 stars I would!!! I literally had to walk out of this subway. The store manager wasn't wearing a mask when I walked in, the other employee that was working had her mask half down. I decided to start my order besides my better judgment. and the "store manager" Jose walked over to the bread opened it up and started playing with his face mask and tried to put it on then grabbed the bread. he didn't change gloves or anything, touched his face then touched the food i was gonna eat.
