Center Cut Filet Mignon + Loaded Baked Potato
Amber C.

Celebrated an anniversary here and was into the cozy vibe + mood lighting, and the bar area is cool too. Staff were nice and helpful. The steaks and sides were prepared well, while the garlic poppyseed bread rolls and ranch dressing on the house salad were a bit of a surprise (both tasted more sweet than anticipated but not in a negative way). Their chocolate cake had an impressive size (enough to split and have leftovers) and was decadent. Will have to return to try more!

We had a work retirement luncheon here and I've never been here but was impressed with this place. Very nice inside and roomy. The food was amazing as we ordered several appetizers for our tables and all were great! I ordered the cedar planked salmon for lunch and wow it was amazing!! Our server was very nice and attentive all afternoon. Everyone said their lunches were good and tasty. We all thought it was a little overpriced that's all. They have great though!

Very nice dinner with friends. Seasonal drinks but, happily settled with a delicious spicy margarita, jalapeno vodka ;) . Had to order deviled eggs, after 3 others said they'll enjoy, so I didn't eat all 6 halves. Delicious yumminess I happily paid for too ;) As for dinner, so many good choices! Enjoyed the meat loaf with mushroom sauce ( something I don't cook myself) and switched from mashed to baked potato. The sauce on the side ended up on having with every bite! Truly, a very nice meal, I'll enjoy the leftovers!!

I'm amazed the rating is not higher! Nice inside, typical for a steak house. We asked the server for recommendations and ordered three of them! Everything was excellent! We started with steak egg rolls. Very Yummy. For me though, the pecan crusted trout stole the show! First, it was huge! Enough for three meals. It was so light and flaky. I would never have thought of pairing honey mustard with fish, but it was sooo delicious! The green beans & mashed potatoes were plentiful, but standard. Honestly, I didn't care because everything else was so good. I almost forgot about the bread... little sweet donut like bread rolls with a light cinnamon butter. I can't wait to return!

I would have given them 5 stars. I went on a Sunday they were totally busy and I would say understaffed. It was a longggggggggggggg wait time for everything, although I was seated right away. it seemed like I waited an eternity for my server. Someone did come and get my drink order and I still waited even longer for my server. She was kind just swamped and I have great patience so I understand but I waited a long time to place my order and then to finally get my food. I think I got a ribeye or New York paired with scallop potatoes. I ordered it well done just because trying new steak houses can be shifty. I was impressed with the quality of the meat. It was prepared perfectly. It wasn't overcooked it was still juicy and tinder--and had a delicious flavor. The bread that comes before the meal is absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. I want to try the eggrolls the next time I go and hopefully the wait time won't be so ridiculous. Very cute bar area. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant is huge and the staff was polite and friendly. My server was incredibly kind too. She was just overwhelmed. It was just me however I was there for like two hours. It was too long--she kept apologizing for it. Hopefully next time my wait time won't be so long.

My friend had a gift certificate for a dinner for two to this restaurant. My friend asked me to join her for dinner, and I went as I had never heard of this restaurant before, so I was interested in trying. I had glanced the menu beforehand and had in mind some appetizers that I was interested in ordering. Once we arrived to the restaurant, everything from the wait staff, to the ambiance was very nice. We were seated and our server (server name is Nester G) came right over to the table and immediately took our orders. What we didn't know, and to our pleasant surprise is that the gift certificate for two not only included two dinner entrees of choice, it included an appetizer, soup or salad, and dessert. I was totally shocked, in a great way! Especially since my friend explained as to the reason she received the gift certificate was due to an unpleasant experience at the restaurant in the past We ordered the Steak Rolls (appetizer), House Salad, Cedar Plank Salmon (Entree), 14 oz Ribeye (Entree), and Carrot Cake (Dessert). Everything was delicious! There was so much food for leftovers as well, as the portion size of the entrees were a nice size. And let's not talk about the massive size of the slice of carrot cake, it was huge enough to share some of the restaurant and take home for leftovers. I even went back a few days later to order a slice of carrot cake to go, that's how delicious the cake is! Well, Stoney River has won a new customer! I've been raving and sending pictures of the food to my other foodie friends to spread the word about the restaurant since dining there. I definitely plan to return to try more menu items! And my friend was happy to have a pleasant experience opposed to her previous experience, and she also will be returning to the restaurant in the future!

Steak Au PoiVre

What an amazing experience ... from the time we were greeted and quickly seated (he made reservations). Our waiter Trey was extremely attentive and highly recommended certain dishes. We ultimately decided on Him: The Draper (Bulliet rye whiskey: Blood orange: honey: orange bitters) 14 oz Ribeye with adding Oscar style (lump crab, asparagus with béarnaise sauce) and garlic whipped potatoes. Me: The Matador (El mayor blanco tequila: lime: honey) Steak AU poiVre Filet medallions finished in a peppercorn and brandy cream demi glace. With garlic whipped potatoes and broccoli For dessert, we chose the crème brûlée. Absolutely delicious! The ambience, the clean bathrooms and the staff were all on point. I highly recommend anyone that loves a nice steakhouse to go.

Such a lovely place. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic as well. 10/10 recommend.

They claim to have vegan options, but they don't. Yes, I know steakhouses aren't designed to be vegan-friendly, but this is misleading.

Just okay, nothing special about dining here. The steak egg rolls were delicious! Ambiance is better in the dining room for date nights.

Waitress asked if I had any allergies, I said no but my friend joining me soon was gluten free. My friend still had to specifically request the gluten free menu when she got there, after looking at the regular menu & not finding any markings of what food was gluten free. It would have been nice if the waitress had just brought it right away. I had the lunch size Gnocchi Carbonara, which was delicious! I did have the suggested wine pairing, which was very good with my food. And what a great idea to offer some lunch sized portions of some of the dishes (ends at 3pm). My friend had the gluten free grilled mahi mahi sandwich & side of Asian slaw, which she enjoyed. They weren't super busy & we sat quite awhile to chat. Really enjoyed it & will definitely go back. But I found it odd that the bar didn't have any chairs. Our server (I think his name was Darren, or something like that?) was very good. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken from their Life Balance section. I enjoyed it very much. I don't usually like warm tomatoes, but the ones in this dish were really good. Honestly, I'm surprised that this was a lower calorie dish, as it certainly was plentiful, filling and satisfying.

From Hostess Kierra, to Christian G & Amanda who teamed up together; we were offered a perfect experience. Kierra decorated a quiet table, away from drafts (as requested) before seating us. The house-made Grapefruit soda was declared "wonderful" by my companion who indulged in their signature Butternut Squash Bisque. He marveled at the delicately chopped apple in the middle. Delightful. Lobster Salad came out fresh and so beautifully plated. Large lobster pieces too! I thoroughly enjoyed Mini-Tenderloin Sliders along with a side of perfectly steamed broccoli. I regretted I could not order from their diverse wine menu this time. A red would have been the perfect accompaniment. We ordered two impeccably made, decaf Espresso coffees for dessert, but then... Amanda appeared with an unexpected, delicious, diet-busting celebratory treat. Thank you Capital Grille!

The drinks were amazing - def recommend the black tie margarita! Both of our steaks were prepared one step down from what we asked for - hence the lower review. If you're this expensive and known for your steaks, you should at least know the difference between medium and rare. The french fries were decent but a little too greasy. The brussels sprouts were okay. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily *choose* to come back here, but if someone else in my party really wanted to, I wouldn't be opposed.

Rarely does a restaurant give me the complete urge to want to return soon. Even more rare the urge to bring someone close along with me as a testament to my opinion in the experience. Yelp gets it right when it auto-lists food, service; and ambiance as the three pillars of the dining experience. If one falters the whole thing is off. I have visited Ruth's Chris three times in 2025 with three equal and impressive experiences in the three pillars. Ambiance. This location is a classic steakhouse dining experience. Upscale feeling without exclusion. Lighting just enough to keep you, your party, and your food in focus. Music in the background but just enough to provide energy without ever forcing its way into your face. Comfortable and consistent seating areas that provide a pleasant aesthetic experience. Service. Professionally dressed, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable servicing staff. No more needs to be said. Food. Each time I have had the filet and each time it has been absolutely perfect. At this point I think I've had ever appetizer. Caesar salad. Multiple desserts. The food is consistent and exceeds the expectations based on the cost. Every time. I reserved two seats in January for a date night for my wife and I. I don't do the reserving for my wife unless I can absolutely count on a great night out. This is it.

We have been consistently thrilled with both the service and the experience every single time. We always request Amy D., and without fail, she has taken exceptional care of us throughout all these years. I am genuinely puzzled as to why this location's rating is below a four-star average. Unfortunately, it appears that most--if not all--of the negative reviews stem from self-entitled, rude, and disrespectful customers. I say this with confidence, as I travel extensively for work and have witnessed firsthand the alarming level of disrespect many customers show toward those in the food-service industry. Ruth's Chris delivers first-class service, exceptional food, and an outstanding overall dining experience. Yes, there is a dress code--as there should be--though I've even noticed that it is not strictly enforced. To anyone complaining about this in their reviews: you have either never worked in food service or fail to understand that many establishments still operate under the outdated notion that "the customer is always right." As someone who does not work in the food-service industry, I can unapologetically say that many customers are, in fact, not "right"--but instead out of touch, discourteous, and lacking basic respect. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is absolutely worth the opportunity to enjoy one of the best steaks--and dining experiences--you will find anywhere. And one final reminder: tip your server well--they work hard, stay professional, and somehow manage grace while dealing with far more rudeness than anyone earning a living wage ever should.
