    My husband and I dined here for our anniversary! The table had rose petals and a menu with our name on it. Nice touch! Dinner was delicious! Steak cooked perfectly, appetizers amazing as well!

    Alex/Alexis is an EXCEPTIONAL waitress. She was very detailed on the menu, friendly, attentive to the table, listened about food allergies. We were all very pleased with the service! So much so that we only want her going forward. The food was ok. My hubby had the Japanese Waygu where the chef came out to explain and show the steak along with presenting my hubby with a certificate of authenticity. My sister and I had filets which were def overdone. We both asked for medium and received well done. She had hers recooked and I just kept mine. The ambiance and the decor are fabulous. We spent about $700 including a tip of $110. Will we be back, yes we will. Next time I'll ask for a medium rare steak. If you dine here, please let me know your thoughts.

    This place is pretty high-end and you will certainly pay for that. Food for the most part was very good but way too pricey IMO. Price is the only reason for the 4/5 stars here - I want to be clear. The appetizers were pretty awesome - Thick Cut Bacon (oh my), the Calamari, as well as the Lobster Bisque. My steak dinner was a special - bourbon soaked filet. It was OK, but not great. I felt the flavor was a little off (and I love bourbon). Dessert was Bananas Foster. This was a very delicious show. If you are in RO and you got a lot of cash to burn or want to impress some clients - then this is the place for you.

    The food is sooo good, but definitely on a pricier end, which is good - otherwise I'd be here overeating every day . Great service every step of the way - from being greeted to being served. Steaks are outstanding! Burger is delicious and filling. Side portions are big enough to split for 3-4. Brussel sprouts were very good- not overfried like many places serve it, here it doesn't feel greasy. Gruyère cheese potatoes are the best side dish ever! Try it! Pork chops were cooked just right with excellent flavor. And when you think there is no room for dessert- make some! Red velvet cake is worth the extra space (& pounds ) - and it's huge - 4 people can fill up and take leftovers home too.

    The most magical night! Thank you to Kelsey for making our FIRST marriage anniversary so special. We had ZERO expectations and almost canceled our reservation to just have takeout at home. My husband and I were welcomed by the most incredible hosts and led to our table that was covered in rose petals, accommodated by a lovely note signed by the entire staff. Kelsey treated us like royalty and ensured we were enjoying our experience the entire time. We cannot wait for our next anniversary so that we can experience it all again! Another shoutout to Tyler and Brian for employing Kelsey hehe. Thank you for making this a night to remember.

    Went in on a chill Monday night and had the best time. The space was cozy and I promise it was the best steak I ever had. I ordered a 6oz filet mignon and it was perfect. Also ordered asparagus, potatoes and a nice tasting cocktail as well. Our waitress Kay was super helpful with helping decide what to order. She was welcoming and kind which made the experience that much better. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

    What a gem in downtown Birmigham! This place is always great as a date night and delivers a consistent food and service (I've been here several times). Hyde Park Wedge Salad- The smoked bacon and candied pecans give this a nice crunch. It's a typical wedge salad otherwise. You can order the dressing on the side as a protip if you want to control how much you want on the salad. Ribeye Steak- The crust on this was incredible. It was well seasoned and didn't require anything else. The cut itself is a fattier cut, but my portion had a good balance of meat to fat. The onion straws were nice as well. Sauteed asparagus- The olive oil wasn't particularly high quality (it didn't have the grassy, peppery flavor of good quality olive oil) but the parmesan saved it because, hey, who doesn't like cheese?! Potatoes gratin gruyere- Very rich and heavy. I couldn't really eat much of this because it was just so unctious. They were good the next day as leftovers! Salted caramel cheesecake- Just a normal cheesecake, nothing special about it, although I was already so full that I couldn't eat more than a bite or two.

    The service was impeccable for a business dinner. The ambience was casual and the noise level was soft. I was able to hear everyone at the table . The lobster was savory and cooked to perfection. The bacon was so tender OMG! It's a must try! I'll be back.

I inquired about a drink another guest had, and the server said it was a mocktail that had white peach, strawberry, and coconut. I was disappointed because I have a coconut allergy, but the server immediately offered to bring me one without coconut. Appetizers were set on the banquet tables, and we could help ourselves. The shrimp were MASSIVE and they also had raw oysters served with them. They offered multiple sauces on the side for them. They also had dishes with cured meats, cubed cheese, and grape on the table. The dinner was served buffet style. All of the food was hot in the serving dishes. I was able to sample each of the offerings: Mediterranean crunch salad, sweet and spicy calamari, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, vodka rigatoni, Alfredo rigatoni, grilled chicken, salmon, and filet mignon. I am not personally a big fan of pasta or red sauce, but the spicy vodka rigatoni was AMAZING. the Alfredo rigatoni and roasted potatoes were also great. I do think that the roasted vegetables would have benefited from some seasonings, and the salmon could have used a sauce or additional seasonings. The grilled chicken was personallyt favorite protein. The filet mignon did have some pink in the middle, but it was still a bit on the dry side. During dessert they brought out trays of mini desserts to each table. At this time the server who had taken my drink order hours early came to my table and brought me a giant portion of mango sorbet. He told me that he didn't know if I could eat any of the desserts, so he verified that the mango sorbet did not have any coconut in it and brought some for me. It was so nice!!! He remembered a comment I had made hours earlier, and unprompted brought my own allergy free dessert. I wish I had gotten his name! It really made my night. I will definitely be back in the future! The lighting was intimate , the service was spectacular, and the spicy rigatoni was great.

I ordered the 220 burger that came with fries. Price was about $20 which I was totally fine with. The food was very good. Lots of flavor on the burger. The various toppings worked quite well. My one knock would be the bun; it wasn't toasted so the burger lacked some structural integrity. That and the onion jam which seemed more like cooked onions than an actual jam. Overall, an A rating for a burger (2nd best tier). The fries were plentiful and had nice crisp. A little more salt could have boosted them even higher, but I was pleased with them. Overall, really solid burger and fries.

The oysters were so fresh, the harissa shrimp was outstanding, and my lamb chops were cooked to absolute perfection. We shared a lot of items, so we got a good idea of what this place offered and I don't think anyone in our party were disappointed. We ended up splitting the bill evenly between all of us and were surprised that we didn't spend more money. The potatoes were also somewhat dry and a whole different temperature than the meat coming out of the kitchen. The Fleming's Potatoes were good. I don't know if the cheese on top is supposed to be crunchy by the time it comes to the table, but would've preferred it to be more melty. It was better when I reheated them for leftovers. Overall for it being a fancier option for a steakhouse and for them miss the key points they should highlight, it was disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. The staff were all friendly and made the experience more enjoyable.
