I have been eating at this location for yearsssss and always have a great experience. The food is fresh, yummy, reasonably priced, and the staff are so sweet! (Love the pepper garlic tri tip and bbq salad and don't even get me STARTED on their ranch I could bathe in). I often modify my salads and they are so welcoming like it's no big deal. Nadia is one of the managers and I just love her and tonight I ordered with MacKenzie and she is A DOLL! She was so helpful and kind even though the restaurant was busy. I am not sure if they were in a hurry to get my order to me or what, but I just had a pretty bad experience and a pretty good experience at the same time. Good: My order was delayed and the team were super communicative and checked back with me multiple times. They were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about the time. I appreciated their service. Bad: Because the order was delayed, I think they severely under seasoned everything. My daughter's alfredo kids meal was nothing short of boiled pasta served. It looked like they missed all sorts of anything on it to be honest. I bought it home to her going, "YUCK!" She never has used those words to describe pasta. I ended up trying a bite and have to agree. Next comes the breadsticks. Looking at the pictures, they look like they have some sort of cheese/garlic/butter on them. I was provided completely plain breadsticks. This was bread baked in the oven and put in a bag and given. I am highly disappointed in what I was given. Both pasta for my kid and my breadsticks completely missed the mark. Apart from their service being awesome, the food absolutely stunk. The service I received was good, the location is good and the restaurant is clean and welcoming, however the cooks really need to learn how to do things correctly. We placed an order for the Tri tip and chicken, Caesar salad with salmon, avocado and the carrot cake. The chicken was raw, the Tri tip was tough to chew on and the meat and poultry portions were very small for the price we paid. Plus they charged a lot for the small slice of avocado for our salad. I know other places that offer you a big meal for a large price but at least they give you portions that make it worthwhile. My recommendation is to look elsewhere for good quality Tri tip that isn't tough on your teeth and chicken that is actually cooked. The cooking staff really needs to learn how to cook and to serve more generous portions and the restaurant needs to charge less for those small portions. read more

What made it worse was that I was then asked to wait while my actual dinner sat and got cold. After driving only about four minutes home, we found that while the chicken was outstanding and the Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, the tri-tip and breadsticks were cold. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but Jazmin responded quickly with a sincere apology and offered us a complimentary Two-Person Meal. That alone showed they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. When we returned on Monday, there was a small issue with the redemption text because the expiration date had already passed. Gavin and Omar, the manager, handled it professionally, honored the offer without hesitation, and made sure we were completely taken care of. They were courteous, respectful, and made the entire experience easy. I also have to mention the value of the Two-Person Meal. The portions are incredibly generous. It was enough to feed our family of four (two adults and two hungry kids), and I could easily see it providing two adults with leftovers for another meal. The combination of chicken, tri-tip, sides, salad, and bread is an excellent value. Every restaurant can have an occasional issue. What impressed me was how Stonefire Grill responded. I've only ever gotten pickup from this place and while it might be a little pricey for some, it's almost always worth it. The ingredients are quality and portions are unmatched (they fill the personal pasta container TO THE BRIM), the garlic mash is incredible, and oh my god the carrot cake is heavenly and a single slice is enormous. Occasionally it can be a little inconsistent. For example, sometimes the added chicken is kind of shredded and it doesn't seem like you get a lot, but then other times you get big square chunks...or they might go light on the pesto sauce but then most other times there's tons of pesto pooled at the bottom (which I love)...all that said, I've never been unhappy with an order. They've never messed up an order, it's always prepared by the quoted time, and someone is assisting you pretty much right when you walk in. I've never had to wait. Last night Wednesday, March 11 6:00pm my husband and I took our 15 guests for dinner at this restaurant. They included my grandson and his wife visiting from Oregon. We were all looking forward to catching up and having a good meal. The meal was great and the service excellent!! The young lady who took our order was incredibly helpful to suggest and helped us with our order from the menu for our large group. During our mealtime and conversation a woman with a boy of about 9 years old approached our table and asked for money! My son in law told her he would buy them a meal but she refused and said she was asking money to shop at Target. My son in law told her " well then no I will not give you money. ". Just then the restaurant's captain approached and asked her to leave the restaurant and not to return! She was firm and the woman left. I made sure to thank thank the restaurant's manager and captain (I am sorry I cannot recall their names) Thanks to your excellent employees we were able to have a wonderful time and enjoy great food!! read more

As I came to pick up carrot and cheese cake (which of course was ready to go) I added on pasta in which the shift lead immediately informed the kitchen to minimize the wait, and the blonde haired gentlemen struck up a conversation with me.
