Papa T's Dirty Fries Basket! Great as an appetizer to split or have as a meal!

Great Bar-B-Que restaurant own and run by a family that cares about their customers and cares about serving great food! While other local restaurants have pork steaks, cheeseburgers & hamburgers ask yourself this; "How many have Papa T's Dirty Fries!?!?!?" A bed of crisp shoestring French Fries covered with tangy sweet pulled pork, crumbled up crispy bacon and sliced pickled jalapeños with the right amount of yummy Nacho Cheese Sauce with a touch of sweet bar-b-que sauce added for good measure and there you have my friends "Papa T's Dirty Fries"! Great to buy as an appetizer and share with friends or fantastic to have as a fulfilling mean by itself. Give them a try and trust me, you will be back for more! (Also, if you are a Sweet Tea fan, their Sweet Tea is on point!)

We had the triple cheeseburger, Chicago dog (without a bun), and buffalo chicken w/pulled pork sandwich. Everything tasted amazing! It was too hot to sit outside, but they have a nice outdoor patio. Service was great too!

Inside of the restaurant. It was clean, food was delicious and service was above par

Great food, I had the pork steak with slaw & fries and the voodoo Rueben dog. The pork steak was perfect, fries were crisp and done perfectly, slaw was great wish we got more. Taking the dog with me for later. You get a pickled okra to start off the meal. We definitely come again and try the gumbo.

Excellent choice with the Dirty Dawg, it has pulled pork and it was awesome.

Driving to KY from CA and we always look for these types of local restaurants. First off... best ribs I've ever had and most likely ever will have. Super nice guy, he was going solo while we were there. My son got the Dirty Dawg and he loved it. If we are ever in the area again we will come back. This was so good I'd drive an hour or two to eat here again.

Great food, generous portions, reasonable prices, amiable service. What more could you want? Off the beaten path but worth seeking out.

Food was fantastic and the owner is such a fun guy to talk to. The decor made you feel you were way down south!

The vibe was just right! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. We had the hush puppies as an appetizer! For our entrees, we had the pork link poor boy sandwich, the crab roll, and the lobster roll (warm with butter), and all of them were delish! Every bite tasted like quality ingredients and careful preparation. If you're looking for great seafood in St. Louis, this place is definitely worth the visit. The staff were very friendly for our first time. Our server dropped off waters for us right away. It was a seat yourself concept where you order via the QR code, which made ordering easily. We started with caviar deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes, both of which we devoured. The green tomatoes are thicker and had a good bite to them! The gator po'boy was good, though on the dryer side. I would have loved more of the sauce on mine. The chips were perfectly crispy crunchy! My partner got the lobster roll and scarfed it down in a few bites. A bit on the pricier side since it's based on the market value, but still delicious. Great location and delicious food, we'll be back!

The quality of the seafood was a very clean tasting seafood. Even the shrimp had a nice clean flavor. And we're you looking for butter? Oh, they do (not) spare the sticks of butter at this place! The potato. Oh yes, I said "potato". I have never had a seafood bowl - have (just) a single potato. The potato tasted absolutely great. But 1 potato? That was a joke - especially after you see what these items cost! The garlic butter: There was plenty of butter. Tye flavoring of the butter, certainly was unique of sorts. Seemed to have (possibly) a chili powder base. And though I thought it was good...I also got tired of the taste, after a bit. The Big Downer at this place: Cost. You see my (2) platters. Add (3) cans of Coke - the cost was $150.00. Yes, that's correct: $150.00. Sure, there's a whole lobster on one of the platters. BUT, it wasn't that big by any means. And let's remember: 1 potato was included in the platter. 1 small red potato, came with it; at that price! Lol. Conclusion: Krustaceans is where you should go - for the seafood boiler platters. A much better combination of quality, value and price.

Once I saw what the weekly special pasta was, I had to have it. I am a huge fan of Smoked Salmon and they did theirs in house. The pasta not only had the smoked salmon, it also had sautéed red onion, a tangy European style cream cheese sauce and cavatappi pasta with fried cappers and fresh dill. The cream sauce was perfect. It was just a light covering, enough for flavor without being overwhelming. As always, the portion was healthy, so I had leftovers for the next days lunch. I enjoyed it chilled and it was like eating a cold pasta salad. DPH always gets bonus points from me for having eco-friendly to-go vessels. My adult beverage of choice for the seafood pasta, was a glass of Pinot Gris. I prefer a Grigio, but they only had the Gris. Gris is fairly similar to Grigio. I always say, it's like a first cousin, once removed. Service is always top-notch. It doesn't matter if you are sitting at a table or the bar, you'll be treated right.
