We parked, walked in, and it was packed... so, i thought okay maybe the food is decent. We sat down, were given water and menus. We both picked our breakfast entree and opted for coffee. The food came out fast, our waitress was nice and quick. Her pancakes were very large, they came with bacon, hash browns, and eggs. It was more food than she knew what to do with. She ended up getting half of it to go. My chicken fried steak was crispy, tasty, and had a decent amount of gravy on it. The eggs were obviously cooked on a flat top, and they had a nice texture to them. The hash browns had a bit too much butter for me - i had to over season them because they were soggy. My only other complaint was the amount of flies buzzing around. Other than that, it exceeded my expectations. I am glad I didn't judge this book by its cover.
