I ordered the Hatch'd By You which consisted of two eggs, meat, hash browns and and English muffin. I thought everything was great. The eggs were spot on and the hash browns were super crispy - exactly how I like them! Hatch'd is a true example of how a restaurant should be run. The owner, Josh, worked alongside his staff, and also stopped by at every table to introduce himself and check on their dining experience. Our waiter was also incredibly polite and suggested some great, personalized customization to our dishes. The place has a very welcoming atmosphere.

We thought we had to wait for a long time, but it actually went quick (like 5 minutes) when we got there. We did not realize this place had an upstairs, until our waiter guided us. This place looks very large on the inside compared to what it looks like on the outside. The restaurant also had an rustic atmosphere. With exposed pipes, rusted decor, and 80's memorabilia on the shelf. We ordered coffee here, and one of them came in a Christmas cup. Even though it was six months away. My wife chuckled on how they served her coffee in a Christmas cup. Mine came in a plain white cup. But I still excessively chuckled on how funny the menu is and the staff are. The staff are very attentive to how your food tastes and make plenty of funny jokes with you. They also are very descriptive on what the specials on pancakes and omelettes are. As well as being very honest. I ordered the Benny's Got Beef Or Belly with Brisket. I know, long name. I watched the weather while my food was being prepared, and occasionally looking at the PBS TV nearby. My wife was drawing with my 11 year old daughter (and writing "secret messages") as their food was being prepped and prepared. When my food finally came out, I immediately took a bite. The brisket was very juicy and tender. And the eggs were delicious on the side. I tried this place several years ago. Was still the same good taste that I remember when I took my wife to this place. Very amazing place. Will come again.

Two eggs on top of tender hash browns, smothered in gravy and topped with cheddar cheese, Yum! Servers are attentive & friendly. Definitely recommended.

We had business in this area so the family and I decided to stop for breakfast after. After looking…read moreup restaurants online since we were unfamiliar with this area, we chose Sunny Street Cafe based on photos we saw. It was pretty busy for a Friday morning but it was the day before a holiday so I'm sure a lot of people were off work. It took about 20 minutes to be seated. After getting our drinks and putting our order in, we didn't see our server again. It took a very long time to get our food, well over 30 minutes. The restaurant was extremely warm. With temps being in the heat advisory range, their air conditioning seemed to be struggling to keep the restaurant cool. When we finally got our food, my daughter who only ordered a stack of pancakes had to wait even longer to get her food. A stack included 4 good sized pancakes which she enjoyed. I ordered the Our Famous Hearty breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and chicken sausage. I also upgraded to the Key Lime blueberry pancakes. They were my absolute favorite and a must try. I didn't think I would like the chicken sausage based on looks but they were pretty good as well. However, my scrambled eggs and hash browns were completely cold. I'm not one to send back food but I couldn't eat them. She did quickly replace them. My other daughter ordered the Waffle combo with eggs fried hard and a side of fruit. She enjoyed her food as well. My husband ordered the Meat Lovers breakfast with sourdough toast and over easy eggs. He said it was good. The server dropped our bill off not long after we received our food and then we never saw her again like before. We needed to go boxes so my husband went to the counter to ask for some. When he tried to get the attention by saying excuse me to the person working the counter, she looked at him and walked away. So he said excuse me again and she came and helped him with to go boxes. Overall, the majority of the food we had was really good. The hospitality and service was a bit lacking.
