I have ony found this in St. Louis but it is probably my favorite way to have wings. The burnt ends were cooked perfect. The wings didn't look right when they came out, you can see in the picture that they look burned. They were not, the sauce was put on and allowed to cook until it carmelized. Brisket was fantastic, I find it really hard to find a good brisket and this one was moist and packed with flavor. The sweet bbq sauce was great too. The baked beans had great flavor, didn't feel it was too sweet like some can be. I also really enjoyed the fountain soda selection, all very unique flavors from a not so common brand. The most frustrating experience was when we invited friends to meet us there who drove quite a distance, only to discover that the restaurant was closed despite there being no indication of that on their Facebook page. We actually walked inside and found someone working behind the bar, who then told us they weren't open. Had the closure been posted online, we obviously would have made other plans and saved our friends the drive. We really want to like this place because we remember how good it was before the move to the restaurant. Hopefully they can get the service, organization, communication, and consistency worked out, because the original operation gave us a reason to become customers in the first place.

Salmon was smoky and flaky, the fries the hand cut style with skin on. Both tasted great with my favorite coffee BBQ sauce. The hushpuppies came out piping hot with a sweet sauce on the side.
