The portion is HUGE and the food is amazing. Anything you order from there will get you right. I also ordered the Strawberry Lemonade which was really good and sweet. I placed an order for pickup. Tried calling to confirm the time, but nobody picked up the phone. I arrived when the email said, only for them to tell me it was delayed 30 minutes. I came back 30 minutes later and they told me the order couldn't be completed because they didn't have the ingredients necessary. I've only had breakfast here so today seemed like a great day to see what they were doing for lunch. Service was great as it typically is despite it being a different crew which is awesome and the time from ordering my food to when it arrived was perfect! I had the Korean Chicken Sandwich which was very yummy and enormous (they cut it into 3 sections so I had leftovers) and their fries which are always perfectly crispy. I requested the pickle and coleslaw on the side (no additional charge) because what's a diner meal without them? Our server was attentive and very patient. It was a party of 10 and he made sure to listen and all our orders came out as requested. I had the chipotle salmon wrap which was good enough to be split between two people. My friend didn't like the salmon however I enjoyed it, maybe it's just a preference. The waitress was a nice lady but she was gone for so long, we could not find her at times when we needed things. I tried this place AGAIN with reservation based on my last experience.... big mistake! I ordered a Mexican Burger which comes with jalapeño, cheese, chipotle mayo, and lettuce. My food came out as a cheeseburger (cheese dry as if it had been on the bread for some time) and jalapeños. I asked for a menu to be sure I acy ordered the correct item. The manager (Telmo) came and explained that they don't put any additional items on the burger because it sits under the warmer and they don't want the bread to be soggy. My next question was... why would it be under the warmer that long that the bread got soggy???? His disposition was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I then said I would like to send the food back because why do I need to make my own specialty burger and why is the food stale???? He then reached over me to snatch the burger and walked away. No apology. No fixing the problem. Just nasty! The waitresses then decided to laugh and discuss my dissatisfaction. NEVER GOING AGAIN! Almost forgot to mention my daughter ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of onion rings. Both the chicken and onion rings were extremely hard and looked to be refried. We had such a great experience! My husband and I came last Sunday morning for breakfast. Our server Emily, was super attentive, friendly, and made us laugh. A good burger nowadays it's kind of hard to find but State Street gets it right! Customer service; immediately as I walked in Shuan (Sh-aw-N) greeted me they gave me my options for seating arrangements, I wanted to sit next to the window so I can see my bike and there was no issue. He took my order and had coffee on the table asoon as I sat. The restaurant told me, I needed to call the delivery service. (Note: I placed the order via restaurant website). I called the service and basically got the runaround when order was already 45 after the promised time. This was my last time ordering from the business as they contract delivery service.
