This was my second visit to this location , and I have to drive about thirty minutes to get here , so it's an intentional choice that I am picking because I could very well go to somewhere around my own town. Both times I have been here there is a guy who is in the front who looks like a manager because he's not dressed like the servers and he is looking down clearly doing something , but if i'm standing right in front of you , the least you could do is pick your head up and acknowledge the fact that i'm standing there, so rude. Servers , on the other hand and the female hostess were all sweet. I ordered the Turkey Panini because I was looking for something simple to eat for lunch and it was a little dry.I wish they had put more of the balsamic dressing on there. I'm happy I ordered a side of the truffle fries.Because they were delicious.I could have had that as my lunch alone , paired with the passion fruit green tea that I had also very delicious. I met my friend here for brunch per a coworker's recommendation. I've passed Willow & Whisk and had been meaning to try. The menu has a great mix of drinks, breakfast items and lunch items. There's something for everyone. We shared the elote dip which I thought was ok. I had a matcha lemonade and the grilled cheese with truffle fries and my friend had a berry spritz mocktail and the prosciutto panini with regular fries. I really liked my matcha lemonade and the truffle fries and dipping sauce, not sure what was in it. The grilled cheese itself was good, not amazing. My friend liked her drink and food. The service and staff are great! I got here before my friend but they sat me and didn't make me feel rushed as I waited. The interior is welcoming and bright. The bun was so soft like it just came out the oven and all ingredients paired so well together.The chicken had a crisp to the texture and moist not dry. I had the maple-Dijon salad as my side. To be dressing was so tasty with fresh lettuce. I fell in love with the freshly made pita chips and feta dip it was a shareable and menu special. I had a mocha frappe and the way it came out looked perfect! It was blended very well. Our waiter he also made it a pleasant experience. Very accommodating to however and whatever we needed. Both were outstanding the frittatas came with a side sauce that was amazing! We shared a couple of entrees and stuck with lunch. This lovely establishment is a 5 minute walk from the Paper Mill Playhouse in Milburn, NJ. A convenient place to eat either before or after attending an event at the theatre. The dining room is modern and decorated with trees and lighten that create a cozy eating atmosphere. The service was phenomenal. We were a group of 20 and our orders were taken quickly and served accurately. The food was very well prepared and presented elegantly. I especially enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. The French Toast bites were a delightful surprise. People seemed to enjoy shishito peppers, I'll take their word as I am not a fan of peppers. My Willow Burger was a taste sensation. I was with a party of six and at 11AM, we were all in a breakfast mood. We tried and all liked the Brioche French Toast, the Mushroom Thyme omelet and the Shakshuka. The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with lemon curd and blueberries just didn't hang together. (Only four dishes for six people because two of us ordered the omelet and two the French toast). Overall the food was very good and the portions generous. Beverages were fine. The service was a bit spotty, possibly because we had two waiters who seemed to be tripping over each other. It shouldn't take three requests to get a glass of water. But overall, a place I'd try again. read more

We went during lunchtime on a Friday and it was packed, but we were able to grab the last seats at the bar. The food was so good! My husband and I shared a bowl of potato leek soup- perfect for a chilly day. He ordered the crispy shallot burger with sweet potato fries and I went with the BLT. Both were so tasty. I loved the combo of the perfectly cooked bacon with the aioli and rosemary focaccia. The bread itself was so fluffy, I loved the thickness of the whipped cream that came on the side, and the strawberries weren't too artificial tasting. It is absolutely beautiful inside, and there are also plenty of outdoor seating. My friend and I were seated in the inside small room. It's great because the noise level was less. The music unfortunately was a little bit too loud. It was difficult to talk to each other. Hence the 1/2 star deduction. We ordered the mini bite size French toast to share. It was excellent. The cream cheese sauce was heavenly. It also came with lots of fresh fruit on top. I really like my mushroom omelet. The coffee was also very good. My friend's eggs benedict was also excellent. The restaurant filled up within 20 minutes, but the seating is distributed and it felt pretty spacious / not too loud in spite of how busy it was. Service was good and the food was excellent, with numerous vegetarian options. Dropped the rating down to four stars because we asked one server about a food allergy and unfortunately he gave us incorrect information, which we only caught when the food arrived.
