As a addict to caffeine - the location of this Starbucks was great news! It an easy 5 minute drive from my parents digs. Most SBs are typically the same - this one no different. but service is great and the baristas are always cool - one girl in particular - I don't know her name - but she is full of energy and the 2 times she made my drink, we ended up having a conversation - really chill girl! I really like that there is a lot of seating and there is a mens and womens bathroom. Sweet! read more

This is like every Starbucks; they can not keep up with the line of customers, you have to say at least three times your order even if it's a plain and simple latte and they mess it up 8 out of 10 times. I always used to ask for the receipt as what I got was not what I ordered. I prefer Barista's on 10t Street the most, then Peet's coffee. No more Starbucks for me! read more

For having so many people working at once it still takes FOREVER to get your drink. I ordered my drink over 30 mins ago and it's still not ready. Mind you it's nothing complicated just a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. We are big coffee drinkers & were so happy when they opened this one on our side of town. But this the slowest Starbucks we've ever been to! How slow? On many occasions we've stopped in Livermore on our commute to get coffee instead of here which is only 2 minutes from our house. Even when there's only 1-2 people in line ahead of us we still end up waiting 15 minutes for a simple drip & breakfast sandwich. Very slow service! read more

Worst service ever, the barista screwed up the same drink three times (1st it was the wrong size, then she tried to make it iced instead of hot while she used her fingers to reuse the teabags from the previous drink mistake, and last they forgot a basic ingredient to make the drink) all in ten minutes and never once did the barista bother to read the drink label to actually make the drink correctly. I get that its busy and some orders can be complicated but there were no substitutions to my order and the barista still managed to screw it up 3 times despite other employees telling her to read the label. If you can't read or don't want to, you shouldn't be the one making drinks. read more

Ordered a kids white hot chocolate with no whipped cream and a house coffee with room. Went put milk in but there was no canister for milk and only an empty canister for half and half. When I told the barista about it, she then asked for me to bring up the canister for her to refill. After the half canister it was refilled, I asked again about 2% milk. She then asked me to bring my cup up to the service counter for her to pour the milk directly from the 1 gal jug. No big deal. After driving away, my son told me he had the wrong drink. It was a kids white mocha with some type of flavoring. Went back in and told the barista in which she asked the other barista to remake the drink. He then proceeded to make 5 other drinks then left (maybe on break?). When the original barista I spoke to finally made the drink, it also was also wrong. It was a regular hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. As we were again in the car leaving and tired of waiting, I told my son to just drink it. I would understand if this was a busy time but there was only a few people in line and a few more currently waiting for their drinks. I believe that it should be a priority to remake a drink. read more

Worse starbucks I've been too. The lines always long. The baristas are messy, my drink had caramel all around it and she handed me the drink knew it was sticky and didn't even bother wiping it. I see more people waiting around for their drinks and pastries and none of the baristas have time to acknowledge what the hold up is. Never again. 2 stars for my drink being actually tasty and not taking as long. I did have to wait an extra 5-10 Minutes for a cookie i purchased for my son that didn't have to be heat up.. Found a very old freebie card for a beverage I received a very long time ago. The staff initially did not want to honor it but seeing as there was no expiration date I persisted. Four stars for the difficult time I had with the cashier and manager before they decided to honor the certificate. Otherwise, the location is nice and spacious. read more

We drink a lot of sbux and this place happens to be the closest to our home, so we go a lot. And honestly, with a chain like sbux it's just always as good as the staff is.. and the staff is always super friendly and easy going here, kudos for all of them! What can you say about the products? It's sbux so nothing exceptional, but just good and that happens to be exactly how I like my coffee. PS: They tend to be a little slow in the morning, so if you're in a rush your best bet would be Pete's across the street... They have excellent customer service and aren't rude not like other ones. So glad I live close by so that I can come in every day. Love it here and love the workers. This is the closest Starbucks to my place, but I rarely go here.. WHY. .?? I really don't know. I'm sitting here with my youngest daughter while she does her hw and this place is wonderful..!! The gang that works here are smiling and pleasant.. every time we come here. The last time I came here I gave the young lady my coupon for VC since I wasn't going to use it. It was going to expire that day, but she was cool with it cause she was going out with her bff.. So that was awesome . I love that I can make someone's day plus she made my day cause she refilled my hot tea with new tea leaves which she told me that they're supposed too not just add hot water which I've been getting from the other 3 Starbucks..!! READY.OK. Rolled out of bed in guest bedroom at friends. (late night) first objective: hit Starbucks for the drive home (home is approx 1hr 45min away.) walk in and order the usual (cause it's 2017 and who doesn't have a usual at this point) grande cold brew please. Barista (who's name I sadly didn't catch) kindly lets me know they are sold out of cold brew, now I don't know what he saw in my face cause I tried not to panic as he said those words but I assume it was an immediate look of despair, and right as I saw the whole day crashing and burning to the ground (I'm not dramatic) it probably sounded more like a disgruntled grunt to him tho, he looks up and says iced coffee with an add shot? I'm skeptical at first... like what kind of sorcery is this I couldn't possibly stray from my usual ( am I right?) but follows with an "I promise it'll be just as yummy." So I agree. (like at this point IV me the caffeine) he was right. Still just as yummy and got me back to my car where I could now happily sing karaoke all the way home. I salute you Barista for keeping my day on track with out skipping a beat. Actually the whole staff was pretty nice and this is my new fav bux in the Tracy area. Somebody give that guy a raise. Can I just start by saying Madison I guess is some what of a "Supervisor" here, and does not work well under pressure whatsoever. She is in the wrong business, one being customer service, two food/beverage industry & three as a supervisor. She's like 20 yrs old, ruder than I can explain and has no idea how to conduct herself in a professional manner unless things are all peachy and happy is the only time u see her somewhat happy. But as soon as the stuff hits the fan she's throwing condescending jabs left n right. This place has sure gone to crap since the originals left, I waited over 28 mins for my mobile order and when I asked Madison she said "We're pushing them through and will get to you." I used to love this plaza but now with snotnose kids thinking they're running things and they're soooooo not! I would rather wait in the 20 car line drive thru on Clover rd! This particular Starbucks is always getting it wrong, whether it's not shaking my soy milk correctly and leaving it chunky, or not leaving off foam but today was the last straw. Placed an online app order for the new Almond Milk macchiato and show up for it not to be ready. They have no almond milk! This is the FIFTH time this has happened where I make a mobile order and I show up to an unfinished drink due to a missing ingredient. I have never had an issue with any Starbucks from SF, to SJ to LA and Anaheim. Get it together Tracy, you guys suck! read more

My husband and I recently moved here from the bay area after purchasing a home and have been Starbucks faithfuls in Santa Clara. We literally go everyday! Loved our Starbucks team there so were apprehensive about changing. I just never thought it would be so bizarre! Really weird and uncomfortable!! A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in as usual before starting my day to get a coffee. While waiting for my drink I noticed one of the barista's smiling at me, so of course, I smiled back. Don't we all? It's the kind thing to do, right? Suddenly she had a straight face. At the time I didn't even know her name or who she was. I just felt uncomfortable with her sudden change in character. So for the past couple of weeks I continued going there as I would if I lived in Santa Clara but noticed she never looked at me or smiled anymore. Did I do something to you, Lauren? Did I smile too big? so weird. You should really get to know someone before judging them.... I'm happily married with a toddler. After today, I felt so uncomfortable that I don't think I'll go to this Starbucks anytime soon. There are other Starbucks and a Peet's inside Railey's. Who wants to go into an establishment that makes you feel unwelcome? If you don't like a customer regardless of whether or not you know them, you should still treat them with respect and kindness. I LOVE COMING TO THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION! Its one of the best in Tracy. I live down the street from this location and I try and make it in on most mornings. Everytime I come here, the staff greet me by name. Its nice to see that the store manager, Roger, actually takes the time to gain a relationship with his customers rather then being rude like at other locations (Clover St and Naglee Rd). Just like any store, they have messed up on my order, but if they do, the supervisors always apoligize for the mistake, make my drink again, and offer me a free drink coupon. This is my favorite Starbucks in Tracy, in part I think, because it's the largest. I never feel too crowded here, even when its busy. Parking here is also the easiest. I was really delighted to see something new today (at least to me). The goat cheese and garden veggies was the perfect afternoon snack. It's a mini round of goat cheese and fresh veggies (mini tomatoes with a handful of haricot vert, cucumber slices and red bell pepper slices) with tzatziki dip and apple-cranberry crackers. I actually made due with just the dip. It was just enough, even with my tendency to double dip. The tzatziki was nice and lemony with just the right amount of dill. The cucumber slices looked like mini dill pickles, which just made me smile. My mini round of cheese is just the right size for tomorrow's breakfast omelet. My only bummer is they didn't have sugar free salted caramel syrup. I made due with hazelnut, but secretly wished I could have had the sugar. The friendly efficient staff made up for it, though. There is another Starbucks I go to in the city where I'm lucky if they even deign to wait on me. read more
