Not sure how I feel about this location for Starbread. I've been to this location for a few years now. I've been into Starbread since going to the union city and Newark bakery many years ago. I don't think the Newark one is still around. The Starbread is in this little shop. There's no seating. The parking can be limited. Anyhow, I don't know what it is. The Starbread at this location tastes slightly different and seems to get stale much quicker. They're still good but not sure if I'd want to get as much of an order like I used to. I also had picked up pastillas for my son. They were obviously old. They were practically hard as a rock. I suggest dates of when produced and/or at least an expiration date on the container. I'm hoping it was just an off day when I did visit.

Delicious señorita bread! A must whenever Im in the area. I Also enjoy their pork and chicken skins to snack on. The servers are very nice and attentive

Came here to get our fave star bread and magnolia ice cream. I got 20 pcs. of star breads and flavors of Magnolia Ice Cream Green Tea, Queso, & Langka. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. This place smells so good coming in a freshly baked oven.

Seniorita Bread is delicious and if you haven't tried it, just know you won't be able to have just one! It's the most popular item at Ling Nam Express but they have other Filipino desserts. The Seniorita Bread is buttery soft and fluffy and the filling is very, very light and is basically just butter and brown sugar. It's so simple and yummy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The cashier was very friendly and polite. The place is small and designed for take out. Parking is easy.

This visit I ordered a 2 item special with the 2 pcs veggie lumpia, monggo bean stew and half rice/half pancit. So delicious just like how my mom and dad used to cook Filipino food. For dessert, gotta get halo halo Lol Sooo good! They also sell some Filipino ice cream. There is a small butcher shop inside offering a few select fresh cut meat, along with fresh longoniza (Filipino sweet sausage). And a few doors down, they also have a small supermarket. We also got a 6pc order of lumpia, half chicken, half pork so that was nice you can pick. The lumpia was freshly fried, you could feel it through the bag, and still hot when we got home. I think I preferred the pork over the chicken filling. The pork sisig was a bit tough and on the charred side and overall a bit hard to eat. It didn't taste fresh. the garlic rice was good though, soft, and fragrant and the portion was generous. the fried egg was cooked well too. Just was hoping for a better pork sisig, and it had white stuff in it. at first we thought it was like melted mozzarella cheese that was cooked w/the pork, but it wasn't cheese....not sure what it was. They make the food to order and it took a while to come out. In the meantime we walked around the store a couple times but then I went to take a seat outside at the table. I would be interested in coming back to try one of their other breakfast items.
