I don't know how they do it but, every time I go and buy them it's always piping hot, fresh dripping with butter..so yummy, so fluffy! Seniorita bread; if you haven't tried it before and you don't know if you like it you can get 5 for 2$. †hey make each batch fresh. They are dripping with butter or some commercial butter substitute. The dough is like the dough in the pillsbury croissant paper tubes. Didn't like it. Ate 2 to make sure and threw out the rest. A real croissant is much better. Review is specifically for their bread/baked goods. As far as I know, for fresh baked breads, they only have starbread also known as senorita bread or Spanish rolls. Both the inside and outside are buttery and sweet. In my opinion they are too buttery and sweet. I actually prefer them to be soft/dry bread on the outside and less buttery/sweetness on the inside. For me there is another place in Tracy that I like more but even better is a place in Lathrop. Usually I like to get both pan de sal and starbread which the bakery in Lathrop has. In a pinch I would just go here, especially if they had pan de sal. read more

Came here some what early on sat to buy their seniority bread and I was the 3rd one in line don't know if they are in need of some help but waited for 30 mins and more and more patrons started to line up to the point they had to lock the doors. So I'm assuming maybe this is a one off and that they will work on efficiency maybe someone in the back cooking the bread and one takes walk in orders and 1 takes door dash orders. Got the senorita bread and empanada. Senorita bread is hot and soft and hollow inside. It's kinda too sweet inside. I wasn't impressed by the empanada. I'm used to empanada from the Philippines has pineapple and raisin inside and the crust isn't too hard. This place's empanada was so hard and no raisin and lack of taste. Ordered señorita bread (15pcs) and a small container of flavored peanuts. 11 dollars total. The bread is very hot so be careful if you are hungry. Taste 4/5. I've been waiting for a place like this to open in the valley. Now when I visit my family on the weekends I can bring them super fresh señorita bread! The great thing about this place, just like most places in the valley, is that there are no long lines to wait in. When I go to their location in South City there's usually a long wait. Since they make their bread fresh you may have to wait a few minutes for your order. This place gives you the option to sing on the magic mic (a staple in every Filipino household) while you wait. They also offer lots of Filipino goods such as empanadas, siopao, mango cannoli, and chicharron just to name a few. I'll def be back during the summer to try out their ice cream. Salamat! read more

We had no idea what senorita bread was when we visited the restaurant. The wonderful lady at the counter gave us a sample and it was melt in our mouths goodness! First thing, the gentleman working the front greeted me pleasantly. Next, I asked for the paksiwsilog and for sisig only to be pretty disappointed that, at least at this location, they don't offer the menu that is found on their website. I was shown a very abridged menu and chose the lechon kawalisilog. As I waited, the gentleman brought out 2 pieces of señorita bread fresh out for me to sample. They are more sweet and slightly smaller than I'm used to, but they're still really good so I placed a 25pc order for when I'm finished eating. My order came out pretty quick. It came with garlic rice (slightly fried rice with garlic pieces in it), two fried (with plenty of gooey yolk still inside), a fresh chopped tomato and green onion mixture, and the lechon kawali cut into thin, crispy squares (which makes it much easier to eat than the big cubes many other places serve that are also saturated with oil). It also came with the liver sauce to make lechon paksiw so I don't know why they don't offer it. They also offer other pastries and snacks that I might come back for in the future. I don't know if I'll come back for the food, though, since they don't have most of what I like. read more

Coming from the Bay Area 6 years ago it was so great to find there was a Ling Nam selling senorita bread in Tracy. This is one of my wife's go to when sharing that warm sweet bread with family. My wife loves to ask for extra butter when ordering, this gets finished real quick so we always have to buy a min of 50 pieces. My grandson first was afraid to try, but after trying one he kept on going. Now every time we visit, we always get him a box. It's still delicious when you reheat them the next day. I love their empanadas as well! We also buy our favorite box of Buko Pandan and Mango ice cream here. There's other Filipino ice cream flavors for sale.
