After just 2 bites I find this in my food. The cleanliness and quality of this place's food is so bad. Never coming back.

Found a piece of hair in my food. Food was not good and quality and cleanliness is poor. Even the service there was poor. Overall I would recommend to stay away. My opinion.

I come here almost every other day m,w,f after my dialsys session cuz its a quick in n out and they usually have my go to,longsilog. Comes with an egg and adobo rice.sometimes they run out of egg and adobo rice but they'll charge you the same but I don't care much.but what's been happening lately is the lady the rings you up has been shady lately.3x this happened .one time she up charged me by $2 from regular price, mind you it didnt come w adobo rice and egg.i was tired from dialsys and in a hurry so whatever I paid and took off.2nd time it happned I asked her why she up charged me when the price is on the wall so she changed it.3rd time she did it i had to remind her again about the price and this time she just looked at me and didnt bother to chnage the price.being tired and Hungry this btch got me fucked up.so I just left.

Best option for veggie lumpia in Lathrop! I went around 10am, and ordered the tocilog, veggie lumpia, and pinakbet. It is deli-style Filipino food, so service was fast. I haven't tried everything on their menu, but I will likely order party trays in the future! They are located next to a gas station so parking is limited. I suggest getting there in the morning or mid morning if you want first pick of things.

Had the chance to only order veggie lumpia and turon. If I were to base my visit off of just those two, this place definitely deserves a 5/5! Turon was crispy and fried perfectly. Nice and sweet Lumpia was very crispy and cooked very well Service was great, was in a rush and wanted something quick. Seemed to be Mom n Son duo when I walked in. They were very nice! Almost a bit of a "hole in the wall" place off the side of the freeway. Connected to a fresh bakery and liquor store.

Happy that there is a Filipino restaurant close by. Heard from friend/family that this place has good food. We decided to get a few items from here and sure enough, the food is delicious. Peak time is during lunch. They offer Filipino breakfast in the morning. But if your looking to get food around around 4pm, they don't really have that much left. So ordering a head of time would be best. Dishes we tried so far are goat papaitan, pancit, palabok, pork bbq, sisig, menudo, dinuguan, pinakbet, pork adobo and monggo.

Buko pandan. Creamy, not overly sweet and lot of different texture of jelly. A good afternoon dessert.

Lumpia was great, lot of filling and not a lot of big seasoning. With the dip, make it salivating and good appetitezer to start. Combo plate is a good option if you don't know what to get. Everything is cheap and taste like home cook food. The buko pandan dessert taste amazing, and a must get. Different texture and creamy. One thing though, since it's a small store and by the gas station, there is no seating, everyone just grab and go. Otherwise, food taste amazing.

Coming from the Bay Area, I was happy to hear that there was a Filipino turo-turo in Lathrop! The owners Alex and Rosalyn are super friendly and always welcoming. They have the best goat kilawin which is only available on Friday and Saturday so make sure to order ahead. You can't go wrong with anything here....Fried tilapia, chicken skewers, dinuguan, pinakbet, buko pandan, lumpia, turon, garlic peanuts....EVERYTHING is delicious! You can also order a whole lechon which I had the pleasure of trying at a birthday party recently. The skin was super crispy and the meat was oh so tender. I'm drooling So are you waiting for?! Go and support the only Filipino restaurant in Lathrop! Happy Eating!

Lumpia is always good and fresh. Other food is just ok. I rather drive to island gourmet in Tracy when I'm really craving Filipino.

They said they were out of buko pies and I could choose another--they apparently only had pies available at a lesser value and would comp with senorita bread. I also received a phone lecture from Joy (through Carmela) that this wouldn't be allowed next time... I'd prefer not being sold a moldy pie next time. Thanks! Upon pick up, they only offered the cassava pie ($7), even though buko pies were in the display. No senorita bread given as promised. Condescending service. Row's Roll, which I've had bookmarked for some time was on the list so, I decided to check it out. NARRATIVE: On January 23, 2026, I headed to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in San Joaquin to check out Row's Roll food truck for lunch. Arriving, I located Row's Roll truck parked amongst four other trucks in at the North end of base. After looking at the menu and not being to decide on just one item, I ordered; Chicken Adobo, Pancit and Lumpia to take home. With the order placed, I waited about ten minutes when I got the "your foods ready" from Row. Once at home, I took a few pictures of the food items before I dug in and here's what I have to say about the various items. Pancit - Nice and hot glass noodles sprinkled with diced green onions, Carrots and cabbage. Very good. Chicken Adobo - Three good size pieces of lightly breaded chicken and an over easy egg sitting on top of some very tasty and seasoned rice with two pieces of Lumpia as ad added bonus and nice addition. Again, very good. Lumpia - I believe seven pieces of pork filled Lumpia which was served al a carte with a sweet sauce. The Lumpia was crispy, hot and had that perfect crunch. Very good again. SCENE: Normally, Row's Roll is located at the Lathrop Food Truck Plaza. But for thee next few weeks, she and her truck will be doing lunch (0800-1400) at the DLA San Joaquin - Tracy, which is a Department of War installation requiring credited credentials for access. RECOMMENDATION(S): If you have access to visit Row's Roll at DLA for the next few weeks, take advantage. If not, she and her truck will be back in Lathrop soon. You can follow Row's Roll on Instagram or text to find their location.
