I've been coming here more lately but their Coffee Frappuccino has been hit and miss! Today was the worst because it tastes like water with a hint of coffee. OK, I have always gotten some coffee here during work at breaktime or before work in the morning and I usually go through drive thru. I give this place two stars NOW because it is just terribly slow. It took from 8am to 8:25 to get my damn Espresso Truffle, and I started work at 8:30. I still made it in time... anyhow come on 25 minutes? Sheez, I think there was a new girl too. This was since the beginning of April. Anyhow, one freaking saturday I took break from work for 15 minutes, and this was Mid April this year. I was in drive through, it took 20 minutes to make my damn coffee, work was one exit away, I sped from the freeway .... and a fucking CHiP was there so I got cited now I have to deal with a traffic fine and traffic school, because this Starbucks is slow and made me late but I will agree with you people that disagree with me. But I never go to this Starbucks, only on my way home to the one in Lathrop sometimes or before work. I'm a longtime customer at Starbucks on Clover Road in Tracy, Ca. I go there at least 5 times a week always great customer service except today! I tried calling the manager when I left the drive thru but was given the run around. The barista in the drive thru was too busy talking to her friend in the vehicle in front of me. Cars were backed up to clover. Barista had attitude as I informed her my order was incorrect. Im not a happy customer I suggest this young lady be trained more. read more

While the drive thru service here is painfully slow, I'll endure it for a well made coffee. When it comes to the taste of the drinks, this location is head and shoulders above the other sbux locations around Tracy. It's not in the nicest location so I can see why a lot of the negative comments are centered around the riff-raff that frequent the patio. Just drive thru (unless you're pressed for time) and you'll like it just fine. read more

Omg the service here always sucks their card reader is still down they only take cash and Starbucks gift cards the line is so long they don't even have a Singh where the line starts to tell people it's like they want people to stand in line for 30min just to get upset when they get to the front and find out they can't use their card who runs this location??? I love coming to this location, but lately they haven't been the best. we pulled up to the menu and no one greeted us or said they'll be with us in a moment for 5 minutes. finally someone got on the mic and mid order we had to wait again. we get to the window and they gave us drinks that weren't made correctly. I asked the lady if she could remake them the way we asked (caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel) and all she did was put the crumble pieces on top without removing the lid. the frappe we ordered is supposed to have caramel around the cup and whip cream on the bottom. it didn't have that and she didn't care to fix it. very disappointed we spent $60 for poorly made drinks. the food was hot and good so thanks for that lol read more

So I come to this Starbucks a lot and the customer service is always awesome, usually I'm here maybe 10 minutes max. I have noticed I've been here a few times to order drinks for me and my coworkers and for some odd reason they ALWAYS mess up the order for the skinny mocha Frappuccino and they NEVER get it right. I've gotten it hot, and iced multiple times and I even give them the note with the orders and they still get it wrong. It's very disappointing and honestly I'm thinking about not coming here anymore just because they can't get it right. My wife and I frequent this Starbucks to have a proper matcha latte made by the phenomenal woman named Nautica. She is pleasantly authentic in a world accustomed to decay. I come every weekend and my husband and I always get 2 cold brews. Why does it take over 20 min for 2 cold brews? Whether there are 2 people in line or no people it always takes over 20 min. Unfortunately it's not the best Starbucks in town as they can be inconsistent and their drinks are really a hit or miss. For the most part the drinks are acceptable but they are not always on point. I go here all the time. The service is always good, but if you come during a peak time, it's better to go through the drive thru because they give that special attention. If not, you'll be waiting for a while in the lobby and you won't be able to listen to your tubular disco tunes on your sweet car-mounted 8-track player.
