Where do I start? This was June 26th 2022 around 1:04-1:45 pm. They screwed up my order twice! No customization either. I haven't been to Starbucks in a very long time. I finished a hike at the Chief with my friend (the Starbucks bikers go to hang). I ordered the Strawberry Kiwi Coconut drink with "little to no ice". When we walked in only 1 lady was behind us. We still waited for about 15 minutes for our drink. My friend's drink came out almost 10 minutes before mine. Fine. They call me and I looked and knew it was wrong. There was no coconut milk! I asked to confirm, as I don't frequent Starbucks. Three baristas looked at it confused and a man showed up behind and said," Ya, the coconut is missing sorry we'll make a new one. About 10 people are in line now... I waited another 20 minutes no drink. My friend is almost finished his iced matcha latte. I went up and all those 10 people have left with their drink. THEY FORGOT MY DRINK. Did not apologize at all and just said " Oh, right" (Young male kid, not the man that apologized). He made it, and placed it on the counter with half of it all ice! I was very specific about little to no ice while ordering. I told him and he rolled his eyes no apology again. Worst customer service ever. I have worked food and beverage many years. If I make a mistake I apologize and offer them a drink or food item while waiting to keep them happy. Even if it's a no, make the gesture. At that point I was so upset as I was really excited to go, after not visiting so long and a long hike on a hot day. I told my friend I don't want the drink anymore with the service, he was nearly done his drink! I told him to just ask for a refund and I can go without this drink and another possibly a third mistake. He told the barista's and they said NOTHING again and just let us go. I ended up supporting another coffee shop on Main St in North Vancouver instead. read more

The new location easy to get in and out of, but our order was completely wrong. We had to repeat things at the register multiple times which did not bode well. I ended up with a peppermint white hot chocolate rather than a peppermint mocha. I did not realize the mistake until we were back in the car and on the road. My husband ended up with a white chocolate peppermint mocha rather than regular chocolate, but at least he got coffee. Uck. read more

I give one star for my recent coupon redemption experience which I felt I was half-robbed of a deal and was not offered a convincing and reasonable explanation. However, I give five stars for Starbucks Corporate response to customer inquiry. Some of you may have received the $3 coupons in the mail and the one I used was "enjoy any grande size (16oz) hot or iced espressos beverage for $3." I ordered a grande Vanilla latte and on my bill the $0.95 of the regular $3.95 was removed but I was dinged with a $0.50 charge of vanilla syrup. I was taken by surprise of course because having used this type of coupons at other Starbucks locations I was never charged with anything extra. The explanation I got was that the coupon only applies to a regular latte and that if I want flavours to be added to it, then I'd have to pay extra. But this should be applicable to ANY grande sized espresso beverage which includes the Vanilla Latte written on the menu. With the line up queued behind me I didn't want to inconvenience other patrons and really, I can afford the $0.50. But it's not the money that's the issue because I always give toonies and loonies to people on the street, it's about not honouring an offer given to a customer that bothers me and the lack of training and understanding across the team. See attached for the coupon and the receipt. Since my review and tweet to Starbucks Corporate, it responded on the same date asking for more details via email. I've then sent an email along with link to this review and images asking for clarification. Concurrently, I received a questionnaire from corporate asking for feedback and upon completion I was rewarded with one star. A day later a sympathetic and respectful email from a Starbucks Rep replied my email acknowledging the issue and agreed with my interpretation and offered credit back to me. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed - thank you Starbucks for reacting so quickly to customer inquiry and taking care of an issue. Much respect and appreciation. I hope the Squamish branch is aware of this and prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers. Sincerely cheerio! read more

Starbucks pit stop along route 99! Now this is what you call a view - mountains!! Snow tipped, gorgeous. I've been here a few times, and can always snag a seat. I visited this location of Starbucks while en route from Whistler to Vancouver on the Sea to Sky Highway. They made a great trenta dragonfruit mango refresher, and fast. The bathrooms were nice. read more

Barely had time to check this one out, but it seemed fine to me. The br's were on an average side of cleanliness. The lines were a bit too long for a late am coffee. Other than that, it seemed pretty good, and was a nice welcome as it's the last stop for a good brew before entering the wilderness! read more

Great location to stop in and grab a grande Pike Place with a peanut butter cookie and sit in the high stools and people watch. Free wi fi and clean bathrooms with nice staff who work here. Grab a seat and chill out for a bit before hitting up Whistler. read more

Gigantic line ups! The line was all the way to the washroom (gross) the entire time we were here. The barista taking orders wrote all four of our names on for cups but only two ever came up. Also the barista making the orders never called the names anyways, not much point to the system. The place was really dirty, we sat at a table with dried up tea bags on it. There was no milk for my tea but it was so chaotic I just used the cream. Won't be back! Other location is far better! read more

Fantastic and friendly very busy hotspot. Staff are pleasant and plentiful. My caramel brule latte is perfect and my friend's strawberry and creme frapp is ideal. My friend said this location has been here for sometime is he was wondering why it wasn't yet added. They have a nicely stocked cups for sale area and even better seating. read more
